I extended for another night with family.
Overall, will book again.
The hotel is not bad overall. However, during check-in we asked about the massage service. The administrator told us to come back in two hours to make a reservation. When we returned, we were informed that there were no available slots and that we had to book online.
However, there was no information about online booking for massages on the website. This service was very important to us, as we had a long flight and only an 8-hour stay.

Great location in front of Robinsons Manila. Gets noisy at late nights especially Friday n Saturday bcs its a red light district after all. So difficult to sleep until everything stops around 3am.
This is one of 3 hotels within Birch Towe. There's a resto with limited dishes offered downstairs.
Rates are usually very reasonable for Pacific Bay compared to JMM and Regency Grand.
We recently stayed at Savoy Hotel in Pasay and booked two rooms for our first visit.
I made the reservation through Trip.com on the same day, and luckily there were still rooms available with early check-in.
The hotel is very close to the terminal 3, which made our stay especially convenient since my uncle had a flight to the USA the next day. We only stayed for one night, but it helped us avoid the stress of rushing to the airport.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and we all had a comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Westside Hotel. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out — the staff were very accommodating, professional, and attentive to our needs. The food was also great, with a good variety and delicious flavors. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
We chose Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport World Resorts primarily for its convenient location near NAIA Terminal 3 and its walking access via Runway Manila. While the location is definitely a strong advantage, it’s worth noting that the hotel shuttle bus does not operate until after 10:00 AM. The walk itself takes about 10 minutes, but the pathways are not very luggage-friendly — uneven and not ideal for rolling suitcases. In hindsight, it’s more practical to spend around ₱100+ for a Grab.
During a previous stay in November 2025, we had a very positive experience. However, this stay in February 2026 was quite disappointing. The room we were assigned was located right next to the expressway, and noise from passing vehicles could be heard at all hours of the day and night. Despite being on a higher floor, we also encountered mosquitoes in the room, and unfortunately, even a large cockroach appeared on the vanity while I was brushing my teeth — which was very off-putting.
Breakfast was simple and adequate, but we felt there could be more variety and better turnover of food options.
On a positive note, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating — especially with our request for a late check-out, which we appreciated.
It does feel like unless you pay for rooms facing the airport, you may be allocated less desirable rooms. Considering the price point — particularly for the Philippines — the room rates feel somewhat overpriced for $140-$170 AUD a night. Additionally, if you book through third-party platforms like Trip.com, you won’t earn IHG rewards points, which is something to keep in mind.
Overall, it was a standard stay, but given our previous experience, we had higher expectations and left feeling very disappointed. That said, the location near NAIA Terminal 3 remains a key advantage. We hope that continued loyalty to IHG might offer better experiences in the future, and we may consider staying again when traveling back to the Philippines.

Room was clean and with just enough space for staycation. Buffet breakfast was good. Though, there were only 2 well functioning elevators serving the whole building. You have to wait long to go up and down. Long queue during peak hours. Also it stops at all floors even if it’s full already. No water was served, and the TV is not smart tv and poor signal on selected channels.

Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.
“I stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions. The hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good with several options. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be slow sometimes. Overall, I would stay here again.”

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

This was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪
The hotel is accessible. Room is clean and spacious (special thanks to Ms. Carmi Gamboa of Grand Westside for the upgrade). Staff are nice and helpful. Thankful for the complimentary cake that they gave my son for his birthday. Pool is nice and the kids would definitely have fun (2ft and 4ft only). This is one of the hotels I would recommend. Very affordable
We had an incredible stay at this hotel in BGC. It had everything we needed, a great buffet, a nice pool, and a well-equipped gym & everything more to offer. Perfect for a relaxing family trip. Of course the staff were really kind and helpful, which made the hotels hospitality more enjoyable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. We felt super comfortable the whole time. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We’d definitely come back,🥰
Overall this was an awesome experience. My fam and I stayed for two nights in this hotel, which is very closest to market market and SM Aura, walking distance of 5minutes. There’s a 7/11 store beside the hotel and fish market nearby. Staffs are very helpful, enormous hotel with elevators. Spotless clean from hallway to rooms. Dipping in their pool is fun and aesthetic. You can enjoy their gym alone as well with the view of the city. On the same floor they have their cafeteria with pleasing view of sm aura and the city. Overall 10/10.
Perfect location for Poblacion or Glorietta Malls! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how the room is like a regular studio apartment with kitchen area (microwave, induction stove and stuff) but is actually a full fledged hotel.
We had a great experience and would definitely be back. As the hotel is relatively new, the rooms and amenities are clean and create good vibes. Staffs are very welcoming, which match the hotel's great and bright interiors/ambiance. It's within MOA complex, hence food establishments and recreational activities are just a stone throw away! The play room is also a plus especially for those with little ones.
B Hotel Alabang: A Modern Sanctuary in the South B Hotel Alabang offers a refreshing and stylish alternative to the typical corporate hotel experience in Muntinlupa. Its signature industrial-chic design—featuring exposed concrete, contemporary art, and clean lines—immediately sets it apart, creating a cool, sophisticated atmosphere from the lobby all the way up to the guest rooms. Distinctive Design and Comfortable Rooms The hotel successfully blends its bold aesthetic with genuine comfort. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with large windows providing ample natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We especially appreciated the modern bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-stocked. The overall feeling is one of quiet, minimalist luxury that feels both high-end and uniquely hip. Excellent Service and Amenities The service at B Hotel was consistently warm and efficient. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist, from the front desk to the dining area. While B Hotel is smaller and more boutique than some of its neighbors, it doesn't lack amenities. The pool area is a tranquil urban escape, and the fitness center is well-equipped for a good workout. Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience, offering a good mix of local and international dishes. Prime Location One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated right in the heart of the Alabang commercial district, it provides easy access to major shopping centers like Alabang Town Center and Molito, as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options. It's an ideal choice for both business travelers needing quick access to corporate centers and leisure guests looking to explore the South. Final Recommendation If you're looking for a hotel in Alabang that offers excellent value, sophisticated design, and a highly comfortable stay, B Hotel is the perfect choice. It truly feels like a boutique sanctuary amidst the hustle of the city. Highly recommended!
