Amenities like shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes were provided. The room was also well-equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, and electric kettle. ・**Service** The front desk staff spoke English, and we could pay taxes with a credit card. They were very accommodating. Although there's no elevator, meaning we had to carry our luggage, they kindly helped us with it. ・**Breakfast** It was a typical breakfast for a hotel in Uzbekistan. There were some slightly unusual items, like pizza and leafy green salads. ・**Late Checkout** Due to our schedule, we used the late checkout service. Extending until 6 PM cost around 300,000 UZS."

"This is a good hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of Samarkand's main attractions. The area is quiet and peaceful, and there are many international tourists among the guests, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff deserves special thanks: always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the breakfasts seemed quite modest. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my stay. It's a great option for exploring historical Samarkand and walking around the old city."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with a bank, shops, supermarket, and cafes nearby, as well as a public transport stop. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned daily, changed towels, and replenished toiletries. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day. We booked with breakfast, and it was all delicious. When we checked out early, they even gave us a very generous lunch box, which we ate on the train, complete with cutlery and napkins. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor, and I was pleased that the air conditioner wasn't directly above the bed but in the hallway, so it didn't blow on us and was practically silent. The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room."

"Atmospheric guest house. The hosts are very kind and hospitality. I did not agree on the time of arrival, despite this inconvenience, we were settled earlier than the time. Good location of the guest house is the sights in step-to-step availability. Silent in the room, warm and good hot water pressure. Breakfasts are very delicious, diverse, saturated and close to our kitchen. In the warm season it should be very spiritually, sure of it (the inner green yard, where a gentle cat walks)."

"The location is almost too convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. All the attractions in Samarkand are on a straight line, and it takes about twenty minutes by taxi from the hotel to either end of that line. So you can stay overnight, visit all the attractions the next day, then take a taxi back to collect your luggage and head back to Tashkent or Bukhara in the evening. The restaurant and courtyard are particularly beautiful."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and full of character. The painted walls, intricate golden doors, and regal design create an atmosphere of royal luxury from the moment you step inside. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was decorated in a local, oriental style, with many interesting artistic touches and local vases throughout, both in the room and around the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is tucked away amidst other buildings with no view. Our room was small, and the windows faced an enclosed inner courtyard where a door constantly slammed shut as it was a thoroughfare to all floors. Consequently, there was no view at all. You could easily sleep all day and night in a room like that with the curtains drawn! 😀 However, we did enjoy the atmospheric surroundings. The room had all the necessary toiletries, was cleaned daily, and fresh water and tea were replenished daily. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the train station and airport, and within walking distance of major attractions, monuments, mosques, and mausoleums. Registan Square is a 15-minute walk away. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, served on a panoramic terrace on the top floor. We'd like to thank the hotel staff for allowing us to check in early and for their excellent service overall 🙏 Thank you for the warm welcome."

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk from Siyob Bazaar. It's a pleasant, small hotel with a cozy, clean room, and all the necessary amenities are provided, although there wasn't a fridge (I know some people find this important). The breakfasts are good, with everything you need. As for minor points, I noticed some street noise, which can be quite disruptive at times. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive – that's a huge plus for this hotel. Despite these minor issues, overall, we were very satisfied!"

"Nifal is a great new hotel. I spent 3 nights there. What you see in the pictures, is what you get, even better once you see it in person. Amazingly clean, tastefully decorated, high ceiling, two bottles of water, toothbrush, sleepers, and best of all, you’re asked to take your shoes off and place it on a shoe rack by the room. How cool is that? (speaking of cleanliness) Farrux at the front desk speaks English well, very kind and helpful young man. Breakfast is plenty full and individually served at a desire time. Kitchen staff greets you with a smile every morning. Hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the popular tourist attraction. Couple of restaurants close by with their specialty kebab (chicken, lamb and beef), they also serve beer and wine."
