There is a late fine from the hotel if you check out later than 12 noon... There is no notification about that, because when you check in... and the FO is at 11 o'clock, they also don't tell you the check out time limit if there is a fine of 100 thousand per hour... by me. take 2 more rooms๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ
My 1st night room with sewer smell from plumbing defect. 2nd night manage to got another room.
Hotel internet too slow as we leave in 1990's ๐คจ
Shoping mall nearby (Pekanbaru Xchange) not recommended as most of the shop closed. Have to walk to accrose busy road, Ciputra Mall.
The hotel room was spacious....but old. The flooring was uneven & scary for an elderly like me. The hotel seems dull without a spa & far from nearby shops. Breakfast spread was good but mundane for four consecutive nights that we stayed there......perhqps changes should be made to the menu daily, though it was delicious!
The hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired.
Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible.
Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.
One of the usual hotel I stayed during business trip at Dumai.
This is newest hotel in Zuri Group.
Is a three star hotel however is good enough for me.
Breakfast is Indonesia style.
To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!
Itโs my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must!
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too.
For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

GGuest UserNice place, but you canโt use the swimming pool because they work on it until end of may i remember. Breakfast really good, with kind staff.
After everything is really expensive, food, drink, you have to pay if you check in early and you have to pay if you want to go to the ferry (50.000 with the hotel, 15.000 in the street). So I would advice to go to Patra Dumai Hotel, free early check in, free driver if you want to move, and food is cheaper. It was a better experience
