Md Iqbal HasanAs a History student, visiting Ahsan Manzil Museum was like stepping into history. This majestic pink palace stands as a symbol of Dhaka’s rich heritage. The grand architecture, antique furniture, and historical artifacts gave me a glimpse of the Nawab era. Walking through its halls, I could feel the legacy of the past. The museum is well-maintained, and the scenic view of the Buriganga River adds to its charm. A must-visit for history lovers and students!

133***19I heard that it is the largest park in the city, so we called an Uber from the United Hospital. It was 13 kilometers away. There was no traffic jam on the weekend (Friday) in Bangladesh. The phone showed 274TK to the park. I paid 300TK (about 24 RMB), which is much cheaper than a regular taxi. The driver was nice and could read the navigation and speak some English. Please note that it is best to prepare enough small bills before going out. Lao Meng is used to using the balance as a tip and is not used to giving change. When I got off the car and came to one of the gates, I felt that the gate was too ecological. I went in and took a look at the whole park. There were not many people. People were very relaxed and harmonious. There were basically no foreigners like us. I walked along the trails and the lakeside. There were some scenes of family leisure and couples falling in love. Although the facilities in the amusement park were not very high-end and dreamy, the family and children were very satisfied. The biggest feature of the park is ecology, environmental protection and antiquity. The whole park has few traces of human activities, and there are many tall trees. We really doubted whether such a big umbrella would break... I was thirsty and bought two bottles of frozen mineral water sold by the guy on his head for 40TK, and then took an Uber back. Fortunately, my companions knew Bengali numbers, otherwise I really didn’t know how to find the car at the main intersection (so I suggest that partners should learn Bengali numbers in advance). The return trip cost 242TK, and I gave 250TK for three mouths, so I didn’t need to change it. Haha, this is the diary, I hope it is useful to everyone.

Eddies888The largest mosque in Dhaka is characterized by an onion-like roof. The lobby in the mosque is spectacular and the ceiling is high. Since I am not a Muslim, I can only watch outside and only men enter prayer.

弗洛伊德.彪Tickets are 20tk for locals and 200tk for foreigners. It is indeed not well preserved. It is nice to take pictures when the weather is good. There is very little content, and it is not as fully developed as domestic attractions. It is impossible to understand the history of the building.

Md Iqbal HasanAs a Bangladeshi, I suggest the Bangladesh National Zoo in Mirpur is a popular destination for wildlife enthusiasts. Home to a diverse range of animals, including the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger, it offers an educational and entertaining experience. However, the zoo's maintenance and animal welfare conditions could be improved. With better facilities and care, it has the potential to become a world-class attraction. A visit can be enjoyable.

LikeGorTraffic in Bangladesh is rather chaotic, even in the capital Dhaka. The most common means of transportation are tuk-tuks and three-wheelers. It is one of the iconic buildings in Bangladesh and is worth a visit.
