We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room is huge with a large soft bed. The bathroom is above all praise! All staff of the hotel big RAHMAT!!! All our requests were met instantly. A very kind atmosphere. With regard to breakfast, the dining room is still locked up under Chinese tourists. We went for breakfast only for 2 days, good for a lot of delicious and diverse places. Great stay experience! This time I chose Jiguo Star Hotel (luckyStar Hotel) in Bishkek. The location is really super convenient! The hotel is located in the city center and it is very easy to go to the main attractions. The National Landmark Arata Plaza and the National History Museum are within walking distance and the city has a strong atmosphere. If you want to feel the local style, the famous Osh market is also nearby, and you can buy fresh fruits and special handicrafts. If interested in architecture and religious culture, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is also not far away, quiet and beautiful. Whether it is a taxi, walking or exploring the city with public transportation, this is the perfect starting point. For business and leisure travelers, it is a great value for money choice. highly recommended! 👍

The environment is nice and quiet, the decoration style is unique, the service attitude is good, and the breakfast is rich. I would like to especially thank Liela at the front desk for her attentiveness.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

The hotel is perfectly located near Alatu Square and a short walk from the shopping mall. There are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was absolutely amazing; the presentation, food selection, and service were all top-notch. The restaurant is located on the top floor, offering views of the city center and the snow-capped mountains. The room was clean and tidy, and could accommodate two large suitcases. The front desk staff was also very good, with some English spoken.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes. The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

The place is very comfortable, and easily accessible to the major city sites, stores and restaurants! Breakfast has many options, and their is even a casino inside!

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

The hotel is in a good location with good amenities nearby. It's a newly renovated hotel, but the overnight stay was particularly poor. I often heard noises and was often woken up. The breakfast was so-so, but worth the price.
