The proximity to the central business district (CBD), a 10-15 minute walk, and nearby bus services are also advantageous.The kitchen is functional with basic cooking equipment, but again cooking oil especially for short term guests would be appreciated by guests. The environment is generally quiet and conducive to a hassle-free stay. I would consider a return visit if discounted rates are available. However, at the current pricing, which can be perceived as elevated, I would likely explore alternative options."

"This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both! Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more. The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed. Highly recommended."

"The environment here is fantastic, right in the city center. It's so convenient to get to the pedestrian street and the main roads, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel room itself is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, an induction cooker, a fridge, and a microwave – everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It was great being able to buy groceries from the big supermarket and cook our own meals in the room."

"The receptionist is in convenient store gotta checkin there, the listing said parking is included FOC but when when checkin we are charged $15 per night for the parking. Room are quite dated and amenities not the best, the shower head is moldy. During the night there is people screaming outside, drunk? I guess for this price cant ask for too much :/"

"Great hotel with a perfect location! It’s very close to the Central Station and right in the CBD area, which made it very convenient to explore the city. The receptionist was superb—very friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is efficient and great value. I didn’t know full housekeeping is only every 3 days which is fine. They do change towels and empty bins but you need to make your own bed and clean your cups and dishes. Pros- Good location. Cat yellow bus stop just a few mins walk from hotel. Spacious and clean rooms Nespresso machine and capsules are provided Surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful Cons. Noisy especially on weekends as Hotel is a mixed development where restaurants, cafe and bars are on the ground floor so rooms on the 3rd floor are noisy at night until late. Bathroom floor is always wet. I suspect a leak somewhere in the room. Do not expect any service except one staff handling check in."

"I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon."

"We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel."

"I was very satisfied with the location's convenience. It's very close to the station and city center, also the Rottnest Island ferry is only about a ten-minute walk away. The front desk staff were also very friendly. On my first day, they probably saw I arrived early and was tired, so they arranged a room for me early. However, perhaps because the hotel itself is a bit old, there were some stains in the room, and the curtains weren't fully closed. I need to confirm the room's condition with the hotel to avoid being held responsible. But the bathroom was very clean, and I liked the shampoo and body wash very much. The room was also cleaned very well every day! The only thing that bothered me was the environment near the hotel. On my first day, I saw homeless people, which made me a little uneasy. Maybe can improve the appearance of the hotel to make guests feel more at ease."
