"The location is very nice (right in front of the Savannah River) Parking is the worst (no free parking even if you stay here.. valet $54, self-parking in the parking lot building is $56 (because it's calculated by the hour) *If you're going to park, I recommend just parking on the side of the road.. hotel parking is too expensive Amenities are good.. it's a shame there's no pool... Room cleaning - seems to be done roughly.. the trash can area is not cleaned (it seems like they only throw away big things..) Amenities are not filled... one day thread & needle, one day hair cap, one day nothing.. hit or miss I don't know because I didn't eat here Ah! Baobab Bar has a good atmosphere and is friendly"

"This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece."

"這是我入住體驗最差的一次，感覺酒店管理有問題，這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標，以上是本人主觀認識，下面講一下客觀情況，第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員，衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音，我hello了一下，沒人睬，等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住，進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響，控制面板電流聲（較小），台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響（嗒嗒聲），晚上睡覺肯定有影響，於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況，希望來處理一下，三十分鐘沒反應，忍不住直接到前台反應，要求儘快解決或換個房間，均不答應且態度生硬敷衍，我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙，我因為外出有事，在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店，晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了，一夜無事，第二天離大譜的事情就來了，凌晨三點左右，睡夢中突然被吵醒，發現窗簾正在自動打開（發出沙沙聲），全屋燈光自動打開，燈火通明，走到客廳發現同樣情況，同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現，直到早上一直未睡，因為上午要自己開車去機場，已沒有精力和酒店交涉，前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多，是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。"

"Compared with China, the facilities are relatively old, probably because the hotel has been built for too long. But the scenery outside the window is very good, and you can feel the reputation of Atlanta Forest City. Some of the staff's attitudes are good and some are bad depending on luck, but overall they are very attentive, close to the Lenox shopping mall, very convenient."

"The restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!"

"The hotel is located near peachtree street. Although the location is close to Lenox mall but still a bit far for a walk. Saw a few pubs and bars. I would say they are ok in general but it would be nice if they could moved me upper floor as I clearly requested that I prefer upper floor . Breakfast was rather good though although there weren't much varieties but blueberry pancake was very delicious."
