Staff are all super helpful and friendly. They respond very promptly to any queries. Bathroom is very clean. As this is an old building the plumbing is slightly inefficient. But the hotel is newly renovated so everything else is top notch and functional. There are also clothes washers and a dryer on level 2. The hotel is about 15mins from the nearest metro station so it takes a bit of walking to get there. However it’s located in the really quaint and beautiful Hefang street and there are many nice eateries nearby, even 24hour ones! It’s quiet at night, no noise from the street. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Hangzhou. Thank you for the wonderful service 😊

The hotel is super close to the subway station—just come up from the subway, and the building is right behind the exit. The lobby feels a bit dark, but the room is bright. The large window lets in plenty of natural light. The view is fantastic—wide and comforting, as there’s no building as tall as the floor we stayed on. The location is great, too. It’s close to Donghe Canal (东河), which makes for a perfect strolling spot, and within walking distance to Hefang Walking Street (河坊街步行街). Overall, the convenience is hard to beat. It’s easy to reach by subway, and there are lovely places nearby to explore on foot.

The boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

The place is so complete, the room is perfectly clean and with all the facilites. The staff is very Kind and is very well located un the business área. The breakfast is the most amazing and complete I ever have. Recommend this place

We stay a night for transfer to another city so I'm not sure if the location is great but there's a metro exit nearby which is great. We had a family room for three but they accepted our 6yo boy (below 120cm height) to stay free and breakfast free. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. She showed us the nearby restaurants and convenient stores when we had our late night check in around 1030pm. The room is spacious, comfy mattress with two types of pillow to fit our needs, we had a quiet night resting here even though we're on the 1st floor, happy with this part. We got our toothbrush sets from the front counter, toothbrush is softer than those we had in other places. The exhaust fan is strong to keep our toilet dry. Water heater and water pressure are good. Air conditioner is doing well too. Hotel provide free self service laundry with free detergent given. The free breakfast is simple and basic Chinese food like steam bun, wantan, noodles, porridge, milk. Overall recommended.

The location is near the market and you can walking to go to the market. There’s a free mini bar in the lobby, and the room was okay, not going to complain since it’s also affordable👍🏻

I didn't have any expectations for this hotel before I checked in. I just booked it directly after seeing the good reviews and cheap prices. The location of this hotel is particularly good. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Wulin Night Market, and the Broken Bridge is not far from the night market. Then from the reception at the front desk, I noticed the difference of this hotel. It was very warm and thoughtful. When the staff took me to see the public area, I had a subtext in my heart: Is this really a service that can be enjoyed for more than a hundred yuan? 😂 It's a bit unbelievable. The carpet in the hotel corridor has a particularly good sound-absorbing effect, which caused me to stay for two nights and always thought that the rooms around me were unoccupied. In the morning, I saw the aunt cleaning the room and found that they were all occupied. Although the room is not big, it is clean and comfortable, the mattress is very comfortable, and there is no need for air conditioning because the central air conditioning of the whole hotel has been maintained at 22.23°. There is a fan in the room for exhaust, and you can sleep very comfortably. I think the hotel's hygiene level is comparable to the accommodation hygiene level in Japan. The facilities and hygiene in the public areas are basically impeccable. I think it is more meticulous than the hygiene of many star-rated hotels in China. There is no water stain in the shower room at all, it is dry and comfortable, and the seals are opened one by one. The bathroom is clean and bright, and the floor is made of non-slip material. It can be seen that the hotel has put a lot of thought into the design and details. The overall style is convenient and minimalist. In short, the experience is Max. I plan to stay here when I come to Hangzhou in the future. The room was filled with my personal belongings before, so I won't upload photos.

Hotel is just two stops from Ningbo Railway Station on Line 1. Clean comfortable Hotel directly opposite main entrance of Gulou. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Tianyi Ge, Chenhuan Miao within walking distance. 7Eleven & KFC just adjacent to Hotel. Underground GDLine Mall which is almost 2km long is a short walk away. There's many eateries & shops in this wonderful Mall. It also connect to Tianyi Square, a major shopping area in Ningbo.

Daily house clean, hot water supply, hair dyer. I stayed almost 18 nights. But didn't change bed sheet until I checked out. My room hasn't windows. It's very hard to see the light outside. No elevator. Take foods and online orders are convenient. For tansportation also more convenient. I wish If the room has a table and chair. Because whole all the nights, I work and study on the bed which makes me having back pain.

The location is good, near east railway-station. The staff is really kind and helpful, the reception staff is able to speak English and give you all the help that you need. Small but worth it. I recommend it Thank you for everything, Wenzhou friends!😊

Still consider clean but able to see stained of renovations. The staff doesn’t seems to be very friendly, making me feel uncomfortable. Also there’s a night where no electricity, there’s no apologies or compensation from them at all. And the room only provides two bottles of drinking water a day, we asked for an extra bottle but given and unfriendly attitude. Location wise is 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. And there is no waiting area for the taxi which cause slightly inconvenience especially during raining.
