"The most beautiful hotel in Samarkand. The food is delicious, and they have local specialties! The Uzbek pilaf is the best in the world. The staff found and provided a chair for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, so he could shower. They also helped us call the airport because we didn't have a local SIM card. And they even fed us a delicious meal late in the evening when we arrived after a long journey."

"Stayed at Mustafa Hotel in Samarkanda. The hotel opened only this year everything is absolutely new, fresh and works perfectly. I liked everything very much. What I would like to note separately: 1. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern. The interior is designed to the small stylish, with taste, feels like they have put a soul. It's nice to be in the hall, in the rooms, in the common zones. Not just the ”table” cleanliness, but really beautiful design. 2. Excellent pool. Big plus for Samarkanda after a long day of heat walks it is very nice to swim. The pool is clean, tidy, with a comfortable rest area around. 3. Everything new. Since the hotel opened this year, there are no weared furniture, no rubbish coatings, no pipes with paddles. Everything works like clocks. It's a huge plus that overlaps many other moments. 4. The hotel is modern but cozy. Not a huge, faceless ”concrete box,” but a neat, thoughtful option for comfortable rest. In general, if you want to stay in a really new, beautiful hotel with a great swimming pool and stylish interior Mustafa Hotel, a great choice. I stayed very pleased."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the famous Shah-i-Zinda necropolis, which is very convenient for visitors planning to explore the tombs. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and along the way, you can experience the local street scene. Overall, the attractions are concentrated, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy exploring on foot. The check-in experience was good. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, providing good relief from travel fatigue and ensuring a decent quality of rest. The only minor drawback is the limited dining options near the hotel. For dinner or to find a variety of local cuisine, you might need to walk a bit further, or consider planning your meals in advance while exploring during the day. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation, especially suitable for travelers whose main purpose is to visit the necropolis and surrounding historical sites. If convenience for dining isn't a high priority, it's an excellent place to stay."

"A very nice hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the train station. In Samarkand, if you're not going somewhere particularly far, most taxi rides are probably around 10 minutes. It's located on a wide, bright main road where cars pass quickly. Next door is a restaurant belonging to the same hotel, which looks like one of the locals' favorite banquet halls. Anyway, the location is good. It's new, the rooms are large, the beds are big, and everything else is great. You can tell the owner prioritizes hygiene; you just feel it's clean as soon as you walk in, cleaner than home. Even their toilet paper is green and scented, which is nice. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom fixtures and hardware are a bit low quality, clashing a bit with the glittering golden exterior decor. I heard there's a pool and spa on the lowest floor, but I didn't have time to experience it. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to visit again."

"This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!"

"It feels like a rural hotel in a quiet place. Late at night, the hotel door is locked until dawn, which seems to be perfect for older travelers who care about security. The room is relatively small, but there are fluorescent lights to work quietly. You can have a light buffet meal in the morning, but I don't like greasy ones, so I ate fried eggs, a sausage, yogurt, tangerine (high sugar), and a piece of bread. I ordered black coffee for free and drank it. The hotel staff are friendly, but they don't speak English well. I checked out to get out of the 6 o'clock high-speed train to Tashkent, but I was surprised to ask for a $8 tourist tax for two days, four dollars a day. I thought it would be late for the car, so I gave it first and then got on the train, and I thought I was ripped off by the tour guide, so I went there and asked him to pay for it. Looking at the kakaotalk sent by the tour guide later, it seems that you really get a tourist tax in Samarkand. It would be nice to know that those staying in Samarkand have to pay an extra $4 a day."

"Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)"

"I highly recommend this hotel! I was torn between two Hilton properties, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It's incredibly convenient – a taxi ride anywhere only costs 10-20 som. Since I couldn't use ride-sharing apps due to my registration, the front desk helped me call taxis every day. A special thanks to Ismigul and Amin, who spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful, calling countless taxis for me daily 🚗. For anyone visiting Samarkand, don't hesitate to pick this hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, with make-your-own waffles that my son devoured every morning. They even gave me a discount on my massage. Overall, this hotel made our trip complete."

"We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Samarkand and were very satisfied. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, about a 20-minute drive away. For travelers with a car, this is actually convenient, especially since there's private parking available on-site. The staff deserves a special mention. All employees are very polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions. A nice touch is the pitcher of cool water with ice and fruit always available at the reception, which is particularly refreshing after walking around hot Samarkand. The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, snow-white bath towels, soft bathrobes, quality disposable slippers, and good toothbrushes – such small details make the stay even more comfortable. The bedding deserves special mention: a very comfortable mattress, a soft fluffy blanket, and excellent pillows, thanks to which we slept wonderfully. Room cleaning and towel changes are done daily. Breakfasts also left a pleasant impression: delicious, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The only suggestion would be if guests were informed during breakfast that freshly prepared omelets could be ordered. We only found out on the third day, and the omelet turned out to be very tasty. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with a high level of service. If you're traveling by car or don't mind not being in the very city center, I can confidently recommend this place."
