"I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly."

"It's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport. Overall, it's a decent hotel."

"This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!"

"Everything was great. The only inconvenience was with taxis due to poor navigation around the property – not all drivers could get directly to the entrance. More directional signs are needed. The beer restaurant was good."

"Atmospheric guest house. The hosts are very kind and hospitality. I did not agree on the time of arrival, despite this inconvenience, we were settled earlier than the time. Good location of the guest house is the sights in step-to-step availability. Silent in the room, warm and good hot water pressure. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. "This hotel is really hard to comment on. There are many places to spray it, but it is not useless. When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. There is also room decoration, furniture, in fact, it is OK, basically no difference with the picture. The waiter saw that everyone said it was very bad before, maybe this time I changed a wave? The attitude towards us is good. English is a bit worse, but our English is also very bad. Stayed for two days, I feel that this store actually wants to operate well, it may be that the hotel management experience is insufficient, resulting in confusion inside, the details are not good.
