There is a king bed in Shanghai, the hotel environment is very quiet, the pool is not able to swim the water is particularly dirty, probably because it is cold in June and has not been open. It's good to sleep here and can't hear the sound of the plane. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Because the base of the kettle is lost, I don't know if I can boil water, but hot water can also be provided here, hygiene is generally OK, but the price is OK.

This hotel is basic but convenient for airport stays. Free shuttle, clean rooms furnished with wardrobe, working table, small sofa, and fridge. Decent breakfast. No frills, but good value if you need a place to crash near the airport. There are convenience store and restaurants nearby.

When choosing the hotel I had no idea of areas but it’s close to the ocean front, just one block away making it easy to get around. We arrived early after getting off a ship. The staff were amazing and allowed us to checkin early. This was so helpful to us as it meant we could drop off the suitcases and go exploring making the most of our limited time in Seattle. Our room was one to the back and our ‘view’ was of the light well. Not a great view but it was fine for the time we were there. Perhaps next time I will pay for one positioned at the front. But the room was clean and well equipped. I believe the furniture is fitting for a building of this age. Breakfast was great and the staff friendly and helpful. There was enough selection to set you up for the day. In the lobby they had little treats. Ice machine on the different floors as well as vending machines. There is a coffee machine in the room. The staff gave us late check out which we really appreciated. Would I stay here again… yes definitely and without hesitation. Seattle’s hidden gem

Came for graduation. Room 127 Pros: close to airport, fairly quiet, large parking lot, pet friendly, fairly quiet, great staff Cons: mattress worn out, grounds need cleaning (cigarette butts & pet waste) Overall: This is my regular motel when in the Seattle area. Much cheaper than in the city and easy access to freeways.

Very close to the airport with convenient shuttle service. The rooms are nicely sized and the beds are soft. Room service is available and there are restaurants and gas stations nearby for other options. A perfect place for your layover needs.

We had a good stay, check in was a little long but the rooms and beds were clean. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Overall, the place is safe, clean, and comfortable enough. The bathrooms were a little yucky but you can do your business get in and get out. I would recommend shower shoes to be safe. I like that there are curtains around the beds for a little privacy and the lockers under the bed had a lot of space for storage. Breakfast was my favorite time, you can cook your own eggs provided in the shared kitchen which was kind of like a dance. Lots of ppl but very friendly and cooperative. If you are friendly and like meeting new people you will get a lot out of a stay at a place like this. Please study the website. The location is unmatched but it’s still a hostel. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s roughing it or anything like that but this really is meant to be a bed you can crash on. Budget friendly in a city that’s very expensive. I love their mission of making travel more accessible and affordable. That’s what makes this place special. If you manage expectations you will be happy with your stay.

Our room was easily accessible, very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed coffee, juice, bananas, Greek yogurt and sweet rolls for breakfast, and could have had waffles. The staff was very helpful and friendly even though I demagnetized our room card twice, learning that proximity to a cell phone has that effect. 

Fantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily. The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful. Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone. The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival. Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times. Guest parking is welcome. I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.

The motel was in a great location for the airport. Room was clean, but average. The staff were very helpful and friendly, I feel above average in helping the customers. The breakfast had very good breakfast burritos and sausage patties, and most of the other things you expect an airport motel to have for breakfast. The WiFi had a problem, at least for me. The WiFi signal kept dropping in and out for some reason. I would stay at this motel given the reason I did this time.

While the property is clean & well located near SeaTac terminals and rental car center, the property is clearly very old and suffers from a host of infrastructure problems (poor draining sink, flickering lights, difficult to regulate temperature in shower, overall damp smell, creaking floors & thin walls). Staff was however quite friendly, and for one or two nights its perfectly serviceable. Airport noise was noticeable and while I don't mind it at all, a light sleeper might have a more difficult time.

We have stayed in this gem of a hotel at least five times now, and it is consistently excellent. Seattle offers many lodging options, and this hotel has become our favorite. We love this small chain and have stayed in nearly all of them. This Seattle hotel is the jewel in the crown as far as we're concerned, not necessarily because it is the most fancy but because the staff always go out of their way to make the experience a genuinely welcoming one. The pineapple theme is charming, and this particular hotel layers in a fun 60s theme that is upbeat and nicely done. The rooms and lobby are always immaculate, the bedding among the most comfortable of any upper-end hotels, the amenities are appealing without being pretentious. Self-Parking is safe and easy on the premises, creative snacks are offered at the desk, and the rates are among the most affordable for an area that is often challenging. We hope that someday they are able to bring back their breakfast and cute bar. The staff is consistently helpful, genuinely warm, and consummately professional, going out of their way to find ways of making our stay memorable. This particular University Inn managed to do this even in the worst days of the pandemic lockdown when we had to be in the area for serious reasons. We really appreciate the kindness and high quality that the management of this hotel manages to find in exceptional caliber of its hotel staff, especially at a time when so many organizations are struggling to keep even minimum staffing levels. Thank you Staypineapple University Inn! We look forward to coming back whenever possible!

Hotel location is convenient, you can walk to the Space Needle Tower and the light rail station, the room hygiene is generally OK but can be improved, the car sound is noisy at night, overall it is a cost-effective choice 👍 recommended short-term stay

The hotel was clean, efficient and comfortable. They offered a nice variety for breakfast including waffles, eggs, oatmeal and pastries plus excellent coffee - available all day. The staff was attentive and helpful especially Soonja who greeted each guest with efficiency and humor. She answered questions with patience which was greatly appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy, the room did not have a bathroom and a bath room, there was a public area on the 4th floor, there was a kitchen refrigerator and other facilities, there was a food street around, the transportation was convenient, in short, not bad.

The question that Tripadvisor asks for these reviews is how would you rate your EXPERIENCE, not how you would rate the room. The experience gets a three, the room gets a one. If you book and they offer you room 118, ask for another one. There are a bunch of freshly renovated rooms as you walk past the front of the hotel. Other than being painted over (and over, and over) , room 118 hasn't had any attention in decades. It also is around the back and looks out at a trash alley that appears to service an entire city block. We didn't even check in until after 10pm and heard the trash trucks, then they started again at the crack of dawn with loud crashing noises, yelling, and incessant beeping. Even though Kings Inn is well located for tourism purposes, room 118 was definitely not worth its $125 price tag. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was powerful, there was coffee and tea available in the motel lobby, and the morning desk clerk was delightfully friendly and spinning old-school vinyl with a smile. Those were the experiences that made the review of a night's stay in a tired old room climb from a one to a three.

We stayed here as a family of 4 in a 2 Queen room. The room was definitely on the smaller side, but it was comfortable. Parking was easy and $30/day, and we never had a problem finding parking for our minivan. We checked in about 10pm, and the front desk worker failed to tell us that housekeeping is only upon request... we waited 3 days for trash removal and towel service once we inquired at the front desk. Breakfast was your usual spread at hotels that offer free breakfast: hot offerings, cereal, toast, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, etc. It was very convenient and we always found something to eat before we started our day. The room has a minifridge and a microwave. There is a block away if you needed any groceries. The location of the hotel was walking distance to the Seattle Center where you can find the Space Needle, MoPop, Pacific Science Center, a food court, the Chiluilly Gardens, etc. From there you can take the monorail to Westlake and walk about 5 blocks down to Pike Place Market. We walked down to the waterfront and explored there as well. We also took an Uber to a Mariners' game at TMobile Park. It was cheaper to do that than drive and park. The hotel is in a great area as far as amenities, cleanliness, location. The only thing is that there is traffic everywhere in Seattle. The downtown area is so congested and so are the freeways. If you are planning on driving anywhere, be sure to allow for ample time so you are not late.

Mixed feelings here, customer service at the front desk was stellar, they also offer a free shuttle to the airport thays available 24 hours. The rooms were comfortable but there were some downsides. No mini fridge in the room was a bit of an annoyance but not a deal breaker, not sure if thats the standard or if i just arrived when they were replacing them. The room cleanliness needs some work, the bathtub drain was slow and there was hair on the shower wall that looked suspiciously like *****, not impressed with that. But, the beds were comfortable and the Thai restaurant downstairs had some pretty good food, a little over priced but when you're only in Seattle for a night you're paying for the convenience. I'd stay here again but I'd really hope they figure out how to clean a bathroom.

The location is great, Sea-Tac is just right across the street. The facilities look aged but everything works and is quite clean. The staff at the check-in counter was friendly and helpful, everything ran smoothly. I stayed here for one night for a transit flight so this one is not a bad choice if you just need a convenient place for a brief stay.

This hotel is idea for a few days rest from overseas travel back with shuttle service and can call for early check in before 3pm. Rooms are adequate for the price and front desk staff is customer friendly. I will stay here every time when I leave for overseas or return.

Very convenient and near airport, the only downside is the breakfast is meh, not as good as the La Quinta in other locations. The printer there didn’t work but they’ll print things out for you with their own one. It’s easy to walk there too.

Sleep Inn is in a good location, close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the hotel. It is also close to the light rail station, about 7 minutes walk to downtown. There is a 24-hour restaurant opposite the hotel which is very convenient. very satisfied!

The good: Location. 1 mile from airport. Right next to Light Rail station. Has a 24hr 7/11 close. Free airport shuttle. Shower was great. Hot water and good pressure. Bad: very worn down, but its a cheap hotel so it is sort of getting what u pay for. However, was surprised at how thin the walls were. You could loudly hear just people walking on the floor above or wheeling a suitcase outside your door. Earplugs, sound machine, TV, something will be needed to get some sleep. Again, if you can sleep anywhere and just need somewhere to lay your head before the cruise the next day. Its reasonable. If u can find a hotel in the area for $20-30 more per night, its worth the money to book the other hotel.
