Not bad at all, we had a good time. The food was delicious. Staff helped, but you have to ask twice.

I enjoyed my stay there. the facilities at excellent and top class. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The room is big. However, I don’t think it is match with the price. The facilities is quite old in the room. And it didn’t provide the towel.

Its a nice place my kids enjoyed the swimming pool we enjoyed our stay there the staff is very polite and friendly and helpful starting from the security guard, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff and the receptionist till the restaurant staff (they are so nice and always smiling)

There was a inconvenience during check in as the receptionist told us that they couldn’t find our booking. Then I made a call to trip.com. It took 30 minutes to get this matter resolved.

Room was good clean neat and tidy. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat anything from the hotel because it was costly in comparison to eating at the nearby hotel restaurant and cafes. The only issue i faced was sometimes it felt like the ac wasn’t working.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

The furniture is dated, especially the carpet in the room. The cleanliness was poor; although the room was cleaned, the bedding wasn't replaced. The bathroom sink had poor drainage.
