"This hotel is really great. The location is very close to the airport; a taxi to the hotel cost 70K IDR, and to the airport was 75K. It's not far from the main street, just a ten-minute walk downhill. The best part about this hotel is definitely the rooftop restaurant. Eating breakfast while enjoying the sea view was wonderful, and in the evenings, you can see spectacular fiery sunsets."

"Except for the mosquitoes, everything else is very good. I killed all the mosquitoes in the room by buying mosquito coils, so I think there is no disadvantage to this price It's less than 90RMB per night, the bed is very wide, there is hot water for bathing, and you can even watch Chinese cartoons such as Battle Through the Heavens and Devouring the Stars on the TV in the room. The hotel provides a paid buffet breakfast for about 15RMB, and you can order chicken rice for lunch for the same 15RMB, which is a great value for money. I hope the next tenants will cherish the environment of this room and don't destroy it."

"Overall, it was decent. There's a small beach right in front of the hotel. The main issue is that it's hard to get a car; Grab only offers motorbikes. To get a taxi, you need to find local drivers and add them on WeChat. Basic fares start at 40 yuan per trip. Labuan Bajo isn't a very big town, so if you're adventurous, you could rent a motorbike yourself. They do pick you up and drop you off at the hotel for trips to Komodo. Breakfast was okay, but since we were out exploring all day and just went to the pier for late-night snacks and walks in the evening, we really just used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't have high expectations. Oh, and Komodo is truly beautiful!"

"I booked a Peak View Premium Room, but it turned out to be on the first floor. When I opened the window, all I saw was a wall. I checked, and the sea view room was only a few tens of yuan more expensive, but it was a beach cabin. I really got a raw deal (bloody loss). I arrived at the hotel around 9 am and asked if I could check in early, perhaps at 12 pm, if the room was clean. I was told 'no, no, no,' and that I had to wait until exactly 2 pm. I was waiting for the welcome drink on the beach. The redemption card showed it could be used from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. At 11 am, when I asked, they said the restaurant was being cleaned and I had to wait. My companion and I were lying on the beach chairs, and no one came to offer us even a single towel, yet all the Caucasians on the adjacent chairs had towels. 🤷 My friend also asked how much it would cost to get a ride to the city. They said 100,000 Indonesian Rupiah (39 RMB) for a one-way trip. So, they dropped my friend off in the city. When it was time for them to return to the hotel, they couldn't be reached. The hotel kept ignoring messages, leaving them hanging. In the end, with no other option, they had to take a motorcycle taxi in a torrential downpour, speeding back on mountain roads. 👍"

"Aside from the hot water not being very convenient, everything else was great (it took about 20 minutes for two people to shower). The air conditioning, beds, and environment were all decent, and it only cost a little over 300 yuan per person (we were a group of four). It was also very quiet. Highly recommended!!! There weren't many reviews on Airbnb and Ctrip, so I was quite worried before going, but I was pleasantly surprised, hahaha."

"A beautiful hotel at the center of Labuan Bajo. Walking distance to the seafood street (when exiting the hotel, walk go the left), and there's a mall next to it on the right, with a Starbucks, KFC, convenience store and some shops, lots of food options down the street. Hotel lobby is beautiful, with an open space looking towards the waters. Rooms are okay, amenities a bit lacking (no slippers, only 2 big towels). Noise from the boats are way too loud (start very early in the morning), so provided earplugs are useful. Had a seaview room and didn't hear the prayers from the mosque nearby. Free mini bar was nice. Breakfast was just so so but the view is wonderful. Afternoon dance show at the lobby was the highlight of our say"

"Overall, it was good. It was relatively new and very clean. After checking out, I saw that the cleaning staff had even wiped the balcony door clean. The staff were also very friendly, proactively asking if I needed any help. The only drawback was the inconvenience of finding places to eat. Their chef's cooking was really bad, and even the drinks were unpleasant to me. Aside from the food, everything else was quite good."

"Had a very good memory in labuan bajo . The hotel location is awesome, you can literally walk from the airport with only 10minutes. But just the road to the hotel is terrible, not friendly to those who are carrying suitcases.Hotel staff are all super friendly and welcoming especially Elfren. This hotel is affordable with all basic facilities. Luckily I always have my amenities cuz they dont provide. Aircond is ok , unlike other reviews said. Just the washroom will accumulate the water after shower due to initial construction might be imbalance so the water cannot goes to the drain after taking shower. But anyway, this hotel is a very good choice ! Would come again"

"Staying at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo was an absolute delight. Despite being a relatively new property, having opened about a year and a half ago, it runs with the precision and grace of a seasoned resort. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were unmatched from the moment I arrived, and I must give a special compliment to the efficient and helpful luggage service. The security team, the front desk personnel, and the F&B team were all incredibly proactive and obliging, making sure I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout my stay. Special mention to the front desk staff who were very helpful with our queries, reservations and check-out: Denal and Amelia 😊👋 I also want to highly compliment the day tour I took, which covered six different destinations. It was a perfect crash course of the entire national park and was well worth the money. I highly recommend anyone staying here to take up that one-day tour for an unforgettable experience seeing the dragons up close, frolicking on pink sands, snorkeling with turtles and manta rays and basking on a Bank crescent sandbank surrounded by crystal blue waters. While the breakfast variety was impressive and the chefs did a fantastic job keeping dishes stocked, the coffee/tea service was prompt...there is a small room for improvement in plate clearance. Being a bit more attentive to clearing used plates would certainly elevate the dining experience even further. Adding to that, we noticed that salt and pepper cruets weren't always consistently placed on every table, so ensuring those are readily available would be a great way to enhance convenience for guests. Additionally, Katamaran could significantly boost its appeal by offering complimentary access to its aquatic sports amenities, such as paddle boats, water bikes, and kayaking. We realized the free activities were not as popular though. Overall, with stunning views, excellent warm personalized service, I would highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again."

"You really have to stay there to know. Make sure to choose a room with a balcony for better views. Rooms without balconies just have an 'inner window,' which basically means the room door is designed like a floor-to-ceiling window. The rooftop bar is no longer in operation, so the noise complaints from previous guests at night are pretty much gone. However, the ground floor bar is currently under renovation and will be opening next month. I'm not sure if it will be noisy then. The room isn't very spacious, and the TV only has two channels. There were red ants in the cracks of the room walls; if any food crumbs fell on the floor, a swarm of ants would immediately gather around."
