First, location and transportation: the hotel is directly connected to the subway station, and it's a three-minute walk to the core business district. This made client meetings and material procurement incredibly convenient. Second, smart services: the in-room robot delivered items incredibly fast; drinking water and chargers arrived within five minutes, no need to call and wait. Third, amenities: all the new equipment felt high-quality. The 24-hour self-service laundry room had detergent and dryers, and the gym was fully equipped with new machines, making it easy to de-stress with a workout. Fourth, dining services: the breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western options, including freshly ground coffee, noodles, and hot dishes. Afternoon tea provided unlimited desserts and drinks, and the late-night porridge, noodles, and snacks were comforting. They even delivered warm milk to the room every night – perfect attention to detail. Fifth, convenient services: the front desk offered free parcel collection and delivery and could assist with operating the laundry room equipment, which was thoughtful and hassle-free. Sixth, room hygiene: the entire room was spotlessly clean with no dead spots; the bedding, bathroom, and desk were pristine, and there was no dust in the corners. Seventh, hardware environment: both the public areas and guest rooms had a simple yet 고급 design, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring work and rest weren't disturbed. Eighth, front desk service: staff were responsive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently and thoroughly provided directions. Ninth, room configuration: the desk and chair were in good condition, the high-speed internet worked perfectly, and all equipment was new and undamaged. Tenth, suitability for travel: for a solo business stay, the hotel offered great privacy and was quiet, not noisy. There were no downsides throughout my stay. The staff at check-in were very professional and explained everything meticulously. The room layout was well-designed, the furnishings were exquisite, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained—even the corners were sparkling clean. The mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. During my leisure time, strolling around the hotel was very pleasant, offering a tranquil and comfortable environment. The guest relations team proactively checked on our experience, and any issues were addressed promptly. The hotel restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients. Overall, the experience was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfectly suitable for both short stays and longer trips. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

I specifically came to Dameisha just to stay at this hotel! After careful selection, I decided to book this place, and it exceeded my expectations. First off, I have to mention the butler-style service. I initially thought it was just a small guesthouse, but it completely rivals a star-rated hotel. The front desk staff always did their best to meet our needs, replied quickly, and had a very gentle demeanor. There was also a complimentary minibar and even a farewell gift upon check-out. **Environment:** The guesthouse has its own lobby, it's a standalone building, and the scent was lovely. The common areas were also very appealing. **Amenities:** The most important thing is that the quality is top-notch and the attention to detail is excellent. The toiletries in the room were quite good, and they weren't the large refillable kind; they were single-use bottles that couldn't be opened once used. The shower pressure was strong, the projector was a 4K laser, and the bathtub was absolutely massive. There's a balcony. The laundry room was very clean and even had a dryer. There's a gym, but unfortunately, no treadmill!!! **Drawbacks:** As for the downsides, the complimentary drinks were a bit perfunctory, the pool water was shallow, and the landscape area upstairs wasn't always fully watered. There was no body lotion, and the linen supply was a bit scarce. However, these minor flaws don't overshadow the overall experience. I still want to give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again.

Regarding the slow check-in process mentioned in some reviews, I want to be honest: the main reason for slow check-in is probably due to some guests not understanding their package details and asking too many questions during check-in, not the hotel front desk's fault! My check-in was very fast – just showed my ID, signed, paid the deposit, and no excessive questioning. This is because some guests might genuinely be unfamiliar with the hotel package details and need thorough explanations, and the hotel staff attentively listens and provides detailed answers, which naturally takes time. Besides, as an InterContinental member, I can check out late until 2 PM, which I think more than compensates for any delay in getting the room! Although most guests can't get their room by 3 PM, the hotel provides beach cards for access to the beach and public pools. With this card, you can use a locker at the public pool service desk to store your luggage, and you'll get a wristband. So, it's not a problem if you can't get your room right away; you can store your large luggage in the lobby, change in the pool changing rooms, put your changed clothes in a locker, and then go for a swim! The pool water quality is good, disinfected every morning, and the central infinity pool visually blends with the sea and sky, creating a beautiful view. I spent two days relaxing there. With plenty of lifeguards on duty, kids can play safely and adults can relax. The pool and beach seem to open at 6 AM and close at 11 PM, which I think is a good timeframe. After all, lifeguards, lighting, and other resources cost money, and this schedule already makes up for any delay in room access! After swimming, you can head to the restaurant for the buffet dinner at 5:30 PM. The dinner quality isn't exceptionally stunning, but I think the variety of dishes meets five-star hotel standards. Red wine, white wine 🍷, crayfish, oysters, over 10 types of desserts, and 5 types of ice cream are all-you-can-eat. We didn't try the hot pot 🥘 this time, maybe next time! Of course, if you want to eat enough to get your money's worth, that might not be for everyone, haha! We certainly didn't get our money's worth! After dinner, a stroll along the beach is incredibly relaxing! Thanks to the hotel manager for upgrading our room. The room was comfortable, and the facilities are very well-maintained! Everything that should be provided was there, and service was promptly responsive! We will definitely come back next time! Thank you.

After learning we were traveling with a baby, Even proactively upgraded our room for free and even prepared cute, fun children's souvenirs and an exclusive wooden commemorative room key in advance – the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. Even continued to follow up attentively throughout our two-day stay, specifically informing us that we could flexibly book room cleaning via WeChat to ensure our baby's rest wasn't disturbed. Even also enthusiastically assisted us in booking a hotel restaurant, where the food ingredients were fresh and the taste was palatable, making it perfect for family dining. As it was a peak occupancy period for the hotel, Even thoughtfully arranged for us to enjoy breakfast at the 12th-floor Executive Lounge, perfectly avoiding the long queues during the lobby's breakfast rush. All staff at the Executive Lounge provided gentle and patient service with quick responses. The dining environment was tranquil and elegant, and the variety and quality of the food were excellent. On the day of check-out, Even specifically came to the lobby to politely bid us farewell, a gesture full of ceremony that was especially heartwarming. 🦁 The hotel's boutique shop offers a wide array of creative cultural products; the signature little lion series of dolls are exquisitely crafted, soft, and adorable, making for very meaningful souvenirs. The entire team's service was professional yet warm and meticulous, creating an excellent ambiance. This is definitely the top choice for a family-friendly stay in Shenzhen, and we will certainly choose it again on our next visit!

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. But the real showstopper was the view waking up to such breathtaking sights in the morning was pure magic and worth the trip alone. The staff are amazing also!!!

My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. Staying in Shenzhen for a short stopover from Hong Kong, I simply made a casual note on my booking that it was my wife's birthday, without expecting any special arrangements. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room to find it decorated for a birthday, complete with a mini cake. During my stay, if I had any issues and contacted Joy, she was always prompt and efficient in her responses and problem-solving, never perfunctory. The room cleaning was very thorough; it wasn't just superficially clean. The bedding was comfortable, and there was no standing water or grime in the bathroom corners, which made for a truly comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and bright, and all the facilities I used daily worked smoothly. It was a very pleasant experience to relax in the room. When needed, issues were also handled immediately. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Getting a taxi or finding a restaurant is hassle-free. It's just a 5-minute walk to Coco Park and Ping An Finance Center, saving a lot of commuting time for out-of-town visitors. Overall, it was a very genuine stay, without unnecessary frills. This small birthday gesture left a very good impression.

After a day of sightseeing in Shenzhen, the hotel stay was great. There were many cute birds in the lobby. The complimentary two soft drinks in the minibar and the in-room capsule coffee were a nice touch. I was too rushed to experience the single afternoon tea, but since it's a double room, it would have been better if it was a two-person portion instead of just one.
