Although it is a BEST Western Plus level RESORT, the hotel looks like an inn, no different from a motel. There is no RESORT feeling. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and desolate. But behind the hotel is red sandstone.
The interior of the room looks a bit elegant, but it is not practical. There is no place to hang towels (bath towels are already hung in the bathroom).
Breakfast not included. Not good value for money.
Not the five-star Hyatt you imagine, it's a country motel. I took three trolley boxes (the other guy went to the parking) and stood there steadily watching me struggle in and out of help. I arrived at the hotel at 9 pm and thought I could eat something in the hotel restaurant, but today the restaurant bar was temporarily closed. roon service There is no, the mini refrigerator is also empty, the bathroom door can't be closed, the phone does not work, go to the front desk to ask, only to know that according to Utah law, the mini refrigerator does not put things. I woke up hungry the next morning, thinking that the hotel had breakfast, and I ate a few mouthfuls. No wonder Utah is less fat than other US states. It turned out that the food was too unpalatable. The hotel does not have bathrobes, slippers, toiletries. Don't forget to bring your own.
The first hotel to travel alone in the United States. From the SLC airport in the middle of the night, it takes less than half an hour to drive over. It's a pity that I set off very early the next day and only stayed for 6 hours.
This place rocks!! The location is amazing and the facilities are on point. It’s not very often that my wife asks me if we could stay an additional night and this was a place that we would have done this at if we didn’t have a tight schedule. The room and amenities were clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. Auto pancake maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy were delicious along with the other breakfast items. I’ll be staying here next chance I get.

Real good hotel during convention period.
Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel.
I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.
I have two hotel confirmation #, but the front desk only let me check in for one room, and said that the other booking has been cancelled over one month ago. But I did not do any cancellation nor received any cancel notice from trip. com.

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.
The room is small but exquisite, the facilities are OK, the sound insulation is too bad, and the air conditioner is very noisy, and the noise is sensitive to caution.
Basically, the first choice for family travel will consider Marriott, which is cost-effective and the hotel facilities and services are relatively stable! But this Marriott in Denver is a bit rudimentary, because there are not many people in the epidemic! Safer😄

KKa Pui TiffanyThe hotel is situated at a beautiful village with Christmas lighting. Staff are helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was a bonus and the view was spectacular as a backdrop. Overall very comfortable stay and one of the best!
裙裙儿轻飞We are a family trip, this hotel is very good, the front desk staff is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean, the parking is very convenient, suitable for traveling with children.
CCafellaThis trip, I wanted to escape the city noise and find somewhere peaceful — somewhere close to nature but still comfortable. And that’s how I ended up at AutoCamp Zion, just about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park in Utah.
Let me tell you, this is not your average campsite. It’s glamping — glamorous camping at its best! ✨ Everything is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, from the plush bed and private bathroom to the soft lighting and stylish décor that make you feel like you’re in a boutique resort surrounded by red rocks.
I stayed in one of their signature Airstream Suites, those shiny aluminum trailers that have become AutoCamp’s trademark. When I first stepped inside, I was honestly impressed — it’s minimalist, modern, and warm at the same time. The big window opens up to a stunning view of Utah’s red mountains — a sight that instantly makes you slow down and breathe.
The highlight? Nighttime. 🌌
Each suite comes with its own fire pit. My friend and I sat outside roasting marshmallows, sipping wine, and watching the stars slowly fill the sky. It was quiet, magical, and so peaceful — the kind of night you wish could last forever.
In the morning, we walked to the cozy lobby café, where they offer coffee, granola, and yogurt — simple but perfect. The whole space feels like a little community of travelers who love nature and good design.
If you’ve been dreaming about reconnecting with nature without sacrificing comfort, AutoCamp Zion is the perfect place. 🌿
It’s peaceful, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel grounded, inspired, and completely at ease.
JJon GreenerWe drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am.
The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…
XXiangfeidexiaochouyuThe environment and hygiene of the hotel are very good, and it is also close to the airport. The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is the most comfortable meal I have had outside in the past month since entering the United States. It is very, very good; the breakfast waiter is very nice. The only drawback is that the hotel’s swimming pool is too small and is only suitable for children to play.
ZZIJIEIn the salt lake city area, the hotel is more cost-effective and suitable for business travelers. Parking is convenient and there are many choices at the nearby gas station. However, salt lake city is really a very clean place.
GGuest UserHilton Garden Hotel is stylish, clean and hygienic. It has a 24-hour pick-up and drop-off service. It is very convenient to drive from Salt Lake City Airport. The price is also fair, I highly recommend this hotel
GGuest UserI was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!
