"This hotel boasts a great location right by the lake. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with stunning lake and mountain views. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Baojing Palace scenic area, which offers activities like exploring a grotto, via ferrata, a glass bridge, and boating. The hotel itself has several swimming pools – an infinity pool, a kids' splash pool, and a quiet pool for serious swimmers. There's also a private hot spring area and a Biliu Cave. You could easily spend three days here without even leaving the hotel, and you can rent an electric scooter to get around. My kids absolutely loved it. The room size and facilities were also good. On the downside, it was quite damp and stuffy, likely due to its location between the lake and the mountains. The cleaning staff even used a wet mop, leaving the floor very wet when we first entered. There was also standing water on the path to the pool that wasn't promptly cleaned, and an elderly person in our group fell and had to see a doctor when we got home. The service was also quite rough around the edges. Early in the morning, before we were even awake, a cleaning lady knocked on our door – not with the doorbell, but with her hand – insisting on asking when she could clean the room. After we complained, she didn't show up for the next two days. In summary, it's a hotel with a great location and good facilities, but the service quality is just average."

It's conveniently located with many shops and restaurants nearby, and attractions are easily accessible from both sides. There's an open-air hot spring on the rooftop and a swimming pool on the first floor. I made sure to use them both morning and night. The mountain view from the window was also a bonus."

After a shower of less than 10 minutes, you'll be standing in water, which needs improvement. Environment: Superb. Service: Superb. Minibar: Well-stocked with drinks, crisps, and a wide selection of teas. Yunqi Double Afternoon Tea: One cheesecake, one bowl of red bean soup, and one bowl of watermelon. The portions are small but exquisite, not those unpalatable, pretentious cakes. T3 Organic Tea Garden Scenic Area Ticket: Pretty good. The tea garden is accessible on your own, and you can see the karst peaks."

"We booked this hotel, specifically a family suite, when we came to Chocolate Kingdom with our kids. There were plenty of beds, three in total, and the children's bunk bed was also quite large. The bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had a great time soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the water park with the kids. It was a really good stay."

"The hotel is a bit dated with old facilities. The bathroom and room showed signs of mold everywhere. The hot water was inconsistent, and the water pressure was low. The bathroom door only had two small hooks; I suggest adding two more, as you need at least four or five to hang clothes and towels. There's only one stool in the room, so if three or four people are staying, the others would have to sit or lie on the bed for extended periods. The room could use two chairs and a small round table. I'm not sure if the TV was unplugged by the hotel, but it took a while to realize it wasn't plugged in. Perhaps not many people watch TV these days anyway. On the plus side, the balcony has a drying rack, and there are just enough hangers. The restaurant was a huge surprise – for such a large, somewhat upscale hotel, the restaurant looked like a rustic farmhouse, small and old, really bringing down the hotel's image. The breakfast variety was decent, about average. A unique feature is the swimming channels surrounding the hotel's accommodation area; the water quality was clean, and it wasn't cold in this weather. There were quite a few lifeguards, but they seemed more like decorations, a bit excessive, especially since the water in the channels is only about one meter deep. However, I guess without them, guests might blame the hotel if something happens. The hot spring area had fish therapy, hot pools, and a sauna. I spent about ten minutes in the sauna, which was quite refreshing. What I liked most was the staff's service attitude. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, answered all my questions, and resolved any issues, which is commendable. However, I strongly recommend that the hotel refurbish its essential facilities. After all, a standard room costs 700-800 yuan, and guests should feel like they're getting their money's worth for that price."

The built-in bathtub by the window is a romantic game-changer 🛁. Soaking in the tub at night, you can gaze up at a sky full of stars with the silent peaks in the distance. The mountain night envelops you completely, creating an incredibly romantic ambiance that melts away all your city fatigue. There are so many photo-worthy spots in the communal area on the first floor, all beautifully designed. Every casual shot turns into a stunning, atmospheric picture. No need to rush to tourist spots and jostle for a good angle; you can get all your Instagram-worthy shots right inside the guesthouse. But the real highlight is the guesthouse's backyard! The famous infinity mirror pool directly faces the entire peak forest, with mountains and clouds perfectly reflected on the water's surface. On a summer day, dipping into the pool, you feel the mountain breeze, relieving all the heat and humidity. A large lawn and trendy swings are scattered throughout the courtyard. You can sit on a swing and simply gaze at Camel Peak Mountain, or enjoy a picnic or stroll on the lawn. In the evening, you can watch the mountain sunset as the setting sun bathes the peaks in a warm golden glow – the atmosphere is simply divine."
