"The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. I was on a business trip and just needed something close to the airport for convenience, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. It has a kitchen, capable of real cooking, with a microwave, induction hob, gas stove, and all sorts of utensils. There's a washing machine, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The bedding is clean, and toiletries are fully stocked, making it perfect for a family trip. Highly recommended! Downstairs, there's a well-stocked supermarket, and next door, a 24-hour food stall. The surrounding scenery is also quite nice."

"Had a pleasant stay at Royale Chulan Seremban. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel offers good facilities and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended for both business and family trips."

"The environment is fantastic, with a private hotel beach where the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The staff are very welcoming, and right next door is a hill with a lighthouse on top. It's one of the old lighthouses that used to guide ships into Malacca."

"Perhaps due to the sea in Port Dickson not being as blue or clear as it once was, there weren't many guests, so the hotel proactively upgraded us to a better-located overwater villa. The quiet and comfortable environment provided us with a rare moment of relaxation. The room had a strong design aesthetic and good furnishings, though the facilities were a bit dated, which speaks to the high quality of the original renovation. There are pavilions along the walkway, perfect for watching the sunset."

"I really have no knack for booking hotels. When I saw the pictures, I thought it looked just okay, but after checking in, I was really impressed. The lobby is huge, even bigger than some five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur. The room is great, and the cleanliness is excellent. It's very bright and I love it."

"We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop."

"This hotel is excellent, with a great environment perfect for a vacation. It's an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle, making it my top choice for a relaxing break. The resort grounds are beautiful, with delightful scenery everywhere you look. The room's natural light and views are fantastic, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The food was delicious and exactly to my taste, and the recreational facilities are comprehensive. The staff were friendly and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. After this trip, I feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The overall experience was absolutely superb."

"Room is very clean. Due to its in the forest , flies and mosquitos love to visit the place too, insect repellent is a must prepare ahead. The resort were well maintain even thought its about 30 years old. Bravo to the owner. I love the plants decoration around the compound, the ratio just nice . This is the first resort without a restaurant , but grab is available only up to 5 pm of the day before the stuff went off. Is a low season ,one month before Hari Raya , so I had the whole resort by myself 😬.the kitchen have full equipment to cook and it’s all very clean .we bought our own food to bbq. Charcoal and starter can be purchased when we reach. The rooms are in individual houses , so even it’s crowded won’t be too noisy. it’s a great place for family bonding or couples .they have 2 seperate sharing infinity pools which is consider clean."

"This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort."
