"The front desk staff were excellent, very patiently helping me choose a satisfactory room. Their English was fluent. The breakfast coffee was delicious, and there was a wide variety of food. The location was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bukhara, and I highly recommend it to friends."

"Excellent stay experience. Jasmine Gevinch, the lovely lady at the front desk, helped me switch to a higher floor. Knowing I was traveling alone, she specially recommended the CHINOR restaurant, which is a local favorite with great value for money. When she learned about my habit of drinking a lot of water due to the hot weather, she had the staff send up 4 extra bottles of mineral water. Thumbs up for the attention to detail! Although the hotel is within walking distance of the old city, it's dustier because you pass by a construction site, so taking a taxi is more convenient. When using Yandex taxi, you need to set the pickup location to the hotel lobby level; otherwise, the car will automatically stop in the parking lot below. Joxongir, the concierge at the entrance, was super nice. He helped me carry my luggage from the front desk to the entrance and waited until my taxi arrived and the luggage was loaded before leaving. Despite the hot weather outside, he stayed to confirm the destination (the train station) with me and the driver before departing."

"The hotel is located north of Bukhara's Old City, with most attractions within walking distance. The Saffron Restaurant on the 3rd floor serves excellent food, especially the fried eggplant. However, the spa service was absolutely unacceptable. The therapist had an awful attitude and poor technique. Anytime we moved or were too tense during the massage, she would reprimand us with incredibly exaggerated, disgusted exclamations, completely ruining our day. On top of that, it didn't even provide the relaxation we sought. What's more, the time spent changing clothes was counted towards the massage duration, which would never happen in China. After writing a two-page complaint letter, the hotel offered a fruit platter as compensation and provided a written response stating that ”other guests in our tour group” were satisfied, implying the problem was ours. Yet, we were independent travelers who checked in alone, so the mention of a tour group was completely fabricated. Naturally, this was unacceptable. After a 30-minute standoff at the front desk, the final solution was a 30% discount, but then the fruit platter was withdrawn. As an incredibly arrogant hotel, I do not recommend staying here. They didn't even replenish toothpaste during daily cleanings. However, the rooftop restaurant is still recommended, with an average cost of around 200 CNY per person."

"Overall, it was decent. The hotel is quite new, but the main drawback is that the room is a bit small. I've stayed further from the city center before and gotten larger rooms. Here, besides the bed, there's not much space left. There's an ATM on the ground floor, and the breakfast is excellent, a mix of Western and Uzbek styles, with strawberries which was a nice touch. It's easy to get a taxi, and it's not far from the old city, about 10 kilometers. Across from the hotel, there's a place that sells baked samsa, and about a kilometer away there are restaurants where you can order takeout."

"Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia."

"Rating: 10/10 ”This hotel is a real eastern fairy tale! Once you open the door, you get into the amazing world of eastern color. The hotel is new, but at the same time decorated with great love for tradition each detail is thought up to tiny. The rooms are decorated in authentic eastern style, with very comfortable and comfortable. Bed just excellent has slept wonderfully. The hotel has a cozy recreation area where you can just lie down, relax and drink a cup of aroma tea. And the pool is a separate bonus, especially in the heat! A separate thanks to host an incredibly hospitality man, showed real eastern hospitality. He went to meet us and allowed us to stay at the hotel 3 hours after departure so that we could quietly wait for the train. Free! It is expensive. The staff is also very attentive, always ready to help with advice and where to eat deliciously, and where to go to see the most interesting. Breakfast is just delightful! Huge choice: a variety of east sweets, nuts and dried fruits, galva, pancakes, fresh fruit, cash, yogurt, twelve each will find something on the soul. Especially striking attention: breakfast with a huge selection of eastern sweets, fruits and home baking. The host and his team soulful people showed us what such eastern hospitality is. We all advise this hotel. And we when we left even the coin threw to return."

"The hotel is still new but the service level and the amenities are at a very good level. The staff was friendly and make sure we had a great time.  The room is spacious and the beds are very comfy."

"A very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee."
