"Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all."

"This hostel truly felt like a 'hostel' in every sense of the word. All the staff were incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic. Now, even though it was an 8-person mixed dorm, I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The beds were shaky, and it was noisy because of all the people. Plus, since it was a mixed dorm, there were a lot of men who smelled really bad – they clearly didn't shower, and some had foot odor. But for this price, what can you say? You get what you pay for. Ctrip probably thinks I'm a difficult customer because I'm always reaching out to them whenever I stay at a hotel. But for this place, I absolutely didn't need to contact Ctrip. The service here is genuinely better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is so genuine. On my first night, the manager saw me sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. He said that since I only paid for a bed, even if it was noisy, I should sleep in my assigned bed. But he understood travelers and said it was okay for that night, just to make sure I slept back in my room the next day. And the female staff member, Grace, was super amazing! Huge shout-out to her! I told her I was trying to get tickets for The Lion King musical, but couldn't because I didn't have a UK account. She literally put down her toilet brush, went back to the office, and used their office computer to help me secure tickets! Oh my god, she was just too good, too good!"

"The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm"

"Super! Great location, only minutes of walk to the train station and the beautiful beach (kids could literally spend a whole day there), nice food and great staff! Peter was very so kind, helping to solve our problem which was our fault in the first place. Our triple room was not new but spacious and very clean, just feels like home. Strongly recommended!"

"Decent hotel, lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms basic but does the job. Woke up with stiff neck due to the pillows being slabs, but that’s just a personal thing. 2 nights away with the kids and they had a fab time in Llandudno"

"A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views."

"Good service. The hotel is located at the hill top and has a good sea view. Very closed to the tram station and cable car station with lots of restaurants nearby."

"The hotel itself is on the Promenade. We found parking opposite the hotel ver convenient and for only £5.40 for 24 hrs. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, beds were really comfortable and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Breakfast was about average for a self service, tasty bacon and sausage, and the tea served in a proper teapot was lovely. The reception staff were very informative and friendly. This hotel mostly caters to coach holidays so I would not say it would appeal to younger people. There was bingo and entertainment on the 3 nights we stayed which nice for the mainly elderly visitors. Overall a very good place to stay"

"Great stay thank you, location was fabulous plus enjoying cocktails with a sea view. Pure bliss. Tony & Kyle who served our breakfasts were amazing a credit to your hotel. On a negative our room was so hot. The ladies toilets were a nightmare as you had to navigate round the toilet to actually sit down because of the sanitary unit being too large - a bug bare of mine. Looking forward to staying again. Many thanks."
