The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view, and the toiletries are well-stocked. The front desk staff, especially the first one, provided excellent service and helped upgrade our room. It's just a short walk to the subway, which connects you to everything. Plus, having an 'Xiaodu' smart speaker was really convenient. Highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, and the environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a family trip. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the facilities were new. The beds were just right – not too soft, not too firm. Both the location and the value for money were excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing.

I was traveling for leisure and booked the Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. The hotel environment was really good. Jennifer, the front desk concierge who checked me in, was incredibly warm and attentive. She called me in advance to confirm my arrival time and ask about my room preferences, and even helped me upgrade my room. The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were comprehensive, especially the gym and pool on the fourth floor which were fantastic! Since I arrived quite late that day, Jennifer also helped me arrange a late check-out. Her service was thoughtful and considerate. All in all, my stay was a five-star experience, and I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido again next time I'm in Beijing.

I can confidently say that this is a very good hotel 👍 The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and several shops. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, so you will never go hungry no matter what time of day it is🔥 A bank is located just 50 meters from the hotel, making cash withdrawals and currency exchange very convenient. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with dumplings, rice, noodles, soups, pastries, and a chef who cooks fresh omelets to order. This was a pleasant surprise, as breakfasts at some other hotels were more limited and repetitive. The room features a smart lighting system and electric curtains, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere. There is also a small gym with dumbbells and a strength-training machine, which is perfect for staying active during your trip. Housekeeping is provided daily A special thank you to Meng, an amazing and very attentive receptionist who was always ready to help🙏 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in this area. Также в отеле есть небольшой тренажёрный зал с гантелями и силовым блоком, который поможет поддерживать форму во время путешествия. Уборка проводится ежедневно. The room is quite large to have open space for luggage. Hanger is good to hang some clothes, hat, and bag. Don't forget theor comfy interior

This hotel is a great find, especially if you're looking for immersion in local life!! I stayed here on and off throughout a month of studying and travelling around the area, staying for about a week each time. Whilst the location may seem odd, like it's in an industrial complex and being on the 31st floor of Block C - it's a great stay if you're looking for basically a studio apartment within a hotel room! I wanted a kitchen and washing machine, what I didn't expect was the always-warm room (perfect for winter - I didn't need the heater throughout the stay, which was December), amazing view from the window (see photo - ask for a corner room!), and the super friendly and helpful staff. They kindly let me keep some luggage there between stays, the longest being a week away - this was super helpful! You do need to hang the ”needs housekeeping” notice on the door if you want cleaning, which is probably why some of the other reviews say that the housekeeping is poor - it's not, you just have to tell them when you need it. The only thing for improvement is the bathroom - it floods easily after showers and you can tell it wasn't built super well, but it works. The photos of the room on the booking site are pretty accurate. Location is great for being away from the busyness of the CBD and touristy parts of Beijing - the Wangjing area is mostly local residential and light commercial. It's about a 7-minute walk to the Futong subway station, and a 7-minute walk to the nearest supermarket (or 15 minutes to a much bigger supermarket and shopping/eating area of Wangjing SOHO). It's also just a 20-minute walk to Wanjing station, where there are a lot more shops, restaurants, plus a shopping mall along the way. There are a handful of eateries downstairs, and loads of restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk. I'd highly recommend this hotel for long-term stays, to experience local life (several floors of the same building are residential), and if you don't require anything fancy e.g., breakfast provided, restaurant on-site, pool, gym etc. I made so many successive bookings throughout my month of travels because the place is so liveable it starts to feel like a home-away-from-home!

I've been staying here for business trips for over a decade. It's a bit old, but the rooms are clean, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Plus, MixC mall is right downstairs, and the subway entrance is at the doorstep, which is super convenient.

Whenever I'm on a business trip to Wangjing, Hanting Hotel is my top choice! It's located right in the heart of Baoneng Center CBD, just a 3-minute walk to Wangjing South Station on Line 14. This makes it super convenient for meeting clients at Wangjing SOHO and other nearby office buildings. The Zen-inspired rooms at Hanting are quiet and clean. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.

The hotel has a great location, close to the metro, although it's a bit hard to find. Reasonable prices. Recently renovated. The carpeting in the hallways is a bit worn. A clean, comfortable, and beautiful room with a window. Plenty of rooms available. Unfortunately, smoking is a big problem in China, but our room was non-smoking. The Wi-Fi worked great. There's no breakfast, which isn't a popular service in China; you can always order food delivery. There's a small ”chifanka” (meal shop) next to the hotel; a hearty breakfast of dumplings for two costs 20 yuan. There's also a grocery store with a wide variety of fruit.

During the May Day holiday, the hotel lobby was bustling with guests, yet the front desk staff managed everything smoothly and efficiently. They greeted guests politely, always with a smile, showing a high level of professionalism that was truly impressive. What was even more exceptional was that despite the busy period, the duty manager, Darren Zhang, contacted us through the front desk to ask about our check-in preferences and room requirements. This made us very happy, and we will definitely choose Beijing Park Plaza Hotel again next time we visit Beijing!
