"The overall experience at Shenzhen Junting Design Hotel was fantastic! The lobby has a great artistic vibe, simple yet luxurious and very stylish – perfect for a quick photo op. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart voice control devices. The King Koil mattress is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the 14th floor offers a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The lobby also provides complimentary tea and drinks 24/7. The service from the staff (Tibbers) was warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial district, making travel easy, yet it's quiet despite being central. "This was my first time staying at the Luyue Hotel in Shenzhen, and I'm completely won over! The hotel is easy to find, just a short walk from the subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room cleaning standards are incredibly high – not a speck of dust or hair on the surfaces or floor. The AC works perfectly, cooling and heating quietly. The front desk staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, proactively providing information like elevator locations and breakfast times. Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the facilities are top-notch. It truly exceeds expectations for a budget-friendly hotel."

"Saw this hotel offered free golf on the map, so I immediately booked it to check it out! The hotel room had a simulator and a balcony hitting bay, both available for unlimited use. My partner and I could practice our swings without disturbing each other. After our workout, we could just shower and relax, away from the crowds – it was completely unwinding. Opening the window on the balcony revealed a whole expanse of lush greenery, super refreshing for the eyes. The environment was incredible; you could take amazing photos effortlessly. It's truly perfect for a weekend sports getaway!"

"Actually loved this hotel. Its is in an amazing location. Exit 32 in Futian Station is a few mins walk away and it makes it great to get to places all over Shenzhen. The staff are excellent and always at hand to help. It has amenities close by such as Starbucks (personally would recommend LuckinCoffee ) and Family Mart . The garden is amazing and love the fish!
The only thing that I feel may need improvements is the breakfast . For the price I expected more of a variety especially for those travelling from the west. An iron for the room would be great too, I brought a cheap one while in china for my stay.
Overall I would stay again and highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThis was my first business trip to Huaqiangbei, and I chose this business hotel. My entire stay was absolutely perfect, with no complaints whatsoever. The hotel's location is a huge plus, right in the heart of the Huaqiangbei Electronic Market business district and next to the subway. This made it incredibly convenient for sourcing goods, dining, and shopping – truly a one-stop solution. The public areas and corridors were clean and well-maintained, giving a grand impression.
The front desk service was professional and attentive. Both check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient. The staff were all very friendly, and when I asked for directions, they explained everything patiently and in detail. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, completely blocking out street noise, which resulted in fantastic sleep quality. The hygiene standards were very high; daily housekeeping was thorough and meticulous. Desks, bathrooms, and bedding were all tidied and refreshed, and the room was well-ventilated without any stuffiness.
The in-room amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The air conditioning was very powerful, and the faucets and shower provided a steady, uninterrupted flow of water with instant hot water. There were plenty of power outlets, and the internet connection was smooth and reliable for work. Two convenient amenities really stood out: the 24-hour gym was great for working out and de-stressing anytime, and the self-service washer-dryer combo solved all my laundry needs during my business trip. The hotel even offered to help with laundry service. The smart robot delivery service saved a lot of time and hassle, eliminating the need to go down to the lobby.
The night-time perks were incredibly thoughtful: a wide variety of complimentary late-night snacks, and warm milk before bed to aid sleep. The location, service, and facilities were all top-notch. The overall value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same category nearby. I highly recommend it to business travelers who frequently visit Huaqiangbei!

PPanzhihuasadunWe came to Xiaomeisha for two days, and unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side – it rained non-stop. But staying at MGM, it felt like the rain was a blessing in disguise. Looking out from the giant glass window in the lobby, the misty, rainy sea was completely different from usual, like an ink wash painting. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room were blurred by the rain, and just snuggling on the sofa, listening to the rain and watching the waves, the kids still had a blast – we didn't miss a single craft activity or M Show performance at the hotel. The infinity pool was the absolute best; rain overhead, sea in front of us. Even our little one said, “Mommy, it’s like we’re in the clouds.” Breakfast still goes until 11 AM, so we enjoyed a leisurely meal, and the hallways were completely dry. The only regret is that we didn't get to go to the beach. Our Chestnut (child's nickname) was very understanding. When we left, it was still raining, and my husband said, “Next time, we’ll come back on a sunny day to make up for the beach.” But I honestly think this rainy day version was already unforgettable.

Ccircle920As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

We booked a king room, and they even provided toothbrushes and slippers for the kids, which was a nice touch. The pool is good too, though it was a shame it rained during our two-day stay; I imagine the view would be even better on a sunny day. It's very close to the subway station, and breakfast was also good. Definitely worth a visit.

It's really impressive! The room itself is quite spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and thoughtfully laid out. It's clean, tidy, and incredibly comfortable, making for an excellent stay. Downstairs, you'll find Yitian Holiday Plaza, a large and trendy shopping mall with a wide selection of shops and restaurants, which is extremely convenient.

GGuest UserAfter a long and exhausting journey, all I wanted was to check into my room and rest. Unfortunately, upon arrival, no rooms were ready. As I was fretting over the wait, Manager Seven noticed my fatigue and proactively upgraded my room, allowing me to check in quickly and avoid the hassle of waiting.
The room was exceptionally clean, every corner spotless, and the indoor environment was very comfortable. The view outside the window was also stunning. The manager even gave me two complimentary coffee vouchers, which was a thoughtful touch. Manager Seven personally prepared the coffee; it had the perfect sweetness and excellent flavor, truly enjoyable.
Overall, my stay was a perfect 10. The service was warm and attentive, with pleasant surprises at every turn. I genuinely recommend this hotel. Thanks to Manager Seven's considerate care, I will definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip!
