Some young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.

Check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was pretty and generous. It was Christmas day and we were given teddy bears and Christmas cookies. They were so cute. I loved them and will stay here again next time.

There's no small table for phones in the restroom, making it inconvenient to use your phone while on the toilet. The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much food, and even the juice wasn't pure juice.
Muy agradable y buen trato pero quise comprar un noche extra al entrar y se me dijo que si se podria y se me cargó una cuota y para ese dia se me dijo que no tenian espacio.
Overall excellent and the service is good. The location is not in the city center, but the surrounding area is very safe.
Downstairs is the park, the design hotel environment is good. The breakfast tastes so-so, but the overall is good.

The room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street, which is very convenient.

The room was very clean. There's a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, and the food was excellent. The hotel environment is nice, and the layout is comfortable. The transparent elevator is a unique feature. A more varied breakfast would have been nice.

Most rooms in this hotel lack outside windows, which makes them feel quite claustrophobic and poorly lit. On top of that, the hotel's location seemed incorrect. I sent my current location to a taxi driver, but their navigation system was wrong. Then, when I ordered food delivery, the driver couldn't find the hotel and claimed they had delivered to the wrong address. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating. The elevator was often crowded, and the entrance to my room felt uncomfortably cramped.

Good location and best service. Facilities can be old but it's worth of the price. Super convenient to all locations.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis is our go to place in Mexico City, great location (other than problems with Uber due to road closed in front of US Embassy which blocks one access completely).
Staff are pretty good, fair pricing.. just stay away from Danubio tower and get the Reforma side.
Had 2 issues last visit with show curtains not being water proof, so bathroom floor would get wet and main room door was difficult to close (514). Spoke to front desk and customer service contacted me with an upgrade.

GGuest UserAs you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.
KkimberlytongThe location of the hotel is good, there are many restaurants around. Because it has been a few years, some facilities in the room can see the traces of time. The service is quite satisfactory, the service at the checkin at the front desk and the outdoor restaurant on the second floor is not bad (pictures 2 and 3 are outdoor restaurants, I ate at the hotel when I arrived late, the food is not exquisite but tastes good). The concierge is more ordinary, with strange eyes and arrogant attitude. What is more excessive is the waiter in the buffet breakfast room. The room rate includes breakfast, but the guest still needs to sign a bill. We gave a tip of 50peso, but unexpectedly, the waiter added a 1 in front of 50 without authorization, and it became 150. It can be seen from the photo that the 1 in front of 50 is quite abrupt, and the writing and color are different from 50. (It’s also our own fault. We only wrote the tip, and didn’t write the total amount to save trouble, because we didn’t intend to give a tip. The waiter just took the coffee pot and asked if he wanted coffee. Apart from that, he didn’t provide anything else. Serve). After staying in the tipping culture for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a thing.
BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now
XxtminThe hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and tidy, the network is stable, but the bottled water in the room tastes strange. The breakfast is relatively rich and there are some changes every day, which can also adapt to my parents' Chinese stomach.
