"Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position."

"The hotel environment is excellent. We booked a sea-view room, and there's a beautiful beach right outside. The hotel breakfast was very good, and the lunch and dinner we had at the hotel were also quite delicious."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just about a ten-minute drive from the airport, perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. The room design allows you to enjoy the ocean view right from your bed, and the water is incredibly clear – you can even spot fish swimming from the 10th-floor balcony. We had two bookings, totaling five days and four nights here, and every moment, from the first light of dawn to bright sunshine, from dusk to a sky full of stars, we were mesmerized by the stunning beauty. 🥰🥰🥰 The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. They'd greet me in the hallways, and the staff at the entrance and in the restaurant would chat with me daily, asking if I'd rested well and what my plans for the day were, which I found particularly heartwarming. As a solo female traveler, safety is paramount, and I truly felt like they genuinely cared about me, always ready to welcome me back, which made me feel very secure when I went out. The two restaurants on the hotel's 2nd and 8th floors offered almost all common dishes, and they were both healthy and delicious. I didn't eat out at all during my five days there. I especially want to mention the 'Six Views in One Day' tour. I really dislike joining tours with fellow countrymen, as I believe traveling is about meeting interesting people and experiencing interesting things from all over the world. So, I didn't book through the popular apps we usually use. Instead, I emailed the hotel in advance and booked their 'Black Swan Adventure'. There were 11 of us in total: a Norwegian couple, an Australian couple, a French family of three, three sisters from Asia, and then me, the lone 11th person! 😄😄😄 I had a wonderful chat with the guide, and I'm especially grateful to him for taking so many fantastic photos for me. ❤️❤️❤️ And the staff member who guided me with a swim ring – with my limited swimming skills, I would definitely have been swept away by the waves if I'd tried to paddle alone. He even used my phone to dive to the bottom and take photos of a sea turtle. At the end of the trip, someone mentioned wanting to Airdrop, but there were many videos (which might have been pressed out by water pressure through the waterproof bag), and the one I opened, thinking it was it, turned out to be nothing. So I'll just include it in this review, in case they see it. Overall, it was a very nice and unforgettable trip! If I ever get the chance to visit Komodo again, I will definitely choose Katamaran! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻"

"I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask."

"First off, I want to say that the hotel staff and front desk were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to their breakfast take-away service, which is a lifesaver for anyone planning a day trip out to sea! If you know you won't have time for breakfast, you can arrange the take-away service with the front desk in advance. The hotel's breakfast runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, but most day tours to sea leave around 6 AM. I've attached the take-away menu for reference. The hotel itself is very new and super close to the airport, about a 10-minute walk. They also offer airport shuttle service, but remember to email them in advance to book your pick-up. Just a heads-up, avoid emailing on weekends – I did, and the hotel missed my email, so I ended up dragging my heavy suitcase to the hotel, which was a real drag. Also, the rooms don't have openable windows; they have sealed glass floor-to-ceiling windows. This means no smoking in the room, and ventilation isn't the best. Since it's a new hotel, there's still a slight 'new hotel smell,' so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to that. However, since I was usually out at sea all day and only in the room at night, I wasn't really 'holed up' in the hotel, so it was perfectly acceptable. I was just happy that everything was new and clean, haha!"

"I recently stayed at Seaesta Komodo Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there are a few things to note. On the positive side, the location is quite convenient and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were also polite and helpful. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The shower pressure is low and not enough hot. No slippers and laundry bags are provided. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but some upgrading would greatly improve the guest experience!"

"Let's start with the positives: 1. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Indonesia and Kuala Lumpur, this was the only one where we weren't bothered by noise. 2. The location is good, just a 10-minute walk to the center of the main street. 3. The hotel staff provided prompt and attentive service. Now for the negatives: 1. Hot water, hot water, hot water! It's practically non-existent. You get maybe 1-2 minutes of lukewarm water at best, and even then, it's not hot enough. 2. The towels and bath towels seem to be a common issue in the area – they all look rather dingy. 3. Avoid the hotel's upstairs restaurant. The food is not good, some dishes are incredibly salty, and the fried items are unappetizing. It's also quite expensive for the area and really not worth it. Just go up there to take some photos if you want."

Guest rooms and public areas are thoughtfully spaced, ensuring absolute tranquility – day and night, you'll only hear the gentle lapping of waves and the chirping of birds, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. **2. Service: Attentive and Welcoming, Making You Feel at Home** The hotel provides a dedicated butler team for each guest. We were looked after by our room butler, Mr. Daniel, and his team throughout our stay. They maintained instant communication via a WhatsApp group (WA group), responding swiftly to everything from itinerary suggestions to daily requests. What truly touched me was when I experienced sudden abdominal pain; my butler proactively inquired and quickly brought medication, a level of care that went far beyond standard service. Upon check-in, welcome drinks, a special fruit platter, and complimentary mini-bar beverages were already prepared. At check-out, we even received handmade cookies as a travel snack – these thoughtful details highlight the hotel's meticulous care for its guests. **3. Activity Experience: Rich, Diverse, and Full of Rituals** The hotel organizes various activities daily: - **Ocean Exploration**: Snorkeling and boat trips are led by professional instructors, allowing guests to explore coral reefs and tropical fish directly in the hotel's waters. - **Signature Dining**: Sunrise breakfasts and sunset dinners combine gourmet food with natural scenery, creating a romantic ambiance. - **Cultural Experience**: Evening traditional dance performances vividly showcase Indonesia's cultural charm. - **Environmental Action**: Most unexpectedly, the hotel plants a tree in Bali in the guest's name and provides a photo, giving the trip a meaningful, sustainable dimension. **4. Overall Impression** From the quick check-in upon arrival and daily butler follow-ups to the seamless check-out process, there was no unnecessary waiting throughout our stay. The hotel infuses a human touch into a luxurious vacation – offering both the secluded feel of a private beach and the sense of belonging fostered by the enthusiastic team. "The location is fantastic, right next to the pier, making it super convenient for island hopping. The rooms are clean and tidy, and all the staff are young, friendly, and very attentive. I highly recommend the sea view rooms – the large balcony offers breathtaking ocean sunsets. The rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with stunning panoramic views of the pier and surrounding mountains. Dining there at sunset creates an amazing atmosphere! I accidentally left cash behind when checking out, and the hotel proactively helped me wire it back. Their integrity and service are both top-notch. This is my top choice for a trip to Komodo!"

"The hotel's private beach is definitely the biggest highlight! The views are truly beautiful. The front desk staff and the bellboy were all very polite, enthusiastic, and proactive in offering help. I arrived early, and they assigned me a room with a great sea view, which I really appreciated. However, the restaurant was a major letdown. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service staff were unfriendly and completely lacked any service awareness; they even seemed to be just going through the motions with sour expressions. Dining there made me realize that service really needs to be learned, and that hospitality management is indeed a necessary profession. As for cleanliness, the facilities are a bit old but relatively clean. The towels were definitely worn. Overall, it's a place that will attract visitors primarily because of its beach."
