The room was clean, the service was good and attentive, and the price was reasonable. They even upgraded me from a room without a window to one with one.

My stay here truly exceeded expectations, and I'm very satisfied overall. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom amenities were complete, water pressure was stable, and there was plenty of hot water, making for a great showering experience. The soundproofing in the room was good, so it was quiet at night with no noise disturbance. The public areas were elegant and very well-maintained. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to friends – a truly reliable and excellent hotel!

Really clean, really friendly owner, really good location, in short really good. Very strict on no smoking rules, that's great. Would come again and can recommend! In the winter there is no heating in this hostel but they provide warm blankets and this awesome heating sheet under the main sheet (don't know how to describe xD) so it's okay. 谢谢 :)

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

The hotel offered everything I needed, to continue my flight next day to Dunhuang (the day before I came by plane from Yushu). It is close to the bus station next to the railway station which is the starting point of the airport bus, which both ways only needed about 30 minutes. I didn't book breakfast because I had to leave the hotel before 7:00 a.m. To catch the airport bus at 7:30.

Clean n newly renovated hotel. Check-in was fast n checkout at 2pm. Use translator to communicate. Free additional drinking water available at the reception. The manager and staff were very friendly. House keeping staff were very polite and even update us on the weather conditions outside. Even though we didn't know Chinese, sign language was good enough. Daily cleaning with a change of soft fluffy white towel. Complete daily supply of toilet accessories. Change of linens. Shower with good water pressure. WC with auto flushing. We got a room near the free laundry facility with detergent and softener. Walking distance to the market and Dongguan Mosque.

The bed was comfortable, even without air conditioning. The weather was nice in September, but the hot water in the shower was sometimes hot, sometimes just a little warm. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, close to a supermarket and many restaurants to choose from. If I have the chance, I will stay here again. It's a good place to stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the smart controls were convenient. The location was good. However, the smell of smoke in the room was unbearable, and at 1 a.m., some inconsiderate guests were making loud noise, which was really annoying. There wasn't 24-hour hot water; by the time I was almost finished showering, the water had turned cold, so I just had to finish quickly. There was basically no service; the receptionist didn't say much, just coldly handed out room keys.

Everything was fine for me, it has good beds, good bathroom, that is to share with other rooms, so it logic that is not always as clean as one would like, but they deep clean everything, everyday Location is very convenient and close to the train station, and they serve delicious ******* food right across the street. Markets are near by too And they have the most cute kittens to hug

Excellent hostel! Enthusiastic and friendly young owners who welcomed me with social activities and evening hotpot. The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk between train and bus stations and the mosques. Easy access by bus to Kumbum monastery. Showers are hot and there was a washing machine but I didn't use this. Minor drawbacks: it's a cold hostel so you need to wear layers inside, and the cleanliness is only average. Overall, it's a really good budget hostel and I'd stay again for sure.
