Checked in was fast and easy. Staff was nice. Room was good but we got the 1 facing the main street, so it can be a little noisy if the window is open. But once close it's manageable, we didn't have a problem with it. Breakfast was good too. It's near the station so that's easy for us as we use the train a lot.

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

It was very beautiful from the lobby. The room was not very new but still clean. It was spacious and comes with beautiful furniture. The little kitchen was perfect. All utensils were great. Dishes are from Hay House which is so cute. I like the way they “hide” the bed, so the room has much more functionality. It was comfy and cozy staying there. The sidekicks (staff) are super friendly and helpful. The price was also good. It definitely worth. The place is close to the metro, and the building is very easy to find. Lastly, there is a supermarket near the place (next to the metro), so it was very convenient to buy things and cook them in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean cozy and had a nice city view with an IKEA vibe. The staff were warm and helpful and the location was great just a short walk to the shopping mall and easy to explore around. It felt peaceful and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Do not bother with paying more for the ”river view” as the river is blocked by another row of hotel/buildings and it is quite far away, I only caught a glimpse of the river inbetween the buildings. Location is a little inconvenient, it is a 17 minutes walk from the station (in the cold), unless you buy passes to board the bus which is expensive (or pray that there is no inspection). The hotel seems to be more appropriate for business travellers / conventions. The rooftop bar was a lifesaver as it is open until 1am and kitchen closes at 11pm and the food is pretty decent (service is not, sadly).

A short walk from the Metro. Great 24 hour gym on site. Nice breakfast. Can be noisy from other rooms. But a very good choice for exploring Copenhagen.

The design and atmosphere of the property are unique and stylish, and the lobby and common areas feel warm and inviting. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the room was not serviced daily, towels were not replaced, and basic items were not restocked, even when requested. For a hotel in this price range, I expected more reliable cleaning and room maintenance. Some noise from outside was also noticeable, which may bother light sleepers. Storage space in the room is quite limited, making longer stays less comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a nice vibe, but service quality and room practicality need improvement.

Wonderful stay at this gem right in the heart of Copenhagen. Everyone was very friendly and particularly enjoyed the quiet wine in the evening. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The rooms feature a warm Nordic home style and are large in size. The service staff are very polite and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The surroundings are very quiet and just a stone's throw away from the New Harbor and the canal.

The location is very good. There are small supermarkets to the north, west and east, which is very convenient for shopping. Take the bus across the road to Copenhagen, and then transfer to the subway, which takes less than 1 hour. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the environment of the breakfast restaurant is particularly good. There are many drinks in the hotel (charged).
