Staff was very courteous. However, one day we had hot water issues. Difficult to take shower.

Room was basic and clean. Good for one night stay. Front office staff were 3/5 at best. They didn’t really seem to want to be there.

Hotel hardware facilities and software facilities are very good, but go out to eat and drive, the map looks very close to the oldest market in North America but walks for at least 20 minutes. We went to St. John to see the counter current waterfall, so the early rising tide and the afternoon low tide drove out to see this spectacle, quite magical and shocking. It is very convenient to drive to this hotel, the parking lot is large enough and free.

We enjoyed our night. The breakfast was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We did not use the pool but will definitely return with the kids. The room was clean

Clean hotel and very good service! Nice clean pool/spa! Terrible buffet for the price! Cold food without taste and very little variety. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

There is a river outside the room window. When I stayed there for one night, the direction of the river flow was different when I checked in and when I left, and the water level difference was quite large. The room was quite quiet.

The window view should be considered very good in this small town. If the weather is good in the morning, you should still see the sunrise. The room is the normal Samsung standard, but the curtain leaks very seriously, and the light from outside at night causes the room to be very bright. Breakfast is a buffet and cannot be taken out of the restaurant. Considering the new crown, I did not eat breakfast. The hotel is holding a wedding, except for the front desk, no masks are seen, but the whole city seems to pay little attention to epidemic prevention. In short, the room itself is very good at this price and it is worth staying in.

We were satisfied with everything actually. It is probably why I gave four stars to amenities because of the size; like a small buffet space for breakfast and a tiny functional elevator for all guests. Aside from that, the rest is fine and the staff were pleasant.
