Check in service was great upon arriving. They will give a large printed map and advise the route to take according to your preference. They added us on WeChat to update on all services available and sunrise info. Room was clean and signage saying tap water is portable from Huangshan spring. Boba tea's tapioca balls were powdery. Resources are difficult to carry up so maybe they served us overnight pearls. Food was not cheap but understandable. Breakfast was good with the traditional buns and soy bean drink etc. There is a walkway connected to the main building from the 2nd floor of blk B. Sunrise location changed to about 40min walk (one way) in Dec so it was steps and steps again on the second day morning but it's all worth it. Best communication from the helpful staff (in Chinese)

I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise me. The staff was nice in general, and responded quickly to my requests. There are some areas for improvement. At the breakfast, I ordered dumpling. The service staff, who prepared dumpling for me, did not wear a mask. I saw him using his dirty hands, which just cleaned his nose, to add ingredients to the bowl. This was disgusting. The signs for the elevators near the entrance to the mall are misleading in indicating the floors that the elevators can reach.

The hotel is in a great location, located in the center of Ma'anshan, a landmark building. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. This time I booked 2 rooms with my friends. The front desk lady Liu Wanxing was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room to a lake view suite for free. The room was really nice, large in size, and you could see the lake. The view was great, the room facilities were very comprehensive, the room had a bathtub, bath salts, and a separate shower room. The breakfast in the restaurant was also very rich and varied. I recommend the Golden Eagle Big Meat Noodles, which tasted great. There is also a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor, which is very spacious and comfortable. It is next to the Golden Eagle business district, and it is very convenient for travel and shopping. I will stay here next time

Amazing stay, wonderful breakfast, kind and helpful staff, especially the cleaning staff, view was stunning and the room was perfect. The gym was quite nice and pool was sweet as well, especially enjoyed the sauna! Hotel was very flexible with the checkout time and let us stay longer since I had a late flight, would recommend 100%, any time I will be at Hefei I am choosing them, it’s a bit far from the centre but 20mins by taxi isn’t too far and the hotel area is cozy as well

Very nice stay! Hot springs are definitely distinct for this hotel. Different springs with slightly different temperatures, great to relax. One lady spoke pretty good english and could help us with choosing hiking route and gave us a map. The breakfast is good. There is a laundry room with 2 wasching machines and dryer. Nice extra is the small tea set in the room. Extra tip, if you leave the hotel walk 100m to the left there is a very good restaurant (with yellow and red lights).

My mother lives near the Olympic Sports Center. She always stays in the surrounding area when she comes here every year. She has stayed at Langham and Grand Hyatt. I feel that this time Swan Lake Hotel is particularly worthwhile. The room is large and comfortable, the lake view is beautiful, and the parking lot is large. It completely crushes other hotels. It is worthy of being the first five-star hotel in the government district, and the service attitude is also super good. The breakfast of the hotel is extremely rich and varied. Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

Clean and tidy, with a bathtub, European style, large room, spacious and bright, and very quiet to sleep at night.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is as good as always. It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

Great hotel and very convinient t if you have a tour booked to visit the mountain because is the pick up location for most of tours. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very complete with many options.

First off, our fault, we didn't take note of the negative reviews of the service rendered in this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel, with amazing details and decorative accents. It is such a waste that the service standard is dismal. The lady at the reception was very dismissive when we checked in, after our long day of hiking. We managed to descend huangshan and reach the hotel about 6pm. She coldly informed us we have to have our dinner (before 8pm) and hotspring (before 9pm). We really scrambled and otherwise, you won't have food, and they would not allow us to use the hotspring voucher for the next day. Next, it might be a ”hotspring” hotel (throw away all preconceived thoughts of onsens), but u are only allowed one use a day, and it is only available from 3pm to 9pm. Next, apparently there is some transport restrictions for this hotel. So you can't just go out of the hotel to the town to eat and come back as there are specific timings u can go out or come into the hotel, via their transport team. You are basically holed in the hotel, which is fine for just one day, but not for longer stays. The food is acceptable, but they really meant it when they say it is a self-service buffet. The lady manager is especially surly. I don't think she was targeting us, she was equally dismissive to all (I guess that is some consolation) The staff delivered us 4 bottles of water while looking at his phone, no eye contact in any way (but this might just us being boomers by expecting some form of hospitality) The lady at the noodle station asked us to get our own soup bowl, while she continued with her douyin surfing.

Such a lovely trip! Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Huangshan, they provide all the kits you need for a hike including rain coat and hiking stick. We also had a nice upgrade for the room which was offered for free. We came from the UK and glad that we stayed here, the staff are all super nice and hospitable! Our room manager Huihui was exceptional, every morning auntie Wang and other aunties in the canteen greets us and prepares breakfast, they all are super nice and friendly :)) would come back again if we were visiting the area!! 特别感谢管家慧慧和王阿姨 还有所有酒店人员带给我们难忘的黄山之旅！

The housekeeper is responsible and will contact us in advance to book the itinerary, shuttle bus, cableway tickets and tickets. It is very convenient to walk to the Qingliang Terrace to watch the sunrise in ten minutes. The hotel is equipped with flashlights and down coats, which are very warm and specially prepared for sunrise and sunset.

A family of three booked two rooms, and the hotel directly upgraded them to a suite. The butler added WeChat in advance for communication. The hotel has a very old-fashioned charm and a very good environment. I will come again if I have the chance in the future and will recommend it to relatives and friends.

My partner and I spent three wonderful days here and we would come back in an instant. It’s one of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We had a huge terrace overlooking the fields, where we could just relax after some hectic days in Shanghai. The location is perfect, just outside the nearby town, but still close enough if you need anything. The hotels offers you a drop off to the main entrance of the Huangshan scenic area, which only takes about 10 minutes, so that you can be there early in the morning. When you visit the mountains, be sure not to miss out on the Western sea grand valley, it has less visitors and views are amazing. On our other day we visited nearby village Bishan, which was great, a cute little village with some artsy little cafes, eateries and shops. You can easily take a didi there. Every evening we had our meals at the hotel, which were delicious, and the breakfast was also outstanding, having both some local and western treats. We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Many thanks to the staff!

The official rating method seems to be not ”fair” to the accommodation on Huangshan Mountain. When you see that every stitch and thread on the mountain, even every piece of garbage and every brick is transported by porters, you will understand that living on the mountain is more of an experience. Of course, the price is also ”beautiful” 😁 In general, there is a special feeling of being a guest in the mountains. The atmosphere between the staff and the guests, and between the guests, is relatively close. It is ”small and warm”, and it also feels particularly thoughtful. I personally like their ”style coordination”, from the surrounding natural environment and architectural decoration style to the objects and staff's clothing, they are all consistent and harmonious styles, giving people a more comfortable feeling. If the budget is sufficient, it is recommended to stay for two nights, which will be a small and pleasant memory.

Our family spent a week visiting Huangshan and the surrounding area. Crowne Plaza Huangshan Yucheng was the best of the best in the area. The location and the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was exceptional. The staff at the hotel was incredible. I would like to thank all the friendly staff members at the hotel for the wonderful service, particularly Mr. Kevin Wang. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Wuhu was fantastic! The staff generously upgraded my accommodation to a lake view room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a beautiful view—highly recommended!

The check in was quick with good English speaking front desk. Rooms are stylish with very confortable bed and not smelly at all and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. The gym is well equipped with multi power station, leg press, Shoulder press machine , pectoral flying machine and rear delt machine, biceps machine and dump bell station up to 20kg. Breakfast has western available options There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️ The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.
