Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. We booked at fairways days before our wedding Jan. 14, 2026. I was just scrolling through this app and found this hotel while searching for boracay. At first I was a bit skeptical since the price was too good to be true for the amenities it comes with. Since, it was my husband and it's 1st domestic trip I had to double check everything. It was also my 1st time in boracay & my husband's 4th time. Booking wasn't hard for me since trip was the cheapest offer compared to other booking apps. We booked for Jan. 16, 2026 and I called the property to let them know that we'll be having our honeymoon & requested a room with a good view. I'd rate their call service a 7/10 during the day and a 9/10 during at night. Their hotlines are open 24/7. TIPS for travelers who wants to stay in Fairways: 1. They offer a private airport round-trip transfer for 2,000/person. You just have to call the hotel the day after you book or at least 3 days before your trip. 2. The location of the hotel is kind of far but it's reasonable. You may want to consider the e-trike rates as well. They also have their own shuttle (please check the pictures attached for refernce). But if you want to stay late and miss the shuttle hours, As for our experience we got charged roughly 100-150 from Dmall to fairways & vise versa via etrike and that's just me and my husband riding. 3. They have their own Pool foam party (see attached pictures). We personally didn't get to experience this that much since when we got there it was full of kids and I wasnt really feeling the vibe hahah. 3. Always remember that there will be a charge for any stain in towel & sheets. They're strict about that. Overall rating it's a 8.5/10. If you're looking for a resort that literally has it all + they have their own private beach that's a literal walking distance from the key hole attraction + budget friendly, then this is for you. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Our first room (new building) had aircon issues and leaked. We got transfered to Monterey immediately. I still preferred the monterey buildings room. The aircon was cold just how I like it. Their food is good a 8/10 but ofc it's pricey. Overall service was a 7/10, they were kind of slow but can be improved on!. Staffs were so polite, nice, and helpful!. I even became friends with the 2 shuttle drivers 🩷 Will definitely come back and try their romantic dinner by the beach!.

This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

We recently stayed at Henann Prime Beach Resort in Boracay, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff, including the concierge, front office, housekeeping, pool attendant, and F&B team. The location was perfect. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. The Filipino customer service exceeded our expectations. The warm smiles and greetings we received were particularly noteworthy. Thank you for the birthday surprise for my son, which he thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. He was indeed sad to leave. We definitely plan to return.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Review of Goldberry Hotel What we liked: 🏙️ Great location — close to the plaza, restaurants, and walking distance to many spots. ✨ Lobby and hallways are kept clean and well-maintained. ⏰ Early check-in — we were allowed to check in at 10am for free (usual check-in time is 2pm). 🍴 The Rabbit Hole (hotel’s own restaurant) serves good food at reasonable prices. 🛁 Hotel room is equipped with complete toiletries and has hot & cold shower. 👩💼 Staff are professional and accommodating. Things to reconsider: 🚪 The room we were given had an old hotel smell upon entering, not the fresh, clean scent usually expected. 🪳 We noticed baby cockroaches — at least four in the crevice during check-in, and later more appeared on the comforter and bathroom sink after our island-hopping trip (proof attached). 🛏️ The bed sheet did not feel very clean — it had a sandy texture with some visible dirt.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.

Good service from the security to reception staff. Easy check in to check out. The room is nice and clean. The TV can mirror android devices only, unfortunately I’m an apple user. But so far, so good.

I love the rooms here, spacious, clean and new. The buffet breakfast is also good for it's price. Location is also excellent, infront of the main road, not beachfront but very near Dmall and just a short walk to the main beach front. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Overall my experience was great!
