Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

I frequently stay at this hotel. The reception staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and convenient, and the entire experience is very comfortable. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, both free to use. There are many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall nearby, and it's very close to the East Railway Station, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and convenient! Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! A must-stay hotel for business trips and leisure travel!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean, and the bedding had been changed. Facilities: The facilities were a bit old, and there were no hand towels. Environment: It's right across from the road, but it's not noisy with the windows closed. Everything else is fine; it's very quiet, quite close to Hebei University and Future Stone, with a bus stop across the street, and the Military Academy Square a little further on.

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

Environment: The surrounding area is quite bustling, but parking can be a bit tricky to find. There are plenty of food options nearby. Facilities: Pretty good! For this price, the facilities are excellent. Service: Very good! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and the service was on point. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

The hotel has a good environment, complete facilities, warm front desk service, qualified rooms, clean and tidy without odor. The hotel is close to Wanda Plaza, the hotel's service is very good, especially recommended for guests who like projection viewing, the price is not bad, the room area is relatively large, the stay experience is very comfortable
