The room was great - very clean and spacious. The hot water available on the first floor was a thoughtful touch, and the service was excellent. Right downstairs is the No. 93 bus stop, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Yuehe Street and Shaonian Road, which is incredibly convenient.

Staying at Qingzhiwu by West Lake is a quiet blessing. West Lake Moon Stream Garden B&B, surrounded by lush greenery and charming alleys, feels like a hidden courtyard in the city. Waking up to birdsong instead of an alarm clock, and opening the window to the verdant botanical garden rather than cold skyscrapers, is truly refreshing. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. Even the toiletries and small amenities made me feel well-cared for. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and recommending routes, making it feel like I had a familiar friend in Hangzhou. My favorite part was sitting in the garden in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee. In those moments, travel ceased to be rushed and instead, gently slowed down. If West Lake is the scenery, then staying here truly felt like 'living within the scenery'.

The hotel is ideally located between Nanhu Scenic Area and Yuehe Street, with both attractions roughly a kilometer away. The hotel's parking lot is quite small, only fitting around ten cars. Right by the entrance, on Jianguo South Road near Pingshan, is the Wufangzhai main store. It's always bustling, and the prices seem very reasonable! If you're looking for green spaces, Nanhu is the place to go; for charming old streets, Yuehe is perfect. Jianguo South Road is a commercial street, and Shaonian Road is also nearby. The hotel facilities were reasonably clean, and considering the price, it offers good value for money.

Windowless, with a small bed facing the corridor, obstructed from the outside but able to open slightly. The facilities are very new; you can use Xiaodu (a voice assistant) to control the TV, lights, and even play music. You can hear the doors opening and closing next door, but it's generally quiet, or rather, very quiet most of the time. No peculiar smells, though there was a cigarette smell drifting in last night, which improved after pressing the ventilation button. Overall, quite satisfied.

The room was spotless and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The owner/staff were incredibly warm and attentive, with a wonderful attitude. It offers fantastic value for money, and my stay was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located near Qianjiang New City, with a subway station right downstairs. It's also directly opposite the 'Big Lotus' Olympic Sports Center, making it super convenient for concerts. The environment is clean, the service is warm and friendly, and the facilities are comprehensive.

its nice you can stay, just they want to change carpet and some glass door inside of the room. over all ok.

The facilities are very new, the sanitation is very clean, the price is close to the people, the environment is very good, the room is big enough, many times I choose Hanting Hotel, the overall is very good.

1st day room was not good because window facing some wall, could not lock, tv side electricity not working 2nd day got better room, as per price it was worth, but if they improve service & cleanliness they can charge more

First off, the location is fantastic! Lu Xun's Former Residence and Cangqiao Street are right next door, just a short walk away. The hygiene is also excellent; the rooms are very clean. The facilities are quite basic but sufficient for use. Second, there are so many dining options nearby, and the food is all pretty good. Third, transportation is super convenient. It's only a two-minute walk from Metro Exit B, and there are plenty of bus routes nearby too. My family of three rented an e-scooter from the owner. It had a navigation holder and good storage space for bags, snacks, and so on, which made getting around incredibly convenient. It saved us a lot of effort exploring this way, especially since many places we visited were just a quick scooter ride away. If something looked interesting, we'd hop off and take a photo. The e-scooter rental was also very affordable. Renting an e-scooter was the smartest decision we made on this trip. Shaoxing is great for walking tours, but a scooter is even better – otherwise, your feet would be worn out! Highly recommend it, especially for families with kids.
