Overall, my stay was positive. The location is very convenient, and the airport pickup experience was smooth—the driver was especially helpful.
Areas for improvement:
Check-in consistency: I noticed some inconsistency in how guests were treated during check-in, with foreign visitors receiving more attentive service than locals.
Food quality: The taste of some dishes, such as the nachos with cheese, could be improved.
Very nice service, next to the walking street. If you like to meet lots of *********** and begging kids on the way to your hotel it’s a nice location. If not better choose another location. The rooftop pool was perfect. I booked a room with a balcony, sadly only view you get is on a dirty concrete wall. All in all personally I wouldn’t stay there again, I would book a hotel in the center
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take any photos, but we had a really great time during our stay. The room we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
The only minor downside was the parking, although the hotel has its own parking area, the spaces are quite limited, so we had to park a bit farther away. They do, however, offer free parking at a nearby space, and you can also park for free at the nearby SM City Clark parking lot, just make sure to ask them about it.
Breakfast was delicious, though the selection could be improved. The location is also very convenient, especially with SM City Clark just a short walk away.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again the next time we visit Clark.
The hotel is clean and tidy. I am on a business trip. It is close to the factory, but it takes a long time to get to the airport. Everything else is OK. It is clean, hygienic, tidy, and the service attitude is OK.
Quest Hotel is always are go-to hotel for the Clark area. My husband and I join triathlons and duathlons in the Clark area, and Quest Hotel is always located closest to the race starts and finish, so its very convenient to check in there, especially when we re traveling with our toddlers. There is a play area located in the hotel, apart from the swimming pool, so our girls have choices for what they can do while waiting. The hotel staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well, there was transportation available to take us from the hotel entrance to the Clark Parade Grounds area, since it was raining during our entire stay. We just noticed that this time around, staff were alittle slower than usual, probably because the hotel was full, but the staff tried their best to accommodate all requests for their guests, so we're still very thankful!
I stayed here for 3 nights with my child and chose a beachfront room. Overall, it was a good experience — easy access to the beach, spacious room, and fast internet. Breakfast is not included, so you have to pay extra. I came by public transportation: you can take a jeepney to the main road and walk in, or take a tricycle from the city for about 250 pesos. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was security on-site
One downside is that there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so dining options are a bit limited.
.
I've stayed at Queen's Hotel several times, but this visit left me quite disappointed. I was in Room 201 from August 15th to 18th, which is supposedly one of their most premium rooms.
The Wi-Fi this time was absolutely terrible. Despite showing a strong signal, I couldn't get online, or it would constantly lag and freeze.
I truly hope this can be improved by my next visit! Otherwise, I might have to consider staying at Central Park Tower instead...
A+ on customer service, the staff were all very kind, smiling, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet options are limited but, they were all very good! And the selection changes every day.
Thank you for the lovely stay!!!! We will come back for certain. Until then, salamat, thank, baie dankie, dziekuje.

AAnonymous UserThis resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.

GGuest UserBeen here previously in their earlier years and not much has changed except for the addition of new sections. Really disappointed with internet connection as it didn’t get fixed until the last day of our stay. Limited restaurant service as well on a Monday. Breakfast was just so-so though good local coffee. A bit challenging to get the jeep ride around the resort as we needed to constantly contact front desk to make sure we get picked up in front of our room. Walking tours and staying in the heritage rooms are still the best amenities that this resort offers plus some helpful staff.
GGuest UserLess than 3hr drive from makati, La Jolla is an excellent beach getaway destination. Rooms are clean and comfortable- premium rooms have sea views while deluxe rooms face the garden/interior road. There are 2 pools- one infinity pool at the beach and one kids pool/small lagoon pool up by the main lobby and playground. The beach is the main attraction- soft white grey sand, very few small rocks. Shallow drop similar to boracay makes it very family friendly. Nice trees provide shade near the sunbeds. Food- main restaurant has the breakfast buffet, while the beach restaurant serves lunch & dinner. The menu is limited, but portions are generous for the price and food was quite good. Pepperoni Pizza was good, and the chicken inasal & pinakbet with lechon kawali were delicious. The hamburger was the only item that we didn’t like the taste of. We had to preorder in advance since some menu items were not available and the service would take time. Staff are very friendly, but we did need to remind them almost daily to clean our room. WiFi is available and globe signal is significantly weaker than smart. Rooms have cignal tv. Special mention to Joyce, mark and the rest of the f&b crew for tirelessly serving the guests during the Christmas break! We will definitely go back soon.

JJames Doblekay, here's my take on Mango's Beachfront Resort in Olongapo, based on what I've seen:
If you're heading to Olongapo, especially for diving, Mango's Beachfront Resort has some definite pros. The location is right on the beach, which is a big plus, and the staff are consistently praised for being super friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food, and you can enjoy it with a view of the ocean. They've also got a dive center right there, which is really convenient if you're planning on doing some underwater exploring.
However, be aware that the rooms can be hit-or-miss. Some of the standard rooms seem to be quite outdated and a bit rough around the edges – think things like mold and noisy AC. If you can, it's worth upgrading to a superior or king room, as those seem to be much better. Also, while it's a beachfront resort, the beach itself isn't necessarily the best for swimming. And just a heads up, there's no pool on the property.
So, to sum it up: Mango's is a good choice if you prioritize location and friendly service, especially if you're a diver. But, be sure to choose your room carefully, and don't expect a pristine beach for swimming.
NNurse MurlI recently stayed at Sunday Hevea and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. Every meal I tried was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety of local and international options. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for big, comfortable rooms and tasty food. I would happily come back again!
