"We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent.
We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool.
There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets.
Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it."

"Of the three hotels I have visited for a week in Crete, this hotel is the most calm, maybe because it is not near the center and young people a little bit.
The room is good, but I was unlucky with the location of the room. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat quietly because people were constantly coming out of their rooms or coming in. I lived like a little straight in a street cafe. In general, I didn't have enough privacy, and because of this location of the room I heard everyone who used the stairs. I think those rooms that go out the other side are more quiet. The area of the hotel is beautiful! The Internet and air conditioning are absolutely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. By the way, many hotel owners in Crete do not indicate information on hotel booking sites about paid air conditioning, safe and Internet. Here all these services are free. Bed and pillows are just super, for this separate thanks to the hotel administration. There is even a urine, a dishwashing tool and a kitchen towel, which is rare not only for Crete but also other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that too!

"Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks."

"Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame.
With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️"

"The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. Although the soundproofing in the room isn't bad, I still needed earplugs to get some sleep, which was still better than the previous hotel (no need to name names!)).
The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites.
My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms."

It was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.

Convenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

We spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

I was waiting more from the hotel… I don’t think the pictures shows exactly what the hotel offer… specially the pools…
Me and my boyfriend had a very bad situation.
We went to a tour in Santorini and the Ferry boat was late on the way back. Our guide called the hotel asking for a late dinner for us and the hotel said they would provide.
When we reached in the hotel we saw that they put our food ON THE FLOOR, close to the room door.
I made a mistake (I assume) I wanted hang out that thing saying “ make up my room” but I choose the wrong side and put there “ do not disturb “
But if our guide called the hotel saying that we were in Santorini of course they could go into the room to put our food in the fridge or keep in at the bar…
I went down and talked to a guy in the repception showed him the picture I attached here and he answered me that was my mistake putting the “do not disturb” at the door and he could do nothing for us, we should eat that food that was on the floor 😱😡. No excuses for this…
On the day after I talked to the manager and she apologized and gave us a voucher for the lunch.
We apologized but I will never forget this situation…

Nice pools.
So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.
Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.
They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.
We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.
The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Daria KoshkinaGood day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
