"Excellent, stay extremely comfortable. All immunities were quite useful. Good shower, spacious room ; close to the Station and market shopping area. Food is available until 3 AM. So that was a plus for us As we checked in quite late. staff was extremely efficient, cooperative,Helpful. Pleasant stay good sleep would definitely recommend this and travel again to this hotel, thank you."

"The room was quite spacious; three people could easily open two 28-inch suitcases, and there's also luggage storage available. It's very close to the University of Glasgow, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can also take a stroll in the nearby park. It's a good option for travelers who want to stay close to the university."

"Here for Skylights gig at the garage so we didn't need anything flash, just clean etc, Room decent size and bathroom, hanging rail, and clean, good location bed very uncomfortable, no iron, not enough milk, no water bottles ( yes I know I'm being picky, some do have water) no fridge, only one side had a bedside table"

"Ibis Styles Glasgow Central is a good location to stay should you intend to layover in Glasgow. It's about 10 minutes walking distance from Glasgow Central Station and within 15 minutes from fast food eateries and shopping places. Rooms are clean and basic amenities are provided for. Breakfast is good and incorporates a mix of international and English cuisines. HOWEVER, I have had a bad experience regarding a certain payment. I booked this hotel via Trip.com and have prepaid for my stay. When I checked in on 17/7, I was told by the receptionist of that day that my card details were needed. I was assured that there would be no deduction performed and that the details were only required should there be incurred damages in my room during the stay. Yet, on the same day evening, I received a notification that 143 pounds had been deducted. I questioned the receptionist of that day and was reassured, and I quote: ”There was this transaction made to confirm that your card is not a dunce and is payable.” The next day, before checking out, I reconfirmed with the receptionist of that day (18/7) if the money would be refunded to me. After checking on their end, they said that the money will be refunded. This morning (19/7), I have just received another notification that the status of the 143-pounds transaction has changed from pending to approved. I am disappointed and upset regarding this, and I would like to urge future travellers to be wary of this incident."

"Great location inside the Glasgow Central station (and the Queen Street station is a 10 minute walk away). Room was spacious. Staff was nice, and helped me by storing luggage between my two stays with them in Glasgow while I did two nights in Loch Lomond to do some hiking and didn’t want to drag my bulky suitcase along."

"The hotel is opposite to the Glasgow Central, the reception is on the ground floor, breakfast is served on the 7th floor. The room we stayed was 207, a luxury room having two separate divisions, an adjustable double bed and one sofa. There are two big screen Samsung LED tv in each division of the room. The bathroom is good size with a top shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body gel. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and left our bags. When we entered our room later in the evening we saw that the sofa bed wasn’t prepared. One of the receptionists told me that one housekeeper would come and prepare it, but one receptionist came and tried to do it ( myself also helped her), but she couldn’t and called her friends, Two receptionists came and opened the sofa. The receptionist told me whether we told them the sofa to be prepared when we came early in the morning. This was very interesting. The booking was clear that were three people! The breakfast was good, except raw bananas!"

"I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a good experience. It felt safe and relatively clean. The service was thoughtful and warm, especially Wendy, who was always smiling and energetic. She enthusiastically helped resolve issues like delayed luggage at the airport, which was very heartwarming. The surrounding area is also quite convenient."

"I am rarely 'blown away' by hotels but Citizen M truly blew me away and exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the staff member who greeted me was super friendly, asked me about my trip and the check in process was probably the easiest, fastest and most modern process I have ever experienced anywhere. When I walked into the room, I almost thought I walked into the wrong room because the size of the bed was HUGE (much bigger and better in real life than displayed in the pictures). The room itself was also much bigger than I expected, and so very modern and 'cool' like a spaceship. It had a homely feel and had some truly unique features like an ipad to control the TV, the lights (brightness and colour - very cool again!!), blinds (and more) and you could even play games with the lights. There was a moment where I truly felt I could spend an entire day just in the hotel room because it was so fun being in there and I looked forward to coming home to my hotel every night."
