"Our stay here was a truly delightful experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a plethora of dining options nearby and extremely convenient transportation. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's pool, in particular, stood out with its crystal-clear water, significantly enhancing our vacation feel. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in and through the check-in process. The breakfast spread was extensive and authentic, providing plenty of energy to start the new day. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent facilities, and professional service. It's perfectly suited for couples on a getaway, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit."

"The service of Qihu Hotel was very considerate. They upgraded me to two lake view rooms for free and also gave me free fruits. The hotel room was also very nice, clean and tidy. When we checked out, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot, and also gave us tea and several bottles of water for us to drink during the trip. A very good experience! Must praise + recommend!"

"The hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained, and the room hygiene is acceptable. This family suite is a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, with spacious rooms that are pretty good for families. It has two balconies, but since it's on the ground floor, the view is almost completely blocked. However, I have to complain about the bathroom. Soon after checking in, we noticed a sewage smell. First, the bathroom in the living room started smelling, which made the entire living room stinky. I reported it to the front desk, and they arranged to fix it. Later that night, when we returned, the smell in the living room bathroom was gone, but then the bathroom in the bedroom started emitting an odor. A little while later, the living room bathroom started smelling again. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the stay because of the smell. It's likely due to old plumbing in the building. But the staff's attitude was good; they promptly brought water and carpet replenishment when requested at night. Perhaps because it was the May Day holiday, the breakfast buffet required queuing and entry in shifts. Plus, the food selection was limited, and it was crowded, so the experience wasn't great."

"Environment: Very natural 🍃 and ecologically rich! The hotel environment is also excellent, and all public areas are very clean. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and hot springs ♨️! Nearby Attractions: The hotel is right next to Tongxin Lover's Bridge, and close to many other attractions. It's a short drive to Hongqi Tea Factory, Underground River, and Chocolate Kingdom. Service: A big shout-out to the hot springs department staff! They were always prompt and helpful with any needs we had. Since it's surrounded by nature, we encountered some insects, but the staff were always there to help us deal with them. One evening, we were enjoying the hot springs when a heavy rain started. The staff were so caring, asking if we needed straw hats or dry towels and quickly going to fetch them for us."

"I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. However, I truly felt their dedication in every service they provided; their excellent service more than made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. We had a hot spring package. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review."

"An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst."

There was no watermelon for breakfast at that time, and the child told her about it. She immediately brought a big watermelon to cut and peeled the skin carefully, comparable to a five-star hotel. Even her mother was not as careful as she was when cutting watermelon for her child. 2 The price is reasonable. During the National Day holiday, the average room cost two to three hundred yuan, and it seems that the price has not increased much. The suite we booked cost a little more than usual. Booking on holidays will be expensive, so it is recommended that you book at least one day in advance. The suite I booked cost more than 700 yuan on the day of booking, but less than 600 yuan a day in advance. 3. The surrounding area is fun. It is very close to the Hongqi Tea Factory, 1.7 kilometers away. I had a great time playing in the tea factory for a day. The most worthwhile experience is picking and making tea by myself. The tea tree is an old one. I made Yinghong No. 9 green tea myself. When I got home and drank it, it was comparable to the raw Pu'er tea from the ancient tree. There is a Chocolate Kingdom 2.8 kilometers away. There is no need to queue during the National Day holiday. Children under 1.4 meters tall can enjoy all the activities. 4 Complain about breakfast. Booked a suite with breakfast, but only 2 breakfasts were provided. Children over 1.4 meters tall will be charged 38 yuan for breakfast. It feels like the dim sum is not freshly made and the quality is so-so. During my two-day stay, I only ate freshly made soup noodles and vegetables. 5 The food in the self-operated restaurant next to the hotel is very good. Went there twice. Suggestion for the hotel: It would be perfect if the breakfast could be improved."

The wooden cabin rooms are clean and tidy. The wooden interior feels warm and cozy, the bedding is soft and dry, and the entire room is meticulously cleaned with great attention to detail, making for a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. The room layout is well-designed and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities. The riverside balcony is definitely the highlight, featuring comfortable lounge chairs and a scenic bathtub. Sitting here, enjoying the breeze and the view, truly sets the perfect mood and makes for amazing photos. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment is serene and elegant, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in a slow-paced, rustic lifestyle, relax, de-stress, and unwind. It's my top choice for a getaway, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!"
