Excellent stay and highly recommended. It's about 20 mins walk from Xining Railway station. Located along Qiyi七一路 street. Opposite the hotel are nice food shops. Take a short walk to the busy street behind the hotel which takes about 15 minutes. You may walk towards your left side as you come out from the hotel main door. Turn left again and walk 250m until you reach the traffic light, turn left and walk up the hill until you come to the main busy area. The Dongguan Grand Muslim Mosque is located some where around this area, too. The local people are very friendly and willing to show you the directions. ChaoMan hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast provided has a wide range of fried vegetables, fried rice, Chinese buns and pastries. The most welcoming staff made our stay so memorable. Kudos to all of you and I've included their picture in this post. They helped us with our travels to popular sightseeing places and most of all, they got us a reasonable price for transfer to the airport at 65 yuan. Thank you all of you at ChaoMan! I'll surely come again when I visit Xining and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Highly recommend guys! The room is as good as expected, clean, chic and a lot of space. And the location is on point. A large underground parking lot for free parking. And it is right next to the railway station. It could be a bit noisy if u let the window open but if it is closed, it is perfectly fine. Self-laundry for free ( including washing detergent). Super friendly and helpful staff. We are very happy about the staying. ☺️

I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of two male front desk staff members I encountered during my recent stay at this hotel. I approached the front desk to inquire about to extend my stay. The two staff members I interacted with were both rude and dismissive, speaking to me without making eye contact and answering in a very loud voice. Their behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I understand that front desk staff members are often busy, but there is no excuse for treating guests with disrespect. I would appreciate it if you would address this matter with the staff members in question and ensure that all your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service. I hope that my experience will be addressed and that future guests will not encounter the same issues.

The gym looks better in pictures than it is in real life. The room was ok butthe carpet was dirty. Also one of the windows could not be shut, so there was always cold air and noise coming in. Breakfast was bettwr than average but no options to have omlettes cooked for you etc

Line 909 can go directly to Kumbum Monastery (the starting point to the end point is a long way). The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, green is the main color, and the lobby smells of matcha, which is light and refreshing. The window setting in the double bed room is a bit interesting. I had to get out of my room to open and close it by myself, haha... The tall young male front desk clerk on the morning of check-in on the 23rd had a very good service attitude and helped me choose a room with a window. Thank you very much! The short and skinny waitress was far behind. She deliberately tried to prevaricate me by saying there were no windows. This was very bad. When the boss saw this, he should talk about this waitress. The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

The room booked for my parents was not sleeping well in Qinghai Lake the night before. When I arrived in Delingha, I was completely cured. Highly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

離茶卡鹽湖不遠 離吃飯一條街很近（我訂酒店主要就是看吃飯住宿近一點方便些） 房間乾淨 也很寬敞 門口可停車 性價比很高！

自駕遊甘青環線，去了茶卡鹽湖，晚上就住在了這裏，距離茶卡鹽湖景區很近，開車十來分鐘就到了。入住酒店的時候服務員看我們有長者，還問我們是否需要把房間裏的供氧打開。帶長者來這種稍微有些海拔地方玩，這個服務還是挺貼心的！門口停車場很大，車位充足，附近有些餐廳，吃飯也方便。房間乾淨整潔，很寬敞，家人很滿意！
