Hotel located very well compared to the Ferrari museums, you can reach the Maranello Museum in a few minutes to the provincial Modena. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and with very comfortable beds. The whole structure recalls the Ferrari history in all details and I absolutely advise the fans. Michael Schumacker's F310B at the reception is the chilli on the cake.

High cost performance, convenient transportation, a great choice without having to enter the old town, convenient parking, rich breakfast, and good service attitude of the staff. A family of four is just right for the suite

Stayed for 1 night. Full of a pleasant hotel. Settled for a couple of hours before check-in. Staff is pleasant. I took the room and there was a bath! There were no problems with water. Clean in the room and the hotel itself. Breakfast is a lot of different cruissans, biscuits, cuts of meat and cheese. from hot - omlet, sausages with becon and cooked eggs. For the morning no more. The only - the coffee machine didn't work but the staff poured cappuccino anyway :) Parma is in principle small, so to the central part to go 5-8 minutes, to the station as much as the station

The location is very good, the front is green, a few steps is the center of the old city. The room was comfortable and big enough. The facilities are not very new, but the maintenance is very careful. The service staff is very caring ❤️

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful location where stepping out is into fresh air with the scent of pine trees. Really loved my stay! Staff were super friendly. Just marked down on amenities as the restaurant was closed, but staff recommended restaurants for dine-in or delivery.

I walked from Bologna airport late at night. I walked on pavements a large grass verge and a quiet road. Other reviews say the route is not safe but as long as you are not with children I would disagree. It took about 20 mins to walk it and coming back I was able to take the reasonably large mini bus which was then running in the morning. As far as the hotel is concerned it was clean, friendly enough and did the job for an overnight stopover. I would stay again

Very good hotel, suitable for business trips. Clean, tidy and practical, the front desk can communicate in English smoothly, it is right next to the train station and has convenient transportation.

The next day, I still arranged an upgraded room. I can have a 10% discount in the hotel restaurant, and the front desk provides me with a free location for meetings with customers. All the staff are very polite and kind.

A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.
