Trip.com Guide: How to Get a Refund on Your Flight
Step 1: Open the Trip.com app and find the flight you want to cancel.
On your phone, open the Trip.com app and log in to the account for the flight you want to cancel. Tap “My Trips,” then “All Orders.” Find the flight booking that’s already been ticketed (paid), and tap “Manage My Order.”
Step 2: Cancel in "Manage My Bookings"
Once you're in, you'll find the "Cancel Order" button.
Step 3: Review the details of your order cancellation
Take a moment to review your itinerary and traveler names. If you purchased any insurance products, make sure to check the Refund option for them as well. Then confirm the amount that will be deducted and the amount you can get back, and click "Next".
Step 4: Submit your Trip.com flight ticket refund request and wait for your refund
Once you’ve double-checked that the flight cancellation details and refund amount are correct, submit the “Refund Request” and you’re all set. Please note that Trip.com applies a processing fee, so the refund won’t be for the full amount.
