AAnonymous UserThis is a duplex-style unit listed as having two rooms. Essentially, there's one main room downstairs and a low-ceilinged mezzanine platform upstairs. The place was well-equipped with a projector, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a washer/dryer. The host provided excellent service, and the location couldn't be better—it's directly above the metro. It's also a short walk (about 600m) from Beijing Lu and other tourist spots. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The only downside is the single bathroom. Overall, we are pleased with this AirBnB. Recommend for the great service and excellent location.

TTiana PustakaYou might this as a long review, but: 1. Location: very reachable to Beijing road walking pedestrian, next to Tee Mall, and Beijing Lu subway station just across to the apartment. 2. Elevator: before booking I was worried about another review about elevator, turns out the waiting time for elevator not more than 5 minutes. 3. Room: this room has THE MOST COMPLETE amenities. You got kitchen set, washing machine and its dryer, mini fridge, and projection. They give you shampoo, conditioner, soap, dental kit, face wash, make up remover, dish soap, even a skin moisturizer. 4. Cleanliness: the lady cleaner will be cleaning your room everyday for you. And the owner will ask uou first whether you like the room to clean or not. 5. Communication: the owner was super super communicative and helpful. Instruction to the building, how to check in and check out was very clear. You better contact the owner through wechat before landing.

1118402****The hotel is located in a *hutong*, so you really have to look for it to find it. There's a sign at the *hutong* entrance, but it's hard to spot in the dark. The hotel's decor feels a bit outdated. Also, the 'clean towel in a sealed package' guarantee that 7 Days Inn used to offer is no longer there, and the towels don't come in outer packaging anymore.

GGuest UserThe airport pick. up. driver was not helpful, refused to help with my luggage, I had 3 and couldn't carry l and also I had 3 hand bags with me. He stood by the car and bkuntky told me, you bring the bags!!! Also. he dropped. my luggage and other people at the airport. gate and left, and. when I. approached the gate I. found out it was T1 for domestic flights, But I needed go to. T2, so I had to hire taxi in spot and ride to T2 paying 30 yuan, actually, from T1 to T2. He didn't even. ask which terminal each if us going, , he just dropped all the bags and I. thought we arrived.... Also had a torn towel in the bathroom, I found out after the shower... Also. big spider web near the elevator in the second floor.... on the ceiling... nobody looks. up, but it's huge and hanging down from above.

SStevenJudging from the outside it looks like an old building but inside the room everything feels kinda new, the airconditioner was working well too throught few days of staying and using it throughout the night. The only way up the hotel is through the elevator so dont make the mistake of taking your baggage and going up the staircase. Overall, price was at the right point, pretty close to Chen Chan metro exit b and on the way from the metro to the hotel there is plenty of decent restaurants around, place would have been perfect if it was a little bit bigger since the table was pretty small too and not suitable for working with labtop.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just minutes from Haiya Colorful City. The room's cleanliness was so-so. The bed was clean, but upon entering, I noticed the area around the sink was wet, there was mold behind the sink, and leftover fruit pulp was also present 😵💫. It seems the cleaning staff didn't clean thoroughly. Despite this, the front desk staff were very helpful and offered me another room to change into, but because that room was smaller and had other issues with the facilities, I ultimately didn't change. So, the staff cleaned the area around the sink in my original room instead. Regarding facilities, the washbasin had several noticeable long cracks, making it look worn and old, but it was functional. The bathroom walls were all glass, with a curtain for the shower area, but no curtain for the toilet. This might be acceptable for couples, but very awkward for groups of friends. The glass door to the toilet had large gaps, so the sound of someone using the toilet could be clearly heard from outside, and I imagine the smell would waft out. The room wasn't completely soundproof; I could hear coughing from next door, though the volume was low and acceptable. Although it was a non-smoking room, I could smell smoke in the middle of the night; the smell wasn't strong, but it was still somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, there were some shortcomings, but considering the price, I think it's worth considering. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have high standards for accommodation.

GGuest UserThe Owners kind and friendly, event help us top up Alipay, He give us the best thing He can prepare. Recommend place to stay. From Metro Hubei exit C just walk 2building 50-70meter than turn right 30meter will find the Apartment and ask the security to Jufuyuan, they will help to the front desk at floors 17th. Dongmen Pedestrian Street is walking distance and you can find everything you want.
