The view from the room was amazing, and check-in was earlier than 14:00, but we were able to move it up to 12:00, which was great. There is a cafe on the first floor, where you can get ice cream and other things that are perfect for when it's hot. Check-out was also changed from 11:00 to 12:00, which was great. Motorbikes can be rented cheaply, and since it's not as crowded as Hanoi, even Japanese people can drive. But you do so at your own risk.

I booked a large family room but I didn't expect it to be so spacious😅 the bathroom is also super spacious, the m room has a hot tub! Muong Thanh is my priority when staying at any tourist destination. Although this facility is farther from Sun Square than the other facilities, the room is spacious and I feel very comfortable, not too far.

Remote location in new complex, not much things or eateries around. We booked the honey moon suite which was nice with the round bed but not enough hot water at night to fill the bathtube. Nice view of the bay from rooftop.

I stayed at this hotel because I am familiar with Novotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. I got a 10% discount by using Trip Coins. I really enjoy es my stay at Novotel Ha Long Bay. 1. The room is extremely spacious. I would say that 3 people moving around would be no problem at all. The bed is also large. 2. The amenities are superb, I got all I need and some of those are eco-friendly items. 3. Not only the bedroom, the bathroom is spacious too. Wow! 4. The staffs are humble and understanding. At first I requested a late checkout until 12.30, yet I changed it to 13.00 because I just got back from my friend’s wedding. Furthermore, they always helping me order Main Linh taxi. 5. Squeaky clean!!! I love clean property!!! Unfortunately, there is no bidet. Indonesians use bidet daily. There is no option a of Halal food, yet it is okay, that is just common in Vietnam. Overall, my experience was impressive to the point I even take photos for the purpose of reviewing how good this hotel was.

The rooms are standard and clean, located near the food street. I stayed here again during a business trip. The facilities are all good, and the breakfast is nice. Important is the view are very beautiful!

The hotel is newly opened this year. The taste of individual rooms will be a bit big. I stayed for three nights and two rooms on different floors. In fact, this hotel is still very recommended in general. It also includes breakfast and delicious. The hotel room and picture are the same, it is warm and comfortable. The location is very convenient in the residential area, there are food around, the first floor of the hotel is a matcha shop, matcha is a specialty, delicious, it also belongs to the hotel owner

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean, and the nearby eating and shopping attractions are very convenient. The breakfast dishes are less. At the same time, the bathroom jacuzzi is faulty. I have stayed many times. I will choose to stay again if I have the opportunity.
