"Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all."

"Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable) The bathroom was very spacious and spotless Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy . Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes Would definitely stay there again"

"This hostel truly felt like a 'hostel' in every sense of the word. All the staff were incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic. Now, even though it was an 8-person mixed dorm, I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep. The beds were shaky, and it was noisy because of all the people. Plus, since it was a mixed dorm, there were a lot of men who smelled really bad – they clearly didn't shower, and some had foot odor. But for this price, what can you say? You get what you pay for. Ctrip probably thinks I'm a difficult customer because I'm always reaching out to them whenever I stay at a hotel. But for this place, I absolutely didn't need to contact Ctrip. The service here is genuinely better than any five-star hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is so genuine. On my first night, the manager saw me sleeping on the sofa in the lobby. He said that since I only paid for a bed, even if it was noisy, I should sleep in my assigned bed. But he understood travelers and said it was okay for that night, just to make sure I slept back in my room the next day. And the female staff member, Grace, was super amazing! Huge shout-out to her! I told her I was trying to get tickets for The Lion King musical, but couldn't because I didn't have a UK account. She literally put down her toilet brush, went back to the office, and used their office computer to help me secure tickets! Oh my god, she was just too good, too good!"

"The hotel is not far from the beach, although it is not directly facing the beach, but you can still see the hotel facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean. The room has free costa coffee capsules. Milk and mineral water in the refrigerator are free 15 pounds per person. The breakfast is also very good with a sea view The price-performance ratio of this hotel is still very recommended. There are many restaurants when you go out. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the small train on Mount Ohm"

"I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. "A very cozy hotel, it seems to be a chain hotel in the Wales area. It has a white appearance and is clean and refreshing. When I arrived, one of the three free parking spaces across the road from the hotel happened to be vacant. Park and follow the hotel. Ask at the front desk - although it is not the time to check in at 3pm, you can park your car and use the toilet; it is very close to Conwy Castle and the city wall. I visited the castle first and then walked back to the hotel along the city wall to check in and check in. The front desk was white The young man enthusiastically helped us carry our two suitcases up the narrow wooden stairs covered with thick blankets; the curtains were made of Welsh pure wool plaid; the bathroom had white tiles, the toilet seat had wooden washers, and the bedding was made of pure cotton. There is a plaid, thick lip blanket, breakfast is served and you can order it by yourself; coffee is served from a pot on the table, and you can help yourself with juice. The next morning after dinner, we walked around the city wall and the center of the town."

"The hotel is on the seaside and very close to the train station, less than 10 minutes. There are M&S and Costa nearby. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, but it does not affect your stay. It is clean overall, but the bathing area is a bit small and it takes more than ten seconds to get hot water."

"It's a lovely hotel in a very convenient location There's a restaurant, so you can eat. We had breakfast, but there were many kinds and it was very delicious The room was very cute and clean, with PET bottle water, Nespresso coffee, tea and cookies, and I had a slow time in the room. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Conwi."
