The Hopestel indeed is a beautiful place If you won't go there you will miss something of Neaples Hopestel is located in the historical centre of Neaples where you can bread the traditional poplar culture. When you will be in the Hopestel's entrance door building you will not believe that in that place you will find a magic garden. I stayed in a female dormitory.
The lower stage of the bunk bed was a little cramped even for me, who was too low in ceiling, but there was a feeling of cleanliness.
It was good that there was a locker in the room.
But the key to the dormitory door is broken, or if you don't grasp the knack, you can't open it at all.
The same room 々 Everyone was in trouble, and I often knocked and asked the room person to open it or left the door open.
I thought it would be kind if the receptionist came to the room at the time of check-in and told me how to open it.
The shower room felt like cleaning only once a day.
The shower room in the evening was relatively clean, but the next morning the toilet paper was scattered on the floor and it was dirty.
Location, but I think it is a convenient place if you can use the bus.
You can go to Amalfi and Positano on a day trip!

We are very disappointed with the hotel. We have booked a bigger room but when check-in different room was given.
Hotel without heater and windows are old, so very cold at night. Also there are many steps to the hotel.

Hotel with a metro stop just a few steps away, in an old and elegant building. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was very welcoming, air conditioned and well equipped. The bathroom was a bit small and old but complete with everything and clean.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that on trip.com it informs that it is possible to add breakfast, the staff pointed out to us that they have not provided breakfast for a few years.

An old small hotel but clean. Comfortable bed and some bath amenities. Bathroom small and toilet lid and seat not attached.
Air conditioned which was a bonus. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching passer-by’s. A very short walk to the beach, patisseries and to the ferry.

I had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.

Excelente lugar para alojarse, estuvimos 1 noche! Buen aire acondicionado, todo limpio de primera! Shampoo, jabón, ropa blanca, TV y wifi excelente ! Lo recomiendo y volvería una y otra vez! La atención en el check in y en el check out fue estupenda!

I had a mostly good experience at Seven Hostel.The dorms were nice, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay. The hostel offers a tasty breakfast and has an amazing chef on the rooftop who prepares delicious meals; the kitchen staff were friendly and provided excellent service. While the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but it’s conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Despite a few drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the value offered.

the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri. our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

Location is perfect. Just opposite the hotel is the bus stop for Sita bus. Hotel room was clean, AC, TV, BED. Shower cubicle was small (for a standard room). And in less than 100 mtrs is the Minori beach.

A fantastic little room, the cleanliness couldn’t be better, the person who greeted us for check in didn’t speak much English but was more than happy to spend time with us translating and ensured everything was up to par for us, which it was and more. Not too far from a good pizzeria and the train station for napoli etc. The aircon was powerful and cold, as was the mini fridge. Highly recommend and would stay again if i am in the area again.

Lovely little home located on the heart of the Spanish quarters, easy to go to nearby sites by metro or walking. Room was clean and cozy and had basic amenities with simple breakfast and coffee. Host was very reachable and kind, Instructions to find and get to the place was clear. Recommend to get airport transfer or taxi from airport or train station as it can be hard to locate at first. Overall, a very nice stay for 2 nights!

I could not find the hotel, in fact its not a hotel its some rooms inside the building. I could not contact the property and it was rainy and cold I stayed in another place. TRIP service could not help me to receive refund, and they proposed a little compensation with trip coins. I booked a hotel with booking because it had a better price. Usually I use only trip, but this time it was not fortune.

The owner /manager are very kind and contact us through WhatsApp, he is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The room is renovated, clean, new, comfort, and large. He allowed us to leave our luggage with him 2 days for free. The location is near Metropolitan Central. Will recommend it to my friend who come Napoli. 10/10. The property is self check in and not difficult.

Great location in naples. Just by some great restaurants, nightlife and transport. Inside the apartment you didn't hear the buzzing street outside at all . We had a small balcony which was great for breakfast. However no utensils or glasses etc. Bed was not great but everything else was clean and as expected. Would stay again in the area.

I like this hostel very much. The reception is very good and recommended me many routes to visit beautiful Naples. When they learned that I was going to Pompeii, the front desk also recommended routes to me. Their courtyard is the most beautiful courtyard of any hostel I have ever stayed in!
