"Felt that the hotel was clean, just that it had a slight stench in the toilet. Find the counter staff a lil bit rude too. Might have been better if they were more helpful with directions, otherwise, location is great, just 100m from the train station and the Vienna airport bus is within reach. "The hotel service is very good. As soon as I entered the store, a very enthusiastic lady gave two cups of self-service coffee. Although the room is not big, it has a clean and new feel. There are two wafers on the bed as a welcome gift The toilet shower water is very good, and there is no need to take a shower in the bathtub. Many hotels in Europe are troublesome to shower in the bathtub. There is a small police station opposite the hotel. It really feels safe. There are several restaurants downstairs. It takes less than ten minutes to walk two streets to the Chinese restaurant. There are many Chinese shops in one street. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, but you can see it all the way. Itâs not too far to walk through a market. We are at the scenic spot. The parking lot is charged. It is a five-minute walk from the hotel to the underground parking lot! It's also very convenient! The breakfast canât be said to be very rich, but the basics are enough to eat. The hotel manager also came to greet you. The attitude is great. Will choose."

1. As we were traveling by car, I specifically chose this hotel for its convenient parking. The parking spots are right behind the property, which meant no need to drag our luggage into the city center. The host even made a point of highlighting the parking availability when we chatted, which was super helpful. You can also borrow bicycles from them to get into town, though it's actually not a long walk either.
2. The room was spotless, with a modern and stylish decor. The water pressure was fantastic, making for a really refreshing shower!

"The hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the metro, trams, and train station. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. We were in Vienna's main square in less than 10 minutes. A minor disappointment was that the rooms weren't cleaned daily; we had to specifically request it. For towel changes, we always had to ask at the reception, and the clean towels were handed over at reception in front of other hotel guests. In all my years of traveling, I've never encountered something like this; they say it's for environmental reasons, but honestly, I find that hard to believe...
I'm glad they offered a discount on the breakfast package because the initial âŹ20.00 requested was truly excessive. Despite the points mentioned above, I still recommend it."

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Belvedere Palace. Bus route 71 right outside takes you directly to the Parliament building, perfect for starting your sightseeing. There are several supermarkets nearby, including DM, Billa, Spar, and Aldi, which made it super easy to pick up souvenirs before heading home.

JJohn Vincent (JV)3 days stay in Daniel, itâs my first time for this hotel. The room is nice, stylish on design. Toilet from the door seperate from the shower next to window side, not sure if many likes that. Bed looks good but not soft, pillows are made of feathers so a little bit picking, comforter is not intact. No mini bar option, no disposable slipper. The shower is great, good flow of water. I didnât see any attendant check my room for 3 days which is sad.
Breakfast the same set up for 3 days, in restaurant staffs are not focussed, for 3x breakfast, 2x dinner, only the lady with curly hair is on point. Plants and ceiling are dusty. Bread is all day available.
Reception are friendly. Popcorn all day available for free. The entire hotel has not much facilities, I just thought above floors or roof top would be a good spot on the boat.

**Pros:**
* It's clean and hygienic.
* The location is excellent, with most main attractions accessible within a 15-20 minute walk.
* A Sixt car rental office is conveniently located inside the hotel.
**Cons:**
* The room quality, by Chinese standards, is closer to a 4-star hotel, certainly not 5-star.
* While most of the staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were exceptionally arrogant and rude. For instance, when we arrived at 9 PM and inquired about parking at the front desk, a black-haired female staff member was incredibly dismissive and impatient đ.
* We also had to wait 20 minutes for our room key, as they claimed their system had crashed.
* I booked a king-size room via Ctrip, specifically requesting a quiet, high-floor room, but was assigned a ground-floor room with absolutely no view.
* Despite my booking, an additional 30 Euros was charged upon check-in.
* Hotels in Austria are generally reasonably priced, and for the same cost, I wouldn't recommend this one.
* The hotel was noticeably crowded with Indian guests.

I stayed at the Moons hotel during my trip to Vienna and was absolutely delighted! I'd like to share my experience.
**What I particularly liked:**
- **Location.** The hotel is conveniently located â major attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport ride away. There are cafes and shops nearby, which is very handy.
- **Cleanliness and comfort.** The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bed linen and towels are always fresh. The interior is modern and well-designed â you can feel the care taken for guests' comfort.
- **Service.** The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. They answer any questions quickly, help with organizing excursions, and provide city recommendations.
- **Tap water.** I especially want to highlight the water quality â it's absolutely clean, with no strange smells or tastes. You can safely drink it straight from the tap, which was a big plus for me.
- **Breakfast.** The morning meal was delightful with its variety: fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, hot dishes â there's plenty to choose from.
**Conclusion:** The Moons hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and a great location. I recommend it for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna!

GGuest UserHotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

The bed was a loft type, so climbing up to the second floor was a bit of a struggle, but the toilet and shower were in a separate room and very clean.
It's directly accessible from the airport, so I recommend staying there on days when you're going to or from the airport.
There was a deposit listed, but it wasn't charged.
You can leave your luggage before check-in, and I was a little worried when they let me into a room with the door left open, but it was properly locked when I checked in, and there was a system in place to unlock it by asking the hotel staff.

VVerified Memberđšđđ„đ§Œđïž I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. Itâs about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness â everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just donât mention it. With the number of guests they manage, itâs unlikely theyâll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average â your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
Iâll probably stay here again, though I donât think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
