"Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price.
The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level.
There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed."

"The most beautiful hotel in Samarkand. The food is delicious, and they have local specialties! The Uzbek pilaf is the best in the world. The staff found and provided a chair for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, so he could shower. They also helped us call the airport because we didn't have a local SIM card. And they even fed us a delicious meal late in the evening when we arrived after a long journey."

"I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met.
The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need.
I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions.
A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation.
Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it."

"The hotel is quite new, everything feels fresh, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate. The room is spacious. However, the service 'lags significantly.' It's clear there's a lack of proper management: laundry services aren't set up, the phone in the room is useless, the TV isn't connected to channels, the shower partition isn't sealed properly, so you end up in a puddle after showering, and so on. I hope the staff quickly rectifies these shortcomings and hires an experienced manager, as all these minor inconveniences detract from the overall impression of the hotel."

"A very nice hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the train station. In Samarkand, if you're not going somewhere particularly far, most taxi rides are probably around 10 minutes. It's located on a wide, bright main road where cars pass quickly. Next door is a restaurant belonging to the same hotel, which looks like one of the locals' favorite banquet halls. Anyway, the location is good.
It's new, the rooms are large, the beds are big, and everything else is great. You can tell the owner prioritizes hygiene; you just feel it's clean as soon as you walk in, cleaner than home. Even their toilet paper is green and scented, which is nice. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom fixtures and hardware are a bit low quality, clashing a bit with the glittering golden exterior decor. I heard there's a pool and spa on the lowest floor, but I didn't have time to experience it. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to visit again."

I asked for tape to pack a box and inquired about bags. No problem, they found and provided everything. "Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much.
What I would like to note separately:
1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design.
2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around.
3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments.
4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest.
In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased."

"This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip. I thought it was close to Shahiddin, but I didn't expect it to be close to the main attractions! Opposite is Xia, then facing the hotel on the right hand side can walk to the Bazaar and Bibihanem and Hazrat, and along the road can also walk to other attractions. (When I took a taxi, I went around the hotel at the back, which made me think it was very remote, but when you figured out the route yourself, you found that the location is very good!)
The hotel is very exquisitely furnished, even the lights on the window sill and the hooks of the curtains have small surprises, and the boss's aesthetic is very good.
It was supposed to be 14:00 in the afternoon, but the boss asked me to check in early, the people were very good!
Their breakfast is also very rich, some local specialty pastries are also delicious, and the fruit is not bad. The waiters are very enthusiastic, that is, the hygiene may not be done every day, if you need to communicate with the other party if you stay continuously.
The most surprising thing is the terrace on the third floor of their home, the scenery is particularly beautiful!"

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were rhe only guests at that time but the staff was always around to help us. They cooked and served us our breakfast and asked us about our food preferences.
All facilities were clean, modern and beautifully made. There was also a nice indoor pool and sauna. That areas also included a shower, toilet and changing room. Additional towels were provided.
We can only recommend staying at this hotel.

After a day of exploring the city, it's wonderful to relax by the pool, take a dip, and enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant serves excellent food; their lunch soups with a warm bun are incredibly energizing for the whole day! Breakfasts are hearty and delicious, and I particularly appreciate the wide selection of seasonal fruits like peaches, apricots, nectarines, watermelon, melon, pears, apples, and strawberries. The samsa is absolutely amazing, especially the one with zucchini, and the chicken samsa is excellent too. I haven't tasted such delicious samsa anywhere else in Uzbekistan – the dough just melts in your mouth. A huge thank you to the chef! Right next to the hotel, there are bus stops where you can catch a bus for just 2000 soum to all the city's attractions. Taxis are also readily available and inexpensive. The Registan Square is about an hour's leisurely walk away, and along the way, you can browse shops and grab a bite at cafes.

The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

GuluxixiI highly recommend this hotel! I was torn between two Hilton properties, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It's incredibly convenient – a taxi ride anywhere only costs 10-20 som. Since I couldn't use ride-sharing apps due to my registration, the front desk helped me call taxis every day. A special thanks to Ismigul and Amin, who spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful, calling countless taxis for me daily 🚗. For anyone visiting Samarkand, don't hesitate to pick this hotel.
The breakfast was also excellent, with make-your-own waffles that my son devoured every morning.
They even gave me a discount on my massage.
Overall, this hotel made our trip complete.

Guest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

This hotel had wonderful staff service.
The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other.
When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member.
Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free.
In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax.
I would like to return to Samarkand.
When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.

Monika_bThis is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.
