They’re good, and their service is also good. But their online response is very bad. I didn't get any response to when I texted and called them, as I had some queries.
But their hospitality is very good.
And food is also tasty.

It's a guesthouse-style hotel in a great location. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station, a 10-minute walk to the bathroom, and a 15-minute walk to the dried fish farm. There's also a supermarket and a place to buy alcohol right outside. Unfortunately, the rooms didn't have air conditioning. Since my flight was in the evening, they kindly let me stay until 5:00 AM. I'm very grateful.

The staff person who checked me in was very kind and helpful. The property is older and in need of a revamp and thorough cleaning. I scrubbed the tub with bleach to remove the caked on dirt. The bedding should smell fresher, especially the pillows. The bathroom could also use a new shower curtain to replace the one with mold spots.

The room was very clean, and the hostel owner was incredibly friendly. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning was very cool, so I slept very well even in a hot country. I highly recommend this place for accommodation near the airport. The jungle view from the terrace is also unique and wonderful.

The settings and pool are fabulous. The accommodations look amazing. However mine was damp smelly and I felt stuffy and had headaches every day. Windows at night couldn’t be open due to monkeys etc
The owners guna was a lovely man…he really was but he failed to solve anything ref the room. Felt he wasn’t concerned at all.
Building work started 8am- gone 6pm which was not at all relaxing by pool or morning coffee. I failed to do my yoga as noise was too much.
I have to say with the smell damp and noise I did not enjoy my stay at all. Although food staff & settings were lovely

The owner was incredibly kind to me. It was my first day in Sri Lanka, and they patiently helped me plan my trip, showed me where to catch the bus, and recommended some great spots. What's more, when I had to leave the hotel to go somewhere far away, they even let me store my luggage in their locker! They were truly a wonderfully generous person. Thank you very much! 🙇

Our stay at Sand and Sea was a perfect start to our Sri Lanka trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed including much needed AC. The family were so kind and helped us with sorting travel out for the next part of our trip. Location is great as close to Main Street but far away enough that it was quiet. The garden is beautiful; so well kept with beautiful flowers.
Don’t hesitate to stay here; it was fab!

The room was clean, tidy, the sheets were clean, and the electric water heater was very good for bathing hot water. There is a hair dryer in the room, and there is an electric plug conversion socket to meet the charging of Chinese electrical appliances. The mosquito repellent in the room is also very good. . I went to the kitchen to see, the kitchen was very clean, breakfast was too expensive, I saw three foreigners eat, the Chinese do not eat the Western food they provide. It is less than 8 kilometers from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, very close to Negombo Railway Station, and more than one kilometer from the sea. I highly recommend Chinese people to stay.

The staff was very kind even though I arrived in the middle of the night.
It was a very short stay, but the price was reasonable and large, and the room and bathroom were very beautiful.
I am satisfied. I want to use it again.

Breakfast is more like a small snack; if you're looking for proper coffee, you'll be disappointed. Instead of real coffee, you get cheap Nestlé instant coffee, which was truly dreadful. It's fine for one night. The staff were very friendly.

KKitKatKateThe rooms are clean and well presented, the garden is beautiful and there is tea & coffee available 24hr. Breakfast is a buffet style with freshly made eggs of your choice, sausages toast and a choice of fruits.
My only complaint was the noise. The hotel was fully booked and this meant that it was quite noisy late at night and very early in the morning, especially being in a room near the kitchen. The sound echoed terribly.
The manager was very kind and professional, helping me change to a quieter room, when one became available.

GGuest UserThe Erandi Guest House offers a wonderful accommodation experience. It's conveniently located near the airport, which is a huge plus. The family running the business is incredibly welcoming and helpful. During our stay, Nissanka, along with his wife and their two lovely children, made us feel right at home. They provided great suggestions for affordable travel options and must-see sites, and even assisted us with various provisions. I highly recommend this guest house for solo travelers and bachelors looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay on their first and last days near the airport.

耳耳東氵罒幸一止Heritage is located near to airport but the building definitely needs upkeep.
The lady boss is very friendly and nice, we are given a warm welcome. The entire space is quite quaint in its own way.
Rooms are spacious and nice, beds are comfy, we opted for the aircon rooms upstairs but the doors definitely need better lock and showers stronger consistent water pressure.
Clean beds and sheets but that wall needs a new patch and coat of paint. Didn't try the food.
Good for 1 night stay with company, for the price it cost, i think it's pretty decent.

УУльяна М.A good hotel when after the flight you want to breathe and not start from the place to the career, in the sense of the island) got into the season, the guests were a little, so on a small parking lot the rented tuck-tuck went without problems. The friendly staff with a great drink and switches for the charter, the number almost)) with a view. There is an exit to the sea, although I'm not sure that it is comfortable to swim there but the sunsets are chic ;) The pool was very good by the way. Bear in mind that there is no infrastructure nearby, not wanting to have dinner in the hotel, went to search and searched for enough time. Perhaps it was necessary not to wander around the neighborhood, but to give the local cook a chance, as breakfast was quite simple but delicious

GGuest UserThe place is located in nice place. You can see the sea when you across the road, there is a lot of coffee shop, restaurants and shopping mall also. They have Saturday Good Market near there when you go the market, you can see the university of Colombo and there has good place to walk also. The breakfast is not too many options but you can ask for fried egg and sausage also. As long as, this is only 2 stars hotel but the location, hospitality and service of staffs are more than 5 stars.
