"The hotel's address on the map is incorrect; the actual location doesn't match. All major attractions are within walking distance. Check-in was quick. The hotel is modern and new, with comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms have carpeted floors. However, our room faced the street and was noisy. There were welcome snacks (raisins) and bottled water. Breakfast was varied, offering porridge, buckwheat, sausages, scrambled eggs, fruits, and other sweets. There was also coffee from a bean-to-cup machine. Unfortunately, we found a moldy muffin. The restaurant is on the 4th floor, and in warm weather, there's a veranda with city views. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

"I arrived in Samarkand on a morning flight, so I reached the hotel around noon. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. After two connecting flights and a sleepless night, I was exhausted, and their thoughtfulness in letting me rest early was truly comforting. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the iconic square within minutes, and there are fantastic restaurants nearby. The room itself has a distinct local character, with carved headboards, windows, and wooden beams. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries. There's also a heated spa on the rooftop – perfect for a romantic evening of stargazing while you relax. What truly stood out was the design and decor of the courtyard; it exudes a rich ethnic and cultural ambiance, with vibrant colors and intricate details, making it very photogenic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service staff were attentive and prompt. My first visit to Samarkand was an excellent experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip."

"A small hotel with a traditional design. The staff were attentive and responsive. Breakfasts were modest but quite good. Despite the hotel's location by the road, there was no street noise audible in the room. It's less than 3 km to the main attractions. We walked everywhere, exploring the city along the way. I recommend it for your stay."

"На ресепшен очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые администраторы - помогали со всеми вопросами: ранний завтрак, доп удобства по запросу, встреча поздних доставок - спасибо им за помощь! Отличные завтраки - повар успевает и готовить, и заботится о гостях. Ассортимент на завтраках хороший. Не понравилось качество уборки - включает в себя только застилание кроватей, замену полотенец и вынос мусора - больше ничего не делают. Краны в санузле все в пятнах, на полу пятна. При этом уборщицы в 8 утра могут начать пылесосить в общих холлах, разговаривать на громких голосах. Жили в номере на первом этаже, в ванной комнате сыро, вентиляция не справляется, из-за чего в номере тоже было сыро. Из плюсов: пару раз выключалось городское электричество - персонал быстро запускал собственные генераторы."

"Better than expected. Since we needed to catch a flight the next day, we figured we could just book any hotel close to the airport. This hotel was the closest to the airport, a 5-minute walk away. The conditions were good, with all the necessary facilities. We booked the Hilton Garden Inn the first day, so the difference wasn't too noticeable; it was quite clean. The receptionist was very polite, and seeing we were in a rush when we left, he even prepared breakfast for us to take away – a very thoughtful touch."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning and full of character. The painted walls, intricate golden doors, and regal design create an atmosphere of royal luxury from the moment you step inside. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Our room was decorated in a local, oriental style, with many interesting artistic touches and local vases throughout, both in the room and around the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is tucked away amidst other buildings with no view. Our room was small, and the windows faced an enclosed inner courtyard where a door constantly slammed shut as it was a thoroughfare to all floors. Consequently, there was no view at all. You could easily sleep all day and night in a room like that with the curtains drawn! 😀 However, we did enjoy the atmospheric surroundings. The room had all the necessary toiletries, was cleaned daily, and fresh water and tea were replenished daily. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the train station and airport, and within walking distance of major attractions, monuments, mosques, and mausoleums. Registan Square is a 15-minute walk away. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, served on a panoramic terrace on the top floor. We'd like to thank the hotel staff for allowing us to check in early and for their excellent service overall 🙏 Thank you for the warm welcome."

"A wonderful hotel right in the city center, with attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and speak Russian, English, French, and German. There's a varied breakfast served from 7 AM to 10 AM, and a bar with alcoholic beverages. To the left of the hotel is a market, and to the right, a supermarket. It's great to have the option to refresh yourself in the pool, and the hotel provides towels free of charge. The room was clean, with housekeeping every other day. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's a mini gym (treadmill, exercise bike, and weight machine) and a spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi). The hotel guests were mainly elderly French tourists, who were taken on excursions after breakfast and returned in the evening."

"Atmospheric guest house. The hosts are very kind and hospitality. I did not agree on the time of arrival, despite this inconvenience, we were settled earlier than the time. Good location of the guest house is the sights in step-to-step availability. Silent in the room, warm and good hot water pressure. Breakfasts are very delicious, diverse, saturated and close to our kitchen. In the warm season it should be very spiritually, sure of it (the inner green yard, where a gentle cat walks)."

"I had a pleasant stay at Meridian Plaza Hotel. The location, facilities, and overall amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few housekeeping issues that could be improved. On one occasion, the trash in the bathroom was not emptied during room cleaning, and a cleaning cloth was accidentally left hanging on the door handle after housekeeping service. While these were minor issues, paying closer attention to housekeeping details would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again."

The environment is elegant, the service is attentive, and the facilities are new and complete. Transportation is convenient, and there are many dining options nearby.
