"You really have to stay there to know. Make sure to choose a room with a balcony for better views. Rooms without balconies just have an 'inner window,' which basically means the room door is designed like a floor-to-ceiling window. The rooftop bar is no longer in operation, so the noise complaints from previous guests at night are pretty much gone. However, the ground floor bar is currently under renovation and will be opening next month. I'm not sure if it will be noisy then. The room isn't very spacious, and the TV only has two channels. There were red ants in the cracks of the room walls; if any food crumbs fell on the floor, a swarm of ants would immediately gather around."

"The Wi-Fi wasn't very stable. The room was simple but had everything you needed, offering great value for money! We also successfully booked the airport pick-up service. I was worried I wouldn't be able to contact them without internet, but to my surprise, they were right there as soon as I exited the airport – so thoughtful! All the staff were full of energy and joy during check-in, which made us feel incredibly welcome. It's a bit of a walk from the busy area, but still within walking distance."

"There were two nights, one up to the trip on the comodo another after. The service of them is top 10/10. Condei cools well. Hot water is, but weak pressure. The pool top, the water directly flow filters work. For this money 9/10. If there was a hot water pressure it would be better 10/10 but these are my dirty. I got frozen."

"I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and overall, the value for money is really good. For this location, the price is quite affordable. Given the price point, you shouldn't expect too much from the hardware facilities; they are adequate for what you need. The service was quite good. When I returned after going out, the staff even proactively helped make the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast only starts at 7 AM. Because I had a tight schedule and flights to catch every day, I never had the chance to enjoy a sit-down breakfast. I honestly suggest they could move the breakfast time up to 6 AM, which would be more suitable for travelers. However, the hotel was also very considerate, offering grab-and-go simple meals like sandwiches and fried noodles, which was convenient for eating on the go. The portion size and variety of the packed breakfast were just average though, enough to simply fill you up without much excitement. I hope they can improve and optimize this in the future."

"This hotel offers great value for money. When I booked, I didn't have high expectations; we were going diving and just needed a place to rest that wasn't too far from the port. Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to find out we'd been moved to another hotel within the same chain, though it was a bit further away. We were upset by this, but Flamingo Avia didn't disappoint. They gave us an upgraded room with a harbor view. Housekeeping and linen changes were done daily. The breakfast was good, with everything you need, but no frills. The staff were incredibly responsive and friendly, always helping us with any questions or requests."

"The sheets had stains, but the service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It's right next to a popular ice cream shop and offers great value for money. Plus, it's directly opposite the boat tours, so you can just wait at the hotel to board."

"The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the airport. To get to the “city”, you can be well with a grave motorcycle in about 7 minutes. The hotel or rooms are quite simple, but it's enough for a few nights. Cafe, cakes and hot water for tea etc. you get at the reception. There is no oven. The internet is very slow in the reception (it is good at the reception). It is partly a little bright, especially in the morning when motion comes in the house. The staff were all very nice! There is a basic cleanliness and you feel so well. (the photos are from our extract, so it looks a little unusual)"

"I stayed here for 12 nights in April and loved it! I booked the breakfast package and it's well worth it. There's mostly local dishes which are absolutely delicious and also some western dishes. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from. I was always offered eggs, which I declined because I was happy with what was there. If you're leaving early for a tour you're offered a little breakfast box to take with you. The location is excellent being 10 minutes walk from the airport. If you want a taxi it's only 50,000 idr. There are numerous eateries within a 10 minute walk and an excellent massage place about 2 minutes walk away. Because the hotel is close to town and the harbour, tour companies offer pick up and drop off. I was really happy with my room, it was spacious and clean with a small fridge and most importantly, an air conditioner. I had twin beds and the bed was like a king single size and roomy enough for me. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower, a toilet and toilet paper. The hotel has complimentary bottled water and you can use these bottles to refill from a water dispenser which is located on every floor. I was on the 7th floor and the views were great from there. I knew there was no lift when I booked, but this wasn't an issue for me. I found it was good exercise and helped to work off the numerous delicious breakfasts. All the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they're all so happy and I was always made to feel welcome. You get asked if you want your room cleaned, advice on places to see and they always know someone that can take you somewhere. Stand out person was Andri, he was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommended this place."

"The hotel is located on a hill, offering stunning views of the sea and mountains. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. It's clean. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Taxis arrive quickly (via Grab). The hotel also provides a shuttle service."

"A beautiful place. The bad thing is that you need a bike or taxi to move. Beautiful and modern rooms. Great views. Fermi and John very friendly and friendly"
