"clean and pretty hostel! service was also amazing. bed was comfortable. room was spacious. has water purifyer and vending machine (fair priced). also, all the hostel rooms are in the same flior so you don't have to wait for elevator forever. the only thing is the location. it's far from center. you have to take bus but the bus is only 3-4 times an hour and usually get delayed or even cancelled."

"First of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me. If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for. One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors."

"I used it on my trip to Italy 🇮🇹 with my son of an elementary school student and my daughter of a junior high school student. I didn't know which doorbell should be pushed from the entrance of the hotel, so when I called, he immediately opened the entrance door. You may not know when you arrive at dark time. I had a very good experience with limited opportunities to stay in a building with hundreds of years of history. The room was large and there was a balcony, and the air conditioner was sorry and comfortable. I also learned that there is a large living room in the common area and the use of a historic residence is like this. It is good that the toilet is shared, but it is a little inconvenient that it is also used as a shower and cannot be used during the shower. The inconvenience is that much, so it was a valuable opportunity because there were not many opportunities to stay in the location and historic buildings."

"When I arrived at the address on the main street, I was a bit confused at first because there was no hotel name displayed. However, I gathered the courage to ring the doorbell, and a sister came out, which put my mind at ease. I would have appreciated it if there had been some hotel information provided beforehand. The kitchen had a fridge and a small amount of space. The city tax needs to be paid in cash. It was also close to Florence station, making it convenient for sightseeing."

"Pros: The front desk staff were excellent – very friendly and polite. We arrived early and they were kind enough to help us check in ahead of time, which we really appreciated. Cons: The smell from the bathroom and sink in the room, where water backflowed, was truly unbearable. The toilet was shared, and the mosquitoes were a huge problem; my arms were covered in bites. The hotel is on the second floor, and the hallway on the first floor smelled really bad. I understand that renovating an old building can be complicated, but the overall experience was truly unpleasant. The front desk staff were great, though, no doubt about that."

"The expectations were worse, but it turned out to be a cozy place, but spoils night sleep a terrible air conditioner, the hotel administration needs at least to put it on a rubber carpet that would deafen the vibration, it was very loud, lived in a female room, it was not overcrowded, It was comfortable, on the recession at the check-in is given white lingerie clean, towel 1 euro, 5 euro collateral, big dining room and kitchen, the guests wanted positive, mainly youth, location excellent, very many places and in one supermarket building, do not need to go far for the products, photos of the rooms correspond to the reality"

Comfortable and pleasant stay for 2 friends in the twin room. The room was spacious enough and very clean. No complaints about the room. The air conditioning was also very powerful and a nice escape from the heat outside. The hostel is literally right opposite the train station and only a 5-8 minute ride away from firenze santa maria novella by the regional trains. However, the trains were sometimes delayed up to 20 minutes. There's also a bus stop outside the hotel, however only one bus goes there and it comes every 20 minutes, so be prepared to wait. The bus timings is also not accurate on google maps so you must check at the stop directly. The hostel is also just a 30 minute walk to the central (santa Croce area) so if you don't mind walking, it's quite convenient! The luggage storage is very helpful if you arrive earlier than the check in time. Theres also a grocery store a close walk away which was great!

Amazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!

The staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue with the towels, which I really appreciated. The cleaners were friendly, and the reception and bar staff were approachable and easy to talk to. The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax and take in Florence. I also liked that they host a pasta night every evening. However, if you’re looking for a quiet stay with minimal foot traffic and more privacy, you might want to consider other options.

Я останавливалась на три ночи .Пешком до Санта Мария Новелла минут 20.Хозяева приятные люди ,встретили ,все рассказали .Завтрак был включен в стоимость ,вкусно .Кофе 👌Но общий душ и санузел ,имейте в виду.Я вставала рано утром ,в 7.00 примерно ,проблем не заметила.Wi-Fi тоже порадовал и большой новый телевизор (поддерживает видео с телефона).Выдали тапочки ,халат и полотенца .Под фен розетки подошли .Благодарю за гостеприимство.

Great location, round the corner from the main train station Pisa. II had scrambled eggs for breakfast value for money. Cans of coke and other drinks were €2.50. The rooms are more then basic, they are clean. I had a problem with the bed I had, it had a bar right a cross the bed. I didn't approached the reception till that afternoon and they wouldn't change it. So I stayed somewhere else. Great outdoor area, it had a big screen for the football, Columbia and Switzerland were playing. Good game.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. To get to the room, you have to go through two doors, which adds an extra layer of security with a code. There's a very practical and spacious storage area under the bed for luggage. The air conditioning runs 24/7, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Wonderful apartment, very close to the city center, a 7-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and modern, and there are very few guests. We were provided with an iron, and the room had coffee, a kettle, and tea. Highly recommended.

A nice little hotel near the Uffizi. I'd like to point out that the breakfasts are excellent for Italy, as they even have boiled eggs. The donuts and coffee are delicious, and you can make your own cornetto in any flavor. There's also a small selection of fresh vegetables, cheese, and cold meats for a sandwich. The bed is comfortable, there's a refrigerator, and the air conditioning works (both cooling and heating modes are definitely available.) On the downside: the shower area's design is unclear. Everything flows out of the ”cabin,” mercilessly flooding the entire bathroom. The shower head flows in all directions, so it's unclear which way you should stand to be completely washed. And the damp smell is also not particularly appealing.
