This hotel not only offers a magnificent view but also provides outstanding customer service, which makes me highly recommend this place. From the moment we arrived, the level of attention and care we received was truly remarkable. We were assigned a dedicated butler, 直玛, who ensured that someone was waiting for us upon our arrival, as the hotel is located approximately 50 meters from the main road. Her thoughtful gestures and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Although we only stayed for one night, 直玛 and her team made us feel completely at home. They were aware of our early morning departure and were already prepared and standing by to assist us with our luggage. Their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable. Additionally, the breakfast experience was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the staff went above and beyond by offering us an additional bowl of noodles, which was a delightful touch. Overall, this hotel combines stunning views with impeccable service, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Lugu Lake. It can really be said that the accommodation in this city is amazing! The price during the Spring Festival is not too high, it is worth it for children or the elderly, the decoration is good, the room is fully equipped with smart facilities, there are drinks in the free refrigerator, a hidden safe, and a makeup mirror for ladies. Disposable face towels are provided free of charge, and the toiletries and foam hand sanitizer are easy to use. It is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is good, the buffet breakfast is also good, and fruits are delivered every day! There is mineral water at the elevator entrance for you to take at will. It is a satisfactory choice for traveling during the crowded Spring Festival holiday!

It is really the best location in the scenic spot, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, the service is considerate and thoughtful, it is very comfortable to sit on the terrace! The late autumn Puzhehei is very beautiful, and the transportation is very convenient. The advantage of off-season travel is that you can enjoy the entire lake, the whole mountain, and even the entire sky. The air here is particularly fresh! Recommended to our cycling team! This is a locally run hotel. Location is good, right ij the old town . The room has everything you need, the breakfast is amazing! There staffs are very helpful, polite and attentive. You are in good hands if you decided to stay in this hotel. We will definitely come back to stay with them again.

 I checked in at 16:00 with a staff lady named 屁屁倩. I had booked a total of 3 rooms in advance, but was informed that only 1 room was available at that time. The other 2 rooms would take approximately one hour later. Since I needed to rest, I made a strong request for an additional room, and was then given a second room. I was told the remaining room would be provided later about one hour later and she would inform me via WeChat once it’s ready. During checking-in, However, the staff handed me the key card without giving any information—no explanation about breakfast time or other important details I should have been informed of at check-in. I waited for another hour, texting her but no response. So I went down to her at the front and only then was I finally given the third room I had booked. I was kind of upset about the service of the staff I had received which was totally opposite to above reviews. Other than that, I must say the hotel is in a very good location, near to every thing from Jinmabiji arch, old street, eateries, Nanping street and metro. The room was very comfortable, clean, nice aroma of amenities, comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was the highlight, didn’t expect to be served with very delicious roasted duck with crispy skin. Night time porridge with salty egg was also a nice touch for me. If the hotel can improve the service of the staff I previously mentioned, I would give 5 stars to my review.

We had a very good experience with Babymoon Hotel. Situated in 金马碧鸡坊, the location of the place is very central to 南屏步行街. Although the location may seem far from the metro, it is very convenient if you didi around. There is a short rocky path - little experience of the how the old town is like, but rest assured that it is quite manageable with luggages. I really appreciate all of the assistance and patience rendered by the team - from getting my parcel from one month before my date of stay, to sending parcels within the country, and being patient when we decided to cancel their airport service because we couldn't wait any longer, all of these acts of service made our stay so enjoyable. Within the room, you can see the nice little touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although the room may not be the most spacious, the extra bottles of water to keep you hydrated, extra hair ties, tea and coffee for you to enjoy in your room were all nice touches. Overall, I am deeply touched by the team's effort in making our stay so enjoyable. Great effort!

Fortunately, I booked the last room at short notice. It's worth the money. Every corner of the hotel and the guest rooms are beautiful, and the room facilities are very good. The best thing is their service, which is really great. They are always responsive and warm, and they are very friendly and make people feel comfortable. The hotel is not in a pile of shabby B&Bs or in a noisy commercial street. It is quiet and you can enjoy the lake view. Their rose latte is very delicious, recommended! The other guests staying there are also very friendly. In short, 100 points.
