"The hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful, facing directly opposite the Ferris wheel and the Nankai train at the theme park. The park itself has many facilities and a rich variety of marine animals, with no queues at all. Every night there's a spectacular fireworks display, making it perfect for families. However, I have two complaints. Firstly, redeeming the park vouchers was incredibly troublesome. The front desk didn't inform me during check-in that passports couldn't be used for redemption and that I had to go to the ticket center. This led to a wasted trip to the mini-train area. The next day, it took a long time to finally redeem them at the ticket center. It's very unfriendly towards foreign visitors. Secondly, breakfast was utterly chaotic. No one was seating guests, so we had to find our own table. It took us 15 minutes to find a spot. It was packed with people, and there weren't enough cleaners. The staff cleaning the tables were just sweeping garbage, including eggshells and peanut shells, directly onto the floor. After wiping the table, they'd just leave, completely ignoring how dirty the floor was. At the time, I was wearing a long skirt that would've dragged on the floor if I sat down. Just thinking about how filthy the floor was made me lose my appetite for breakfast. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've seen hotel staff operate in such a manner."

"I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "We were upgraded to a luxury sea-view room upon arrival. The room was incredibly spacious, offering a fantastic view of the sea and even the Freedom Lighthouse. Breakfast was rather average. However, it's still a great choice for those traveling with kids. The hotel offers a wide selection of very clean pools, making it perfect for families."

"It's a fairly new hotel with beautiful public areas, but the room details aren't great. The hygiene is quite good. Being a new hotel, the staff are also quite new, with many interns, so their less-than-perfect reception skills are understandable. There are many activities for children, and the staff are quite young. The outdoor pool isn't heated, so it can be a bit cold to swim in during winter, but you can still swim in the afternoon. A big shoutout to the young man with glasses driving shuttle bus #03 – he had the best attitude. Honestly, I don't understand this hotel; how can it be so far from the lobby to all the different buildings?! But then again, it's not expensive and it's new, so never mind."

"This year, I've brought my child here three times. The parent-child activities are incredibly rich, running from morning to night. There are so many entertainment facilities: the soft play area, Haha Water Village, rock climbing, VR, and the sky bridge train are all must-dos for my little one every time we visit. Right outside the hotel, there's a beach, and the清水湾 (Qingshuiwan) beach is excellent, with fine sand and clear waves. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the butler service and general service are both very attentive. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; I hope they can improve that. I'd also suggest putting silent caps on the dining chair legs in the rooms so that moving the chairs doesn't disturb guests downstairs."

"The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely perfect, offering stunning ocean views right from the comfort of my seat. Just across the road from the complex, you'll find the beach. Unlike Sanya, this area is much quieter and less bustling; in the evenings, there were only a few scattered people strolling and collecting shells on the beach. There's a seafood noodle shop at Qingshuiwan Food Street that serves an incredible 'zaopo cu' (sour fermented grain vinegar) seafood noodle soup – it was even better than any I'd had in Sanya! The owner mentioned they make their own 'zaopo cu', so it's definitely a must-try if you have the time."

"This family-friendly hotel was truly amazing. First, its name, ”Three-Month Moon,” inspires the hotel's round, moon-like shape, standing majestically on Tufu Bay. To further establish its family-friendly brand, there's a big IP character, ”Bixin Rabbit,” whose presence can be felt in every corner of the hotel, even in the music played in the lobby. Upon check-in, we received Bixin Rabbit cookies, a hotel map, and a schedule of family activities (similar to early childhood education classes). **Accommodation:** The hotel consists of a 21-story main building and a 5-story kids' building. Most rooms in the main building face the ocean, but due to a grove of trees in front of the beach, lower floors don't have sea views and are thus called ”landscape rooms.” Full sea view rooms are on the 16th floor and above, and these floors are called ”Lanyue” (Embrace the Moon). **Dining:** Six bottles of mineral water are provided in the room daily. The restaurant is on the basement level (G floor). A server will guide you to an empty table. There are two noodle and hot pot stalls on either side of the restaurant, where they can also prepare wontons for you. At the entrance, there's a Western food section with a wide variety of breads. Fried eggs or omelets are at the back, next to a bucket of tofu pudding. Additionally, right across from the hotel is a commercial street (Nanyang Snack Street) with options like 'Ye Xiaoji,' 'Hupo Vanilla Duck,' Hainanese cuisine, and Hunan restaurants. In the evening, it's very convenient to take the kids out to eat without needing to drive. **Swimming:** For those who love to swim, there are four pools! First, there's the 21st-floor heated infinity pool, which is quite small but great for photos. The rooftop of the kids' building has a 50-meter square pool, and there's also a large circular pool in the outdoor children's playground. However, these are all unheated. In December, the daytime water temperature was around 18 degrees Celsius, and swimming for twenty minutes was manageable. For families with kids, there's another indoor swimming pool on the rooftop of the kids' building; the water is very clean, and there are lifeguards on duty. **Activities:** This time, our main activities with the kids were outside the hotel. We participated in a small craft class and made a mug coaster. We also spent half a day at the water park, enjoying the slides and the 'Big Horn,' and the kids had an absolute blast. I also found the hotel's concierge staff to be very enthusiastic and dedicated! Our concierge, Sisi, provided a lot of information via WeChat right after I placed the order. Afterward, if we had any questions, we just messaged her on WeChat, and staff members would come to our room to assist."

"For a hotel in Clear Water Bay, this one offers great value for money. The front desk upgraded my room from an Elegant Twin to a Garden View Twin, on the second floor. The balcony overlooks the pool, so the view was excellent. The interior decor doesn't quite feel like a star-rated hotel; it's more like a guesthouse, a bit dated, but still clean. The garden behind the hotel is very beautiful. To get to the beach, you have to walk through the entire garden. You need to swipe your card to exit the building into the garden, and again to go from the garden to the beach, which feels quite secure. The pool closer to the beach offers paddleboarding for 30 for half an hour or 50 for an hour, which is pretty good value. The beach has many rocks and lots of crabs, and I even caught a sea snake tail; it's also great for collecting seashells. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was quite mediocre."

"The room was new and clean, and the beach at Qingshui Bay was indeed beautiful. I would definitely consider Qingshui Bay again when I come to Hainan in the future. This apartment-style homestay is great value for money and highly recommended!"

"This is hands down my favorite hidden gem hotel in all of Hainan, no contest. Every time I visit, I'm reminded of how perfect it is for a getaway. There are no flashy activities, just a tranquil, private, and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and airy, with lush greenery providing cover both front and back. The gardens are breathtaking, and the beach is beautiful and clear. Most importantly, the hotel's management is exceptional. Every room has its own pool and hot tub, which are cleaned and refilled for each guest, ensuring impeccable hygiene. Their attention to detail in service truly permeates every aspect, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even late at night, if you need anything at all, they will immediately fulfill your request and bring it directly to your room. This level of service deeply impressed me and is unmatched by any other hotel. I can honestly say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at, and my favorite in the entire country. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and gain even more recognition!"
