"This is a good hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of Samarkand's main attractions. The area is quiet and peaceful, and there are many international tourists among the guests, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff deserves special thanks: always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the breakfasts seemed quite modest. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay. It's a great option for exploring historical Samarkand and walking around the old city."

"The front desk staff spoke excellent English. We were a party of three and booked a twin room and a king room, which were conveniently located on the same floor – that was great. The hotel is located outside the city center, but it's not too far, and getting a taxi is very affordable. It's wonderfully quiet at night. The hotel also offers complimentary massages. There's a small scenic area nearby with Central Asian Islamic architecture, which is newly renovated and much better maintained than some of the older, less-kept attractions in the city center. The restaurants within this scenic area serve delicious food, though they are a bit on the pricier side for this city."

"We stayed there briefly for 2 nights and 3 days. Initially, my expectations were moderate, but the hotel definitely met them, and even exceeded them. The first thing I want to point out is how clean the rooms were. Everything was very clean; they cleaned frequently, changed towels, slippers, and other items, and replenished water supplies. Most importantly, the bathroom and toilet were spotless. You can tell by the hotel's condition that it's either new or recently renovated – everything feels fresh and looks great. The administrators, Sardor and Zhaloliddin, who work at the reception desk by the entrance, were particularly attentive and kind. The breakfasts were also good; they'd ask about our plans for the night and in the morning would inform us that breakfast was ready (there weren't many guests then) at the exact time we'd mentioned. What's more, they even set up the entire buffet just for us. Overall, it's a pleasant, good hotel with nice rooms and amenities! I think I'll return when I'm in Samarkand next time. P.S. For those planning to come by car – check if there's parking available, as there wasn't much when we were there."

"We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…"

"Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. "Hello everyone from the Caucasus! I stayed at the hotel for 4 days in mid-April. The location is great – all attractions are within walking distance, and it's easy to access the hotel by car. The rooms match the description; good bed linen, and the bathroom has gel, shampoo, and soap. However, there's a slight, specific odor in the bathroom, which I didn't notice in the room itself. My room was directly opposite the staircase, and the window opened into the hallway. Upstairs, there's a viewing platform with access to the roof (photo 3), where a glass door was open, providing plenty of fresh air. I could hear my neighbors clearly, but it wasn't too disruptive. I'd like to highlight the excellent work of the staff: - The reception staff were attentive and friendly. - The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job cleaning all areas. - The breakfast attendant was also very caring."
