Stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay extra relaxing. One of the highlights was the perks that come with being an in-house guest—there are quite a number of privileges that make the stay feel more worthwhile and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful, serene atmosphere, perfect for a quiet getaway while still being in the city. If there’s one downside, it would be the location in terms of convenience to public transport. Although it’s mentioned to be near train stations, the walk to the nearest ones is actually a bit further than expected, especially if you’re carrying luggage or travelling in the heat. Also, for older guests, it may be a good idea to request a room closer to the main lobby, as the property is quite large and distances within the hotel can be a bit of a walk. Overall, still a lovely stay and would recommend for those who value space, comfort, and a more tranquil environment.

Our stay at InterContinental Nanjing was fantastic. On the day of check-in, Luanne added me on WeChat and enthusiastically asked about our needs. Everything was perfectly arranged, and she checked in with us daily to ensure our experience was good. It was truly touching! Thumbs up! 👍 The room faced Xuanwu Lake, offering a wide, beautiful night view. We also went up to the 45th floor for some outdoor photos. All in all, InterContinental Nanjing is definitely worth revisiting! The hotel staff are highly professional and provide excellent service, and the housekeeping aunties are also very thoughtful, keeping the room clean and bright! Subway Lines 1 and 4 are just over a hundred meters away, and there are plenty of great food options nearby!

Facilities: You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor of the lobby, bar, and guest rooms, even though it's quite old now. The aesthetic and style are a bit old-fashioned. There's a kids' play area, but it's small and located on the second basement floor, so ventilation isn't great. We visited during a public holiday, so it was also quite crowded. Cleanliness: I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness this time. We stayed in a family oversized bed room, and the bed seemed to be two 1.5m beds pushed together without seamless treatment in the middle, which wasn't very comfortable. Most importantly, the toilet in the bathroom had a very strong odor, likely due to its age combined with poor cleaning, and the drain probably had a backflow smell. We brought our own toilet seat covers, but we weren't happy with the bathroom. There were two sinks in the room, and one of them was clogged; even a little water took ages to drain. Overall, the attention to detail wasn't great. Environment: I didn't take photos of the room. The room itself is quite old but reasonably well-maintained. It's located in the Jinji Lake scenic area, so the external environment is very good, and it's less crowded than being in the city center. Service: Overall, the service was good. Staff greet you when they see you. The hotel's breakfast buffet is decent and meets star-hotel standards. In the evenings, there's live music (piano and singing) in the bar, and it's quite good. If they could renovate and maintain it, it would still be a very good hotel.

This hotel stay was absolutely perfect for my trip! The hotel is surrounded by a fantastic array of restaurants and entertainment options. Right downstairs, there's a bustling food street, and in the evenings, you can explore a lively night market. The hotel facilities are top-notch; the central air conditioning and smart toilet were incredibly comfortable to use. I especially appreciated the flexible breakfast hours, allowing me to sleep in and enjoy my meal at my own pace without having to rush – truly a superb experience all around.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍🏻 I've always had a good impression of Kempinski, and the room style at this Nanjing location is also to my liking. Facilities: The lobby is grand, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is large with a separate wet and dry area. However, like most older five-star hotels, the toilets are an older model and the hair dryer is also dated. Aside from these 'traditional' aspects, everything else is quite luxurious. Hygiene: No issues, and the air quality in the room was fine. Environment: The surrounding area is also good, it's just a bit far from the subway. However, prices in Nanjing are reasonable, so taxis aren't expensive, though there's occasional traffic. Service: Everything was excellent. The staff I interacted with all had great attitudes and a strong service意識 (service-oriented mindset). Even ran into a foreign chef from the restaurant in the elevator and he was very polite too! It was a great stay, a hotel I would definitely stay at again. (I don't usually take photos of rooms, but they look exactly like the pictures uploaded by the hotel!)

Stayed in Building 18, Guanfangyuan. The room was great, and they even provided welcome fruits and the famous Yangzhou University yogurt! If you have kids, you can call the front desk and ask for a little yellow duck children's toiletry kit, which the kids loved!!! There were also swans and goldfish that were really easy to feed. You can get free fish food and swan food from the front desk! (Only fish food and swan food are free; other animals like cats and rabbits require you to buy food yourself.) One time, I was craving some Coke, so I wrote a note and put it in the fridge asking for two bottles. To my surprise, the front desk replied with a witty message and sent four bottles of Coke!!! (I didn't upload the picture). This review is a bit long, but I'm truly very satisfied!!!

Extremely satisfied with this relaxing getaway! The environment is exceptionally serene, and the outdoor landscaping and water features are very elegant. You could easily stay around the hotel without feeling bored. Nearby, there's Langshan Scenic Area and Binjiang Park, both within walking distance, making it perfect for a leisurely holiday or a wellness retreat. Membership offers a lot of discounts, including on dining. When I added breakfast separately, the hotel automatically applied a discount, which was very generous. The dining prices are all very reasonable, and the food is delicious. The front desk and concierge staff, both the young men and women, provided excellent service, offering friendly reminders about various things. Elise from guest relations was also wonderful; she called a day in advance and noted a room upgrade, and when I arrived, the front desk already had it arranged. I'll definitely be coming back here for future Chinese New Year holidays.

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit B20 of Sanyang Plaza on Metro Line 1, offering direct access to Wuxi Station. The room, advertised as a mountain view, was more of a city view, as there wasn't really any mountain visible. The soundproofing was incredibly poor; the guests next door were chattering loudly past 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. I had to knock on the wall to get some quiet. The service, however, was excellent! Especially the housekeeping staff who proactively left extra bottles of water every day, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, and the soup dumplings were delicious.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and had such a great experience. They upgraded me to a suite, which was clean, beautiful and incredibly spacious. When I arrived, they had a thoughtful birthday setup waiting for me, complete with a cake and a sweet “Happy Birthday” display, which I truly appreciated. They also gave me lovely souvenirs from the city, which was such a nice touch. The staff were warm, helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of Western options. The view from the room was amazing and made the stay even more special. The location is also very convenient, right next to a plaza with plenty of food options to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good hotel, located next to the railway station. It has comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and professional staff.
