"Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all."

"Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable) The bathroom was very spacious and spotless Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy . Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes Would definitely stay there again"

"We had a really amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and sea facing windows with spectacular view. Was so peaceful.Top location almost everything was at walking distance, great view, stores nearby for shopping and food, bus stations are on walking distance Overall really good experience. One thing to be noted that the name has changed for this hotel. Actual name is ''The Seafront Hotel''. Toilet might not be suitable for fat people for this room as is was too small and congested."

"This hostel truly felt like a 'hostel' in every sense of the word. All the staff were incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic. Now, even though it was an 8-person mixed dorm, I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The beds were shaky, and it was noisy because of all the people. Plus, since it was a mixed dorm, there were a lot of men who smelled really bad – they clearly didn't shower, and some had foot odor. But for this price, what can you say? You get what you pay for. Ctrip probably thinks I'm a difficult customer because I'm always reaching out to them whenever I stay at a hotel. But for this place, I absolutely didn't need to contact Ctrip. The service here is genuinely better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is so genuine. On my first night, the manager saw me sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. He said that since I only paid for a bed, even if it was noisy, I should sleep in my assigned bed. But he understood travelers and said it was okay for that night, just to make sure I slept back in my room the next day. And the female staff member, Grace, was super amazing! Huge shout-out to her! I told her I was trying to get tickets for The Lion King musical, but couldn't because I didn't have a UK account. She literally put down her toilet brush, went back to the office, and used their office computer to help me secure tickets! Oh my god, she was just too good, too good!"

"I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The food and drink options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting."

"To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax"

"Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money."

"The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm"

"So happy to find that this hotel back to how it was. I usually organise group coach trips and the last time we came here was just after Covid, and the whole break was miserable. Food dreadful (not buffet style as it is now), bar hopeless, no entertainment….the list went on. WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION NOW Food looked lovely & breakfast looked fab too. All buffet style and beautifully presented. Staff happy, helpful and chatty. Thought I’d never stop here again, but after last night’s stay - definitely will come back with my group Well done “The Grand”"
