"Friendly staff, but lacked transparency and basic hospitality Our overall stay was average. While the staff was friendly, there were a few communication gaps that impacted our experience: Towel Policy: There was no information in the room regarding towel rentals for outside use. We were unaware that taking room towels out incurred a fee and were only told to pay after the fact. Clearer signage or a mention during check-in would have been much better. Water Policy: I was surprised by how restrictive the hotel was with bottled water. Upon checkout, we asked for two bottles of water for our journey but were told to buy them from a nearby grocery store instead. Considering we had skipped room cleaning for a day (effectively saving the hotel two bottles of water already), this felt unnecessarily stingy and left us with a poor final impression. The service started off well, but the lack of flexibility and transparency on small items made the stay feel less than welcoming."

"The price is a bit high, but it's the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in Indonesia so far, which is why I'm giving it a high rating, considering the overall lack of infrastructure in this area. The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, possibly because the corridors are open-air, and the entire hotel has an open design. You can hear staff pushing cleaning carts quite loudly. It's very close to the pier, and in the sea view rooms, you'll clearly hear the sound of boat engines, and there are many boats, so you'll hear them all day long. It's also very close to a mosque; I heard that in the mountain view rooms, you can hear prayers starting around 4 or 5 AM. I'm not sure if it was because I wore earplugs (though they always fell out by morning) or if I was just too tired, but I didn't hear anything in my sea view room. The service is excellent, and sea view rooms come with complimentary airport transfers, which is a great perk!"

"Simple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks."

"Our stay here was superbbbbb. Masuk2 lobi je bau wangi sangat2. The staff semua helpful and very attentive, especially adik Hugo (if i’m not mistaken namanya) yang tolong simpankan luggage & tolong tekankan lif. Tempat cantikkkk sangat sangat. "The hotel grounds are huge, probably over ten acres. The room hygiene was just okay; there were many centipedes crawling on the floor, possibly due to the season, and you'd easily step on one or two if you weren't careful. However, the scenery is beautiful. The hotel has its own beach and can arrange boat trips. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of food, but we didn't pay much attention to it as our main focus was going out to sea. For getting around, we rented a scooter ourselves for about 60 a day. The hotel is on a hill, so taking taxis back and forth would be expensive and inconvenient, costing 40 yuan per trip."

"The hotel is slightly away from main centre . The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are lacking sockets near the bed so if you need to charge phones or else it’s a problem. However, after asking they supplied me with an extension (not pretty but worked ) The pool is lovely and has an amazing view at sunset . The pool has an area which is set up as a pool side bar but unfortunately not set up. There was building work being done which I was warned when booking but didn’t expect them still making noise after 8pm. Breakfast starts at 6 but not total inand items added slowly. I had to take first shuttle bus to airport at 7 and until 645 no eggs or non Indonesian dishes. Shuttle bus driver to airport was also late 10 minutes but luckily airport is close . All said , again the staff were extremely courteous and very apologetic for delays etc. but it’s a shame as hotel has great potential and could do a lot better"

"Except for the mosquitoes, everything else is very good. I killed all the mosquitoes in the room by buying mosquito coils, so I think there is no disadvantage to this price It's less than 90RMB per night, the bed is very wide, there is hot water for bathing, and you can even watch Chinese cartoons such as Battle Through the Heavens and Devouring the Stars on the TV in the room. The hotel provides a paid buffet breakfast for about 15RMB, and you can order chicken rice for lunch for the same 15RMB, which is a great value for money. I hope the next tenants will cherish the environment of this room and don't destroy it."

"The room itself was quite nice, with a great atmosphere. The staff were also friendly; they offered a hand towel and orange juice upon arrival (though it was the powdered kind I used to drink as a kid, so I'm not really used to it anymore). The twin beds in the room were much more comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The beds were a bit narrow, but perfectly adequate for sleeping. Overall, it was quite convenient, with tissues, bottled water, and soap provided. However, the shower water pressure was absolutely terrible! That was the worst part – the water pressure was so low I felt like I couldn't properly wash my hair. It gets very noisy at night; the restaurant next door plays music until 10:30 PM. Mornings are also noisy, with the mosque starting prayers at 4 AM. The upside is that it's quite close to the port and a lively area with many cafes. Across the street, the mall where Starbucks is located offers a beautiful view of the sunset. For the day trip on the second day, the provided breakfast box was very basic and definitely not enough to fill you up. The bread was also just placed directly with the banana."

"Fantastic location, great views and clean room! My flight got cancelled so i could only check in one day later which they accommodated in terms of timing. I was able to call them through Trip.com and managed to communicate with them quite easily. Room was cleaner than expected! No insects at all, only 2-3 spiders. No hair found on sheets or sofa, no clogged drains, no foul smells. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it is accessible through lift and stairs. Sound wise, i could hear the water and door opening from the next room, nothing else. In the mornings you can hear the sounds of birds chirping and sometimes roosters crowing, pretty nice to wake up to. The sounds aren't loud enough to be disruptive. Aircon seems very new. No old musty smells, very clean and fresh. Hotel staff are responsive and helpful too. Overall, I would stay here again! Rooms are clean and spacious, it's a short 5 min walk to town, a convenient walk to the airport and has a great Italian restraunt next door."
