Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

Every time I come to Puyang, I will choose this hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and grand, and there are many green plants around. The staff service is very good. I changed to a lakeside room. The balcony of the room faces the lake view. It is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery and drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich and I am very satisfied in all aspects.

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, making it easy to store belongings, and the soundproofing was decent. Although there's a road and a shopping mall diagonally across, which can be noisy during the day with loudspeakers, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helping with luggage and greeting guests with smiles. The front desk, in particular, proactively offered information about the local area. Bella Li, especially, was very attentive and helpful when assisting me with extending my stay. My only suggestion would be to add trash cans in the public areas on the first floor; their absence was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered free high-speed train station pick-up. All you need to do is book with your butler in advance and provide your train number, and they'll take care of the rest. On the day of arrival, a lovely staff member was there promptly to pick us up and even helped with our luggage. In the afternoon, they provided a beautiful afternoon tea, which was a great opportunity to relax before heading out to explore the scenic spots. The hotel is conveniently located right within Longmen Ancient Town, within walking distance of the Longmen Grottoes. Overall, getting around was very easy, and there were plenty of restaurants and drink shops within the ancient town itself. The only minor drawbacks were that, because of the central air conditioning, controlling the room temperature was difficult. In winter, it felt like two different seasons indoors and out; it was simply too hot inside. Additionally, since our room faced the ancient town's street shops, it could be a bit noisy in the mornings, which might affect light sleepers. Overall, the service and room environment were very good, and I would definitely recommend it!

We booked a king-size bed and a twin bed, and the front desk staff was very considerate to move us to the same floor. The front desk also provided hot mineral water when we checked in. The room was very large, and there was a disposable bathtub bag for bathing in the bathtub. They also gave us cucumbers for facial application, but they were a little short. It was a pity that there was no place to put the phone in the bath, and there were not enough toilet paper rolls, so there was only one in the whole room. It was very embarrassing. The breakfast was very rich, but it was not replenished in time. Especially the noodle stall, when I went there at 9 o'clock, the toppings were gone, and I thought I would replenish them later, but at 9:20, the bottom was gone, and they didn't replenish them. But overall, I have been to four or five cities recently, and this hotel is very cost-effective. The service is also top-notch.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; this hotel can truly be considered the benchmark for high-end accommodation in Suqian. Excellent Location: Situated right next to Qingming Shanghe Park, within a larger park area. The lake view rooms offer a fantastic vista, and the sunsets in the evening are beautiful. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the environment is quiet, making it ideal for business relaxation and holidays. Top-notch Facilities: The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and well-maintained. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. Attentive Service: The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins, and the concierge service is proactive. Extra requests made during check-in (like asking for an additional bottle of water) were responded to quickly. Rich Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. Everything tasted delicious.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's an established five-star hotel with a grand and spacious Chinese garden-style architecture, boasting nice views. The rooms are very large; we booked a double room and even with two kids and an extra bed, there was still plenty of space. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, which had a wide selection of dishes, including local cuisine and Cantonese, all tasting great. What truly stood out was the service. Even before we checked in, the AC in our room was already on. Check-in was quick, and requests were attended to promptly. A special shout-out to Manager Zhang, who was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, clearly explaining the hotel facilities and surrounding amenities. Since we had an early morning flight and wouldn't have time for breakfast, he thoughtfully arranged for the staff to pack breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. A huge thank you for your dedication. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time, making it an ideal choice for early morning flights. Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved. During the day, we could hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors closing. However, once everyone rested, it became quiet. This might also be partly due to some guests speaking loudly or not closing doors gently. Perhaps earplugs could be offered or a quiet zone designated for guests with special needs.

InterContinental consistently delivers on quality, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled. The elegant orchids in public areas and details like 5100 bottled water all exuded good taste. Plus, if you love swimming and working out, this is a great place to stay. The buffet, priced at around 200+ per person, is definitely worth trying; the seafood quality is excellent. However, the biggest issue is the lack of ventilation and natural airflow. It got uncomfortably stuffy in less than a day, making it unsuitable for extended stays. The mattress was extremely thick, and the duvet was very warm, making it hard to sleep in the first half of the night due to the heat. Secondly, the complimentary 'special experience' lacked sincerity. The hotel couldn't directly book it; I had to contact the vendor myself, and the front desk didn't proactively offer this information. It took several phone calls to finally reach them, and in the end, I couldn't do it because the timing didn't work out. The vendor was on the 2nd floor of David City, and the actual service duration was only about 10 minutes, despite the hotel's page stating 30 minutes (which apparently requires buying products). Why would I travel so far just to apply hand cream and eye cream myself? I'd rather skip it. There were also a few minor flaws that didn't overshadow the overall experience: The toilet paper was very thin, the flip-top bin was inconvenient, and the toothbrush bristles were too hard.

I was quite satisfied with my stay overall. I felt very good from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Not only did she check me in quickly, she was also very considerate and took the initiative to tell me the WiFi password and breakfast time, and introduced some good restaurants and shopping places around the hotel. The room was simple and warm, clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning was also OK. There are many types of breakfast, including porridge, noodles, bread, fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The spicy soup is especially good. What surprised me most was that when I checked out, the lady at the front desk prepared souvenirs: water, fruit and yogurt. It seemed that the ladies at the front desk really cared about the guests' experience. If I come to Luohe next time, I will stay here again.
